RESUMO

Family education will have an important impact on children's body and psychology. It is different from social education and school education. It is mainly based on parents' words and deeds. Children enhance their life experience through the family's living atmosphere. Restricted by geographical conditions and economic level, family education is not given enough attention, and children's social behavior is more prone to problems. Therefore, rural primary more needed to pay attention to the impact of family education on children and promote the healthy development of children's physical health. Children's social disorder behavior is currently the most common phenomenon that hinders the normal development of children's interpersonal relationships in the physical and mental development of children in my country. This problem is not only reflected in the psychology of children with social disabilities, but also in normal children and children with social disabilities in daily social interactions. In the current product design market, a single product cannot comprehensively solve the practical problems encountered by children with social disabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the possibility of experience design with multidimensional perspectives and multidisciplinary integration. This paper analyzes the current situation of children's social behavior in a rural family education environment and expounds the problems existing in rural family education and the impact of rural family education on children's social behavior. To provide a reference for improving children's social behavior in my country.

RESUMO

Family's academic cognition influences the family's academic concept, rearing fashion, and academic participation. It is no longer solely associated to kid's bodily and intellectual development; however, additionally associated to household concord and social progress. With the development of the times, the complicated traits of training proceed to pose new challenges to parents. Exploring the composition and operation mechanism of family training decision-making cognition is envisioned to stop up the key to promote parents' orderly coaching participation and home university cooperation. However, the associated lookup of usual cognitive mannequin has terrible steadiness and prediction charge in focus results. This paper constructs a cognitive model of family training decision-making principally based totally on neural network. Through the assessment of relevant data, they have an effect of the cognitive model of family coaching decision-making mainly based totally on neural neighborhood evaluated from the accuracy, root suggest rectangular error RMSE, and AUC curve. The experimental effects exhibit that the prediction accuracy of the cognitive mannequin of household training decision-making primarily based on neural community is 15% greater than that of the standard model, and the cognitive balance of the mannequin is 8.2%. This paper demonstrates the effectiveness, feasibility, and practicability of the mannequin in realistic teaching.

RESUMO

In mammals, lactation is considered the most energetically costly phase for females. To meet nutritional and energy demands, lactating females usually change feeding patterns by eating food that is higher in protein and calories. Their gut microbes respond accordingly to help adapt to the changes in diet. In this study, we examined differences in diet and gut microbial composition between lactating and non-lactating Asian particolored bats (Vespertilio sinensis) using COI and 16S amplicon sequencing. When compared with non-lactating bats, we found that the diversity and composition of lactating bats' diets differed; the proportion of Diptera increased and Coleoptera and Orthoptera decreased significantly. This could be attributed to the easy availability and high protein content of Diptera. Comparative analysis of the gut microbiota of lactating and non-lactating females showed that although the diversity of gut microbiota did not change, the relative abundance of specific gut microbiota associated with a particular diet did change. For example, when the consumption of Coleoptera decreased in lactating bats, the relative abundance of Lactobacillaceae was also reduced. Lactobacillaceae are thought to be involved in the digestion of Coleopteran exoskeletons. This study suggests that during lactation, Asian particolored bats eat a diet that yields higher levels of protein, and at the same time, the abundance of specific gut microbes change to help their hosts adapt to these changes in diet.

RESUMO

Structures of non-stoichiometric MoxSy clusters (x = 2-4; y = 2-10) were studied by density functional calculations with global optimization. Besides 1T phase like structures, a novel regular grid structure in which Mo atoms are well separated by S atoms was found, which might be used as a building-block to construct a new type of two-dimensional molybdenum sulfide monolayer. The hydrogen molecule prefers to be adsorbed onto Mo atoms rather than S atoms, and Mo atoms with less S coordination have a higher ability to adsorb H2. In addition, the reaction pathways for H2 dissociation were studied on two clusters with the highest H2 adsorption energy (Mo2S4 and Mo3S3). The vacant bridge site of Mo-Mo in S-deficient clusters, which corresponds to the sulfur vacancy in the bulk phase MoS2, is favored by H atom adsorption and plays an important role in the H atom transfer on MoxSy clusters. Our results provide a new aspect to understand the reason why S defect in MoS2 and MoS2 with an Mo-edge could enhance the catalytic performance in the hydrogen evolution reaction.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) are multipotent cells with a promising application potential in regenerative medicine and immunomodulation. However, MSCs cultured in vitro exhibit functional heterogeneity. The underlying molecular mechanisms that define MSC heterogeneity remain unclear. METHODS: We investigated the gene expression profile via single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of human primary Wharton's jelly-derived MSCs (WJMSCs) cultured in vitro from three donors. We also isolated CD142+ and CD142- WJMSCs based on scRNA-seq data and compared their proliferation capacity and "wound healing" potential in vitro. Meanwhile, we analyzed publicly available adipose-derived MSC (ADMSCs) scRNA-seq data and performed transcriptome comparison between WJMSCs and ADMSCs at the single-cell level. RESULTS: GO enrichment analysis of highly variable genes (HVGs) obtained from WJMSCs revealed that these genes are significantly enriched in extracellular region with binding function, involved in developmental process, signal transduction, cell proliferation, etc. Pathway analysis showed that these HVGs are associated with functional characteristics of classic MSCs, such as inflammation mediated by chemokine and cytokine signaling, integrin signaling, and angiogenesis. After regressing out the batch and cell cycle effects, these HVGs were used for dimension reduction and clustering analysis to identify candidate subpopulations. Differentially expressed gene analysis revealed the existence of several distinct subpopulations of MSCs that exhibit diverse functional characteristics related to proliferation, development, and inflammation response. In line with our data, sorted CD142+ and CD142- WJMSCs showed distinct proliferation capacity as well as "wound healing" potential. Although WJMSCs and ADMSCs were derived from different tissues and were displaying different differentiation potencies, their HVGs were largely overlapped and had similar functional enrichment. CONCLUSION: HVGs identified in MSCs are associated with classic MSC function. Regarding therapeutic potential, these genes are associated with functional characteristics, on which the MSC clinical application were theoretically based, such as development and inflammation response. Altogether, these HVGs hold the potential to be used as candidate markers for further potency association studies.

