OBJECTIVES: The present paper highlights the potential of osteological data for answering demographic questions through the development and application of a Bayesian approach incorporating age estimations of adults. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The metropolis of London is a rewarding study region for such an approach due to the large number of cemeteries, with thousands of individuals, spanning a period from 1100 AD to the mid-19th century, that have been excavated and published in the past two decades. Furthermore, London has a rich tradition of early written records on mortality that can be used for comparison purposes. In order to gain comparable results from the different source categories, we use a Bayesian framework in which the Gompertz distribution features centrally. RESULTS: Our intensive simulations show that the Bayesian approach performs better than maximum likelihood estimation or ordinary least squares in terms of recovering the original age distribution parameters. They also show how strongly population growth affects mortality patterns. The osteological data suggests that during medieval times and the Early Modern period, the modal age-at-death of the general population of London remained more or less constant and hovered around 30 years, and that only monks showed a higher modal age, of about 45 years. However, from the 17th century onwards, life expectancy of adults increased markedly. DISCUSSION: Our comparison of written sources and osteological data demonstrates their general comparability and highlights the much higher mortality among adults in London than in the rest of England and Wales. We conclude that Bayesian modeling has great potential for recovering true mortality patterns from osteological data.

Microplastics at 10 sites along a 77 km transect of the river Thames estuary (UK) and 5 sites along 29 km of the Medway estuary were separated from sediment and analysed by ATR-FTIR spectroscopy. Microplastics were observed at all sites. Highest Thames concentrations were in urban London between Chelsea and West Thurrock (average 170.80 particles kg-1 ± 46.64, 3.36 mg kg-1 ± 1.79 by mass), mid-outer estuary sites were two to three times lower. Microplastics were slightly dominated by particles (54 %) over fibres (45 %), including polymer types ranked: polyethylene > PET > polypropylene > polyamide. Medway microplastics decreased seaward, with one urban-municipal site impacted by a combined-sewer-overflow containing a high proportion of fibres (Rochester, 484 particles kg-1, 7.39 mg kg-1 by mass). Microplastic abundance was correlated to organic carbon (TOC %) (R2 of 0.71 Thames and 0.96 Medway), but not sediment particle size. Sedimentary microplastics accumulation in the Thames was controlled by urbanisation-distance, and site hydrodynamics.

Medical practitioners, inevitably scattered across the country, need frequent periodicals to communicate the latest medical information. Journals are an essential component of the infrastructure of modern medicine, yet they were slow to achieve firm roots in Britain during the eighteenth century, with few sustained quarterly periodicals and the only attempt at a monthly lasting a year. Then in 1799, Richard Phillips, owner of the Monthly Magazine, published the Medical and Physical Journal, the first sustained monthly medical journal, which lasted for thirty-four years. Ever since, Britain has never been without a monthly or weekly general medical journal. Responding to the need for a strong commercial focus, the Journal used a magazine format which blended reviews and abstracts of already published material with original contributions and medical news, and it quickly achieved a national circulation by close engagement with all types of practitioners across the country.Contrary to the historiography, the Journal was distinctly different from the contemporaneous monthly science journals. The key to success was two-way communication with all practitioners, especially the numerous surgeons and surgeon-apothecaries who were increasingly better trained and confident of their status. Much of the content of the Journal was written by these readers, and with rapid, reliable distribution and quick publication of correspondence, controversial topics could be bounced back and forth between all practitioners, including the distinguished. Initially, the editors tried to maximise circulation by avoiding any controversy, but this started to change in the first few years of the next century.

This study aimed to compare and evaluate the accuracy of the Demirjian (DE) and the London Atlas (LAE) dental age estimation methods in a Saudi population sample. This retrospective cross-sectional study used digital radiographs from electronic health records in three different dental institutes. In total, 357 male and 354 female (ages 5-15 years) digital orthopantomograms were selected for age estimation. The mean difference between the chronological age (CA) and age estimation method among males and females was 0.03 ± 0.34 and 0.00 ± 0.34, respectively, for LAE and 0.55 ± 0.84 and 0.76 ± 0.51, respectively, for DE. The mean difference between the LAE and DE methods among males and females was 0.52 ± 0.89 and -0.76 ± 0.57, respectively. No statistically significant difference between CA and LAE was found in either males (p = 0.079) or females (p = 0.872). A statistically significant difference was found between CA and DE in both genders (p < 0.001). A statistically significant difference was found between the LAE and DE groups (p < 0.001) in both genders. An overestimation of dental age was observed with DE compared with that in CA. LAE showed higher accuracy than CA, with no clinically significant difference. Although the difference between the LAE and DE methods was insignificant, the LAE method proved to be more accurate.

