RESUMO

We propose a protocol for the generation of NOON states of resonator modes. The physical model is composed of two Kerr-nonlinear resonators and a four-level qudit. Using the off-resonant couplings between the resonators and the qudit, qudit-level-dependent frequency shifts on the two resonators are induced. The frequency shifts allow us to drive different resonators to the N-photon state when the qudit is in different intermediate levels. Consequently, the generation of NOON states with arbitrary photon number N can be completed in only three steps, i.e., driving the qudit to a superposition state of the two intermediate levels, driving one of the resonators to its N-photon state, and driving the qudit back to its ground level. Numerical simulations show that, in the regime of strong Kerr nonlinearity and coupling strengths, the protocol can produce the NOON state with high fidelity in the cases of different photon numbers. In addition, it is possible for the protocol to produce acceptable fidelity in the presence of systematic errors and decoherence factors. Therefore, the protocol may provide some useful perspectives for effective generation of photonic NOON states.

RESUMO

The mechanism of growth of one of the competitive topologies for covalent organic frameworks with constitutional isomers is poorly understood. Herein, we employ molecular dynamics to study the isoenergetic assembly of the rhombic square (sql) and Kagome lattice (kgm). The concentration, solvent conditions, and the reversibility of chemical reactions are considered by means of an Arrhenius two-state model to describe the reactions. High concentrations and poor solvent both result in sql, agreeing well with recent experiments. Moreover, the high reversibility of reactions gives rise to sql, while the low reversibility leads to kgm, suggesting a new way of regulating the topology. Our analyses support that the nucleation of isomers influenced by experimental conditions is responsible for the selection of topologies, which improves understanding of the control of topology. We also propose a strategy in which a two-step growth can be exploited to greatly improve the crystallinity of kgm.

RESUMO

In this paper, for the first time, an n-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (NMOSFET) layout with a Z gate and an improved total ionizing dose (TID) tolerance is proposed. The novel layout can be radiation-hardened with a fixed charge density at the shallow trench isolation (STI) of 3.5 × 1012 cm-2. Moreover, it has the advantages of a small footprint, no limitation in W/L design, and a small gate capacitance compared with the enclosed gate layout. Beside the Z gate layout, a non-radiation-hardened single gate layout and a radiation-hardened enclosed gate layout are simulated using the Sentaurus 3D technology computer-aided design (TCAD) software. First, the transfer characteristics curves (Id-Vg) curves of the three layouts are compared to verify the radiation tolerance characteristic of the Z gate layout; then, the threshold voltage and the leakage current of the three layouts are extracted to compare their TID responses. Lastly, the threshold voltage shift and the leakage current increment at different radiation doses for the three layouts are presented and analyzed.

RESUMO

Using two peanut varieties Shanhua108 (early-maturing variety) and 780-15 (late maturing variety), a field experiment was conducted to investigate the influences of row-spacing of wheat (25 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm+20 cm) and two peanut cropping patterns (intercropped peanut with wheat, summer-sowing peanut) on yield components, photosynthetic characteristics, antioxidant system, and dry matter accumulation and transportation. The results showed that wide spacing form of wheat and wide-narrow row planting pattern increased the pod yield, kernel yield, leaf area index, total dry matter accumulation and photosynthetic capacity, as well as SOD, POD and CAT activities, but decreased the MDA content. There are no obvious differences of wheat yield between the two row-spacing. Intercropping system increased peanut yield compared with summer-sowing peanut, which were much higher for wide-narrow row planting pattern than row spacing of 25 cm or 30 cm. The wide-narrow row planting pattern increased the pod yield and kernel yield by 6.3%, 13.3% and 7.7%, 16.5% for Shanhua108 and 780-15 than those of row spacing of 30 cm, respectively. Wide-narrow row planting could enlarge photosynthetic area, improve the net photosynthetic rate, and increase total dry matter accumulation. Meanwhile, it could alleviate the contradictionbetween the plant individual and group, delay the senescence, and increase peanut yield.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To develop a software for realtime display of physiological informations during human centrifuge training. METHOD: A software composed of CParaSetDlg, CRevMsg, CSndMsg, CWaveDsp and other classes was designed in Visual C + +6.0 environment, with object_oriented ideology. Some technical problems such as displaying the scrolled curves in realtime way, synchronous display of the waves with different sampling rates, acceleration and deceleration of the scroll were solved. RESULT: The software can display and store multiplex channels of wave signals and digital messages in realtime, synchronous way according to user's choices, with high reliability and friendly man-machine interface. CONCLUSION: This software fulfils the requirements for medical monitoring and data evaluation in human centrifuge training.