RESUMO

Alloying/doping in two-dimensional (2D) materials is emerging as an increasingly important strategy due to the wide-range bandgap tunability and versatility of these materials. Monolayer 2D transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) alloy has been investigated both theoretically and experimentally in recent years. Here, we synthesized a bilayer MoS2(1-x)Se2x semiconductor alloy via the chemical-vapor deposition technique. The as-grown triangular MoS2(1-x)Se2x flakes with size of roughly 10 µm were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The 1.4-1.9 nm thickness of the samples, as measured by AFM, means that bilayer MoS2(1-x)Se2x alloys were grown. The characteristic Raman modes related to Mo-S and Mo-Se vibrations were observed in the Raman spectrum. Two emission peaks were respectively found, corresponding to the A and B excitons in the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum. XPS measurements confirmed the Se doping of the alloy. The first-principles calculation results show a contraction of the band gap value with the increase of Se doping in the MoS2 lattice. Compared with monolayer MoS2(1-x)Se2x alloy, the band bending effect is more obvious, and the bilayer MoS2(1-x)Se2x alloy still shows the direct band gap luminescence characteristic, which has certain guiding significance for the growth of two-dimensional materials and for device preparation.

RESUMO

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: The in vivo effects of traditional herbal medicines are generally mediated by multiple bioactive components. The main constituents of Lotus Plumule are alkaloids such as liensinine, isoliensinine and neferine. In this study, a simple, sensitive, and robust analytical method based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) has been developed for the determination of the three alkaloids in rat plasma using carbamazepine as internal standard (IS). MATERIALS AND METHODS: After precipitation of the proteins with acetonitrile, chromatography was performed on an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1mm×50mm, 1.7µm particle size) using a gradient elution with 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile. Mass spectrometry involved positive electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) of the transitions at m/z 611.7→206.2 for liensinine, 611.3→192.2 for isoliensinine, 625.2→206.1 for neferine and m/z 237.1→194.2 for IS. RESULTS: The method was linear over the concentration range 5-1000ng/mL with a lower limit of quantifof 5ng/mL for each alkaloid. Inter- and intra-day precision (RSD%) were all within 11.4% and the accuracy (RE%) were equal or lower than 10.4%. Recoveries were more than 75.3% and matrix effects were not significant. Stability studies showed that the three alkaloids were stable under a variety of storage conditions. CONCLUSION: The method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study involving intravenous administration of liensinine, isoliensinine and neferine to rats.

RESUMO

The objective of the present study is to determine whether methoxychlor (MXC) exposure in adulthood affects rat Leydig cell regeneration and to compare its effects with estradiol (E2). Adult 90-day-old male Sprague-Dawley rats received ethane dimethane sulfonate (EDS) to eliminate the adult Leydig cell population. Subsequently, rats were randomly assigned to four groups and gavaged with corn oil (control), 0.25 mg/kg E2 and 10 or 100 mg/kg MXC daily from days 5 to 30 post-EDS treatment. The results showed that MXC and E2 reduced serum testosterone levels on day 58 post-EDS treatment. qPCR showed Hsd17b3 mRNA levels were downregulated 7-15 fold by E2 and MXC, indicating that development of the new population of Leydig cells was arrested at the earlier stage. This observation was supported by the results of histochemical staining, which demonstrated that Leydig cells in MXC-treated testis on day 58 post-EDS treatment were mostly progenitor Leydig cells. However, Pdgfb mRNA levels were downregulated, while Lif transcript levels were increased by MXC. In contrast, E2 did not affect gene expression for these growth factors. In conclusion, our findings indicated that both MXC and E2 delayed rat Leydig cell regeneration in the EDS-treated model, presumably acting by different mechanisms.

RESUMO

Resveratrol is a polyphenol produced by several plants. It has been demonstrated that it has anti-inflammatory, antitumor, and anti-diabetic effects in animal models. However, its side effects are generally unclear. In the present study, we reported that resveratrol inhibited luteinizing hormone-stimulated androgen production in rat immature Leydig cells. Further analysis demonstrated that it was a competitive inhibitor of rat and human 3ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase with IC60 values of 3.87 ± 0.06 and 8.48 ± 0.04 µM, respectively. The inhibition on 3ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase was specific since it did not inhibit another hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 17ß-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 3 at the highest concentration (100 µM) tested. In conclusion, resveratrol potentially interferes with androgen biosynthesis of rat Leydig cells.