The circular economy (CE) is reasoned to organize complex systems supporting sustainable resilience by distinguishing between waste materials and economic growth. This is crucial to the electronic waste (e-waste) industry of developed countries, and e-waste operation management has become their top priority because e-waste contains toxic materials and valuable sources of elements. In the UK, although London Metropolitan city boasts an ambitious sustainable resilience target underlying the context of CE, practical implementation has yet to be feasible, with few investigations detailing if and how the existing target implications enable industrial and social-ecological sectors to continue their performance functionalities in the face of undesired disruptions. In this paper, a dynamic Bayesian Network (dynamic BN) approach is developed to address a range of potential risks. The existing London e-waste operation management is considered as an application of study for sustainable resilience development. Through the utilization of dynamic BN, a comprehensive analysis yields a Resilience Index (RI) of 0.5424, coupled with a StdDev of 0.01350. These metrics offer a profound insight into the intricate workings of a sustainable system and its capacity to swiftly rebound from unexpected shocks and disturbances. This newfound understanding equips policymakers with the knowledge needed to navigate the complexities of sustainable e-waste management effectively. The implications drawn from these in-depth analyses furnish policymakers with invaluable information, enabling them to make judicious decisions that advance the cause of sustainable e-waste management. The findings underscore that the absorptive capacity of a sustainable and resilient e-waste operation management system stands as the foremost defense mechanism against unforeseen challenges. Furthermore, it becomes evident that two pivotal factors, namely "diversifying the supply chain" and "enhancing supply chain transparency," play pivotal roles in augmenting the sustainability and resilience of e-waste operation management within the context of London's ambitious sustainability targets. These factors are instrumental in steering the trajectory of e-waste management towards a more sustainable and resilient future, aligning with London's aspirations for a greener and more eco-conscious future.

The iron-based superconductors (IBSs) of the recently discovered 1144 class, unlike many other IBSs, display superconductivity in their stoichiometric form and are intrinsically hole doped. The effects of chemical substitutions with electron donors are thus particularly interesting to investigate. Here, we study the effect of Co substitution in the Fe site of CaKFe4As4 single crystals on the critical temperature, on the energy gaps, and on the superfluid density by using transport, point-contact Andreev-reflection spectroscopy (PCARS), and London penetration depth measurements. The pristine compound (Tc≃36 K) shows two isotropic gaps whose amplitudes (Δ1 = 1.4-3.9 meV and Δ2 = 5.2-8.5 meV) are perfectly compatible with those reported in the literature. Upon Co doping (up to ≈7% Co), Tc decreases down to ≃20 K, the spin-vortex-crystal order appears, and the low-temperature superfluid density is gradually suppressed. PCARS and London penetration depth measurements perfectly agree in demonstrating that the nodeless multigap structure is robust upon Co doping, while the gap amplitudes decrease as a function of Tc in a linear way with almost constant values of the gap ratios 2Δi/kBTc.

The self-association mechanisms of phenol have represented long-standing challenges to quantum chemical methodologies owing to the competition between strongly directional intermolecular hydrogen bonding, weaker non-directional London dispersion forces and C-H⋯π interactions between the aromatic rings. The present work explores these subtle self-association mechanisms of relevance for biological molecular recognition processes via spectroscopic observations of large-amplitude hydrogen bond librational modes of phenol cluster molecules embedded in inert neon "quantum" matrices complemented by domain-based local pair natural orbital-coupled cluster DLPNO-CCSD(T) theory. The spectral signatures confirm a primarily intermolecular O-H⋯H hydrogen-bonded structure of the phenol dimer strengthened further by cooperative contributions from inter-ring London dispersion forces as supported by DLPNO-based local energy decomposition (LED) predictions. In the same way, the hydrogen bond librational bands observed for the trimeric cluster molecule confirm a pseudo-C3 symmetric cyclic cooperative hydrogen-bonded barrel-like potential energy minimum structure. This structure is vastly different from the sterically favored "chair" conformations observed for aliphatic alcohol cluster molecules of the same size owing to the additional stabilizing London dispersion forces and C-H⋯π interactions between the aromatic rings. The hydrogen bond librational transition observed for the phenol monohydrate finally confirms that phenol acts as a hydrogen bond donor to water in contrast to the hydrogen bond acceptor role observed for aliphatic alcohols.

The thermal surface properties of graphenes and carbon materials are of crucial importance in the chemistry of materials, chemical engineering, and many industrial processes. BACKGROUND: The determination of these surface properties is carried out using inverse gas chromatography at infinite dilution, which leads to the retention volume of organic solvents adsorbed on solid surfaces. This experimental and fundamental parameter actually reflects the surface thermodynamic interactions between injected probes and solid substrates. METHODS: The London dispersion equation and the Hamieh thermal model are used to quantify the London dispersive and polar surface energy of graphenes and carbon fibers as well their Lewis acid-base constants by introducing the coupling amphoteric constant of materials. RESULTS: The London dispersive and polar acid-base surface energies, the free energy of adsorption, the polar enthalpy and entropy, and the Lewis acid-base constants of graphenes and carbon materials are determined. CONCLUSIONS: It is shown that graphene exhibited the highest values of London dispersive surface energy, polar surface energy, and Lewis acid-base constants. The highest characteristics of graphene justify its great potentiality and uses in many industrial applications.

Whole-genome duplication (WGD; i.e., polyploidy) and chromosomal rearrangement (i.e., genome shuffling) significantly influence genome structure and organization. Many polyploids show extensive genome shuffling relative to their pre-WGD ancestors. No reference genome is currently available for Platanaceae (Proteales), one of the sister groups to the core eudicots. Moreover, Platanus × acerifolia (London planetree; Platanaceae) is a widely used street tree. Given the pivotal phylogenetic position of Platanus and its 2-y flowering transition, understanding its flowering-time regulatory mechanism has significant evolutionary implications; however, the impact of Platanus genome evolution on flowering-time genes remains unknown. Here, we assembled a high-quality, chromosome-level reference genome for P. × acerifolia using a phylogeny-based subgenome phasing method. Comparative genomic analyses revealed that P. × acerifolia (2n = 42) is an ancient hexaploid with three subgenomes resulting from two sequential WGD events; Platanus does not seem to share any WGD with other Proteales or with core eudicots. Each P. × acerifolia subgenome is highly similar in structure and content to the reconstructed pre-WGD ancestral eudicot genome without chromosomal rearrangements. The P. × acerifolia genome exhibits karyotypic stasis and gene sub-/neo-functionalization and lacks subgenome dominance. The copy number of flowering-time genes in P. × acerifolia has undergone an expansion compared to other noncore eudicots, mainly via the WGD events. Sub-/neo-functionalization of duplicated genes provided the genetic basis underlying the unique flowering-time regulation in P. × acerifolia. The P. × acerifolia reference genome will greatly expand understanding of the evolution of genome organization, genetic diversity, and flowering-time regulation in angiosperms.

INTRODUCTION: Unplanned pregnancies are associated with increased risks. Despite this, they are currently not routinely detected during antenatal care. This study evaluates the implementation of the London Measure of Unplanned Pregnancy (LMUP) - a validated measure of pregnancy planning - into antenatal care at University College London Hospital, Homerton Hospital, and St Thomas' Hospital, England, 2019-2023. METHODS: We conducted a mixed methods evaluation of the pilot. Uptake and acceptability were measured using anonymized data with non-completion of the LMUP as a proxy measure of acceptability overall. We conducted focus groups with midwives, and one-to-one interviews with women, to explore their thoughts of asking, or being asked the LMUP, which we analyzed with a Framework Analysis. RESULTS: Asking the LMUP at antenatal appointments is feasible and acceptable to women and midwives, and the LMUP performed as expected. Advantages of asking the LMUP, highlighted by participants, include providing additional support and personalizing care. Midwives' concerns about judgment were unsubstantiated; women with unplanned pregnancies valued such discussions. CONCLUSIONS: These findings support the implementation of the LMUP in routine antenatal care and show how it can provide valuable insights into the circumstances of women's pregnancies. This can be used to help midwives personalize care, and potentially reduce adverse outcomes and subsequent unplanned pregnancy. Integration of the LMUP into the Maternity Services Data Set will establish national data collection of a validated measure of unplanned pregnancy and enable analysis of the prevalence, factors, and implications of unplanned pregnancies across subpopulations and over time to inform implementation.

The Tower of London, Drexel Version, Second Edition (TOL-DX) is purported to measure multiple aspects of executive functions, although it also possesses inherent non-executive demands. Such complexity makes it useful in detecting impairment but difficult in interpreting the neurocognitive cause of impairment, particularly in children. This study investigated the developmental, neurocognitive, and symptom correlates of the TOL-DX in children and adolescents with neuropsychiatric disorders. Two-hundred and thirty-three children and adolescents (7-21 years old) completed the TOL-DX during a neuropsychological evaluation as part of clinical care within a children's psychiatric hospital. Pearson correlation, regression models, and receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analyses examined the association among variables. Visuospatial and executive functions (EF) were most consistently related to total moves, execution time, and violations. TOL-DX variables were associated with attention in younger participants and EF in older participants. No TOL-DX scores were related to parent-reported symptoms. The TOL-DX possesses inherent visuospatial and attention/executive demands in children and adolescents which are difficult to differentiate, differ by age group, and not associated to clinical symptoms. Taken together, the TOL-DX is complex to interpret, but psychometrically sound and sensitive to neurocognitive impairment in children and adolescents with transdiagnostic neuropsychiatric disorders.

The extent to which electrophores covalently bridged by a saturated linker are electrochemically independent was investigated considering the charge/spin duality of the electron and functionality of the electrophore as a spin carrier upon reduction. By combining computational modeling with electrochemical experiments, we investigated the mechanism by which tethered electrophores react together within 4,4'-oligo[n]methylene-bipyridinium assemblies (with n=2 to 5). We show that native dicationic electrophores (redox state Z=+2) are folded prior to electron injection into the system, allowing the emergence of supra-molecular orbitals (supra-MOs) likely to support the process of the reductive σ bond formation giving cyclomers. Indeed, for Z=+2, London Dispersion (LD) forces contribute to flatten the potential energy surface such that all-trans and folded conformers are approximately isoenergetic. Then, upon one-electron injection, for radical cations (Z=+1), LD forces significantly stabilize the folded conformers, except for the ethylene derivative deprived of supra-MOs. For radical cations equipped with supra-MOs, the unpaired electron is delocalized over both heterocycles through space. Cyclomer completion (Z=0) upon the second electron transfer occurs according to the inversion of redox potentials. This mechanism explains why intramolecular reactivity is favored and why pyridinium electrophores are not independent.

Poly lactic acid (PLA) is one of the most commonly used bio-derived thermoplastic polymers in 3D and 4D printing applications. The determination of PLA surface properties is of capital importance in 3D/4D printing technology. The surface thermodynamic properties of PLA polymers were determined using the inverse gas chromatography (IGC) technique at infinite dilution. The determination of the retention volume of polar and non-polar molecules adsorbed on the PLA particles filling the column allowed us to obtain the dispersive, polar, and Lewis's acid-base surface properties at different temperatures from 40 °C to 100 °C. The applied surface method was based on our recent model that used the London dispersion equation, the new chromatographic parameter function of the deformation polarizability, and the harmonic mean of the ionization energies of the PLA polymer and organic molecules. The application of this new method led to the determination of the dispersive and polar free surface energy of the adsorption of molecules on the polymeric material, as well as the glass transition and the Lewis acid-base constants. Four interval temperatures were distinguished, showing four zones of variations in the surface properties of PLA as a function of the temperature before and after the glass transition. The acid-base parameters of PLA strongly depend on the temperature. The accurate determination of the dispersive and polar surface physicochemical properties of PLA led to the work of adhesion of the polar organic solvents adsorbed on PLA. These results can be very useful for achieving reliable and functional 3D and 4D printed components.

Carbapenem-resistant Salmonella enterica (S. enterica) pose a significant threat to public health, causing gastroenteritis and invasive infections. We report the first emergence of a carbapenem-resistant S. enterica serovar London strain, A132, carrying the blaNDM-5 gene in China. Whole-genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis assigned A132 to be ST155, a multidrug-resistant clone frequently reported in China. The strain A132 exhibited resistance to multiple antibiotics, with 20 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) identified, predominantly located on the IncFIB plasmid (pA132-1-NDM). Notably, the blaNDM-5 gene was located within an IS26 flanked-class 1 integron-ISCR1 complex, comprising two genetic cassettes. One cassette is the class 1 integron, which may facilitate the transmission of the entire complex, while the other is the blaNDM-5-containing ISCR1-IS26-flanked cassette, carrying multiple other ARGs. Genbank database search based on the blaNDM-5-carrying cassette identified a similar genetic context found in transmissible IncFIA plasmids from Escherichia coli (p91) and Enterobacter hormaechei (p388) with a shared host range, suggesting the potential for cross-species transmission of blaNDM-5. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of Salmonella serovar London ST155 harboring blaNDM-5 gene. Phylogenetic analysis indicated a close relationship between A132 and eight S. London ST155 strains isolated from the same province. However, A132 differed by carrying the blaNDM-5 gene and four unique ARGs. Given the high transmissibility of the F-type plasmid harboring blaNDM-5 and 18 other ARGs, it is imperative to implement vigilant surveillance and adopt appropriate infection control measures to mitigate the threat to public health.

OBJECTIVE: This study compares executive functioning in deaf children with cochlear implants and those with normal hearing. Individuals who lacked auditory stimulation during their early years might experience cognitive challenges that extend beyond just speech and language abilities. METHODS: The executive functioning abilities of a group of 32 children who were born deaf and received cochlear implants before the age of 7 were contrasted with those of 30 children with normal hearing. Both sets of children underwent assessments using the Tower of London, BRIEF, and Stroop tests. RESULTS: The average score on the Tower of London task reveals that children who received cochlear implants (4.03 ± 2.53) achieved lower scores than typically hearing children (8.37 ± 2.79). This group also exhibited higher errors in the Stroop test and slightly longer response times Additionally, in terms of emotional control assessed by the BRIEF, a higher score was recorded. Notably, significant differences between the two groups were identified for organizing materials (t(62) = -4.204, p = 0.00). The tests measuring phonemic fluency, categorical fluency, and working memory also revealed significant differences. CONCLUSIONS: The significant differences in data between both groups suggest the influence of cochlear implantation on cognitive functions. This emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to supporting the overall development of these children.

The adsorption of polymers on solid surfaces is common in many industrial applications, such as coatings, paints, catalysis, colloids, and adhesion processes. The properties of absorbed polymers commonly vary with temperature. In this paper, inverse gas chromatography at infinite dilution was used to determine the physicochemical characterization of PMMA adsorbed on silica. A new method based on the London dispersion equation was applied with a new parameter associating the deformation polarizability with the harmonic mean of the ionization energies of the solvent. More accurate values of the dispersive and polar interaction energies of the various organic solvents adsorbed on PMMA in bulk phase and PMMA/silica at different recovery fractions were obtained, as well as the Lewis acid-base parameters and the transition temperatures of the different composites. It was found that the temperature and the recovery fraction have important effects on the various physicochemical and thermodynamic properties. The variations in all the interaction parameters showed the presence of three transition temperatures for the different PMMA composites adsorbed on silica with various coverage rates, with a shift in these temperatures for a recovery fraction of 31%. An important variation in the polar enthalpy and entropy of adsorption, the Lewis acid-base parameters and the intermolecular separation distance was highlighted as a function of the temperature and the recovery fraction of PMMA on silica.

BACKGROUND: Little is known about research in Foundling Hospitals during the 18th century. SUMMARY: The London "Hospital for the Maintenance and Education of Exposed and Deserted Young Children" opened in 1741, after fundraising by the former shipmaster Thomas Coram and a Charter by King George II. From 1741 to 1756, fewer than 100 infants a year were admitted by lot. With onset of the Seven Years' War in 1756, the House of Commons resolved and financed the admission of all deserted babies. The number of admitted babies rose to 4,000 per year, and their mortality increased. The Institution was not intended as a research and teaching facility but soon became a site for gaining knowledge of young infants. Appointed physicians included Richard Conyers, William Cadogan, William Watson, and William Buchan. Their research focused on frequent conditions in the hospital's infirmary such as scabies, fever, measles, chilblains and scorbutic eruptions, and set standards for infant care and nutrition in the English-speaking world during the 18th century. They described the dangers connected with tight swaddling, meconium purgation, artificial feeding, and the difficulty to obtain wet nurses in the big cities. A major topic was their fight against smallpox, then fatal for 80% if infected infants, and the development of an effective technique of inoculation. KEY MESSAGES: Research at the London Foundling Hospital differed from modern understanding of controlled clinical trials but revealed systematic, hypothesis-driven approaches in the mid-18th century. As in other Foundling Hospitals, absent parental interference facilitated innovations.

The determination of the polar surface free energy, polar properties, and Lewis's acid base of solid materials is of capital importance in many industrial processes, such as adhesion, coatings, two-dimensional films, and adsorption phenomena. (1) Background: The physicochemical properties of many solid particles were characterized during the last forty years by using the retention time of injected well-known molecules into chromatographic columns containing the solid substrates to be characterized. The obtained net retention time of the solvents adsorbed on the solid, allowing the determination of the net retention volume directly correlated to the specific surface variables, dispersive, polar, and acid-base properties. (2) Methods: Many chromatographic methods were used to quantify the values of the different specific surface variables of the solids. However, one found a large deviation between the different results. In this paper, one proposed a new method based on the London dispersion equation that allowed the quantification of the polar free energy of adsorption, as well as the Lewis's acid-base constants of many solid surfaces. (3) Results: The newly applied method allowed us to obtain the polar enthalpy and entropy of adsorption of polar model organic molecules on several solid substrates, such as silica, alumina, MgO, ZnO, Zn, TiO2, and carbon fibers. (4) Conclusions: our new method based on the separation between the dispersive and polar free surface energy allowed us to better characterize the solid materials.

Mate Marote is an open-access cognitive training software aimed at children between 4 and 8 years old. It consists of a set of computerized games specifically tailored to train and evaluate Executive Functions (EF), a class of processes critical for purposeful, goal-directed behavior, including working memory, planning, flexibility, and inhibitory control. Since 2008, several studies were performed with this software at children's own schools in interventions supervised in-person by cognitive scientists. After 2015, we incorporated naturalistic, yet controlled, interventions with children's own teachers' help. The platform includes a battery of standardized tests, disguised as games, to assess children's EF. The main question that emerges is whether the results, obtained with these traditional tasks but conducted without the presence of researchers, are comparable to those widely reported in the literature, that were obtained in more supervised settings. In this study, we were able to replicate the expected difficulty and age effects in at least one of the analyzed dependent variables of each employed test. We also report important discrepancies between the expected and the observed response time patterns, specifically for time-constrained tasks. We hereby discuss the benefits and setbacks of a new possible strategy for this type of assessment in naturalistic settings. We conclude that this battery of established EF tasks adapted for its remote usage is appropriate to measure the expected mental processes in naturalistic settings, enriching opportunities to upscale cognitive training interventions at schools. These types of tools can constitute a concerted strategy to bring together educational neuroscience research and real-life practice.

Increasing studies have observed the benefit of acute exercise on core executive functions (EFs). However, the effects of high-order EFs (i.e., metacognition) are poorly investigated. Additionally, the beneficial effect varies depending on exercise-related variables (e.g., intensity, duration). Exercise volume, represented by exercise intensity and duration, is one approach to examine the relationship between acute exercise and metacognition. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effects of acute exercise, involving three volume-matched evaluations, on metacognition in late middle-aged adults. It recruited 40 community-dwelling late middle-aged adults (22 females; Mage=61.05±4.17years). Its counterbalanced and repeated-measure experimental design included a control reading session and three exercise sessions: (1) acute moderate-intensity exercise for 30min, (2) higher-intensity exercise for 16min, and (3) lower-intensity exercise for 40min. After each session, all participants were asked to perform the Tower of London (TOL) task to assess their metacognition related to planning and problem-solving. This study showed that regardless of exercise intensity and duration variation, acute exercise led to higher move-related (i.e., total correct and move scores) and time-related (i.e., total executive and problem-solving times) scores but did not affect total initial time and violation-related scores compared to reading treatment. These findings suggest enhanced performance in metacognition after acute exercise regardless of its intensity and duration variation.
