Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels before and after sustained virologic response (SVR) and investigate the baseline characteristics associated with improved glycemic control in patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) achieving SVR after directacting antivirals (DAA) therapy. Materials and methods: Consecutive adult patients with CHC who achieved SVR after DAA treatment between January 2016 and December 2017 at Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (RS, Brazil) were prospectively included. Levels of HbA1c were measured up to 24 weeks before DAA therapy and 12 weeks after SVR. Exclusion criteria were decompensated cirrhosis, HIV and/or hepatitis B virus, liver disease of other etiologies, and/or modification of prediabetes/ type 2 diabetes mellitus (PDM/T2DM) management. The primary outcome was a comparison of HbA1c levels before and after SVR. Secondary outcomes were the baseline variables associated with improved glycemic control. Results: The study included 207 patients with a mean age of 60.6±10.7 years, of whom 51.7% were women, 56% had cirrhosis, 37.7% had HCV genotype 3, and 54.5% had baseline T2DM or PDM. The median HbA1c level reduced significantly after SVR (5.5%, interquartile range [IQR] 4.9%-6.3%) compared with baseline (5.7%, IQR 5.3%-6.7%; p = 0.01). The baseline characteristics associated with improved HbA1c after SVR were cirrhosis, genotype 3, and age ≤ 60 years. Conclusion: Among patients with CHC, SVR after DAA was associated with HbA1c reduction, particularly in those with cirrhosis, genotype 3, and age ≤ 60 years.

Early confirmation of sustained virologic response (SVR) or viral relapse after direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is essential based on public health perspectives, particularly for patients with high risk of nonadherence to posttreatment follow-ups. A total of 1011 patients who achieved end-of-treatment virologic response, including 526 receiving fixed-dose pangenotypic DAAs, and 485 receiving other types of DAAs, who had available off-treatment weeks 4 and 12 serum HCV RNA data to confirm SVR at off-treatment week 12 (SVR12) or viral relapse were included. The positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) of SVR4 to predict patients with SVR12 or viral relapse were reported. Furthermore, we analyzed the proportion of concordance between SVR12 and SVR24 in 943 patients with available SVR24 data. The PPV and NPV of SVR4 to predict SVR12 were 98.5% (95% confidence interval [CI]: 98.0-98.9) and 100% (95% CI: 66.4-100) in the entire population. The PPV of SVR4 to predict SVR12 in patients receiving fixed-dose pangenotypic DAAs was higher than those receiving other types of DAAs (99.8% [95% CI: 98.9-100] vs. 97.1% [95% CI: 96.2-97.8], p < 0.001). The NPVs of SVR4 to predict viral relapse were 100%, regardless of the type of DAAs. Moreover, the concordance between SVR12 and SVR24 was 100%. In conclusion, an off-treatment week 4 serum HCV RNA testing is sufficient to provide an excellent prediction power of SVR or viral relapse at off-treatment week 12 among patients with HCV who are treated with fixed-dose pangenotypic DAAs.

Access to Hepatis C treatment in Sub-Saharan Africa is a clinical, public health and ethical concern. The multi-country open-label trial TAC ANRS 12311 allowed assessing the feasibility, safety, efficacy of a specific care model of HCV treatment and retreatment in patients with hepatitis C in Sub Saharan Africa. Between November 2015 and March 2017, with follow-up until mid 2019, treatment-naïve patients with HCV without decompensated cirrhosis or liver cancer were recruited to receive 12 week-treatment with either sofosbuvir + ribavirin (HCV genotype 2) or sofosbuvir + ledipasvir (genotype 1 or 4) and retreatment with sofosbuvir + velpatasvir + voxilaprevir in case of virological failure. The primary outcome was sustained virological response at 12 weeks after end of treatment (SVR12). Secondary outcomes included treatment adherence, safety and SVR12 in patients who were retreated due to non-response to first-line treatment. The model of care relied on both viral load assessment and educational sessions to increase patient awareness, adherence and health literacy. The study recruited 120 participants, 36 HIV-co-infected, and 14 cirrhotic. Only one patient discontinued treatment because of return to home country. Neither death nor severe adverse event occurred. SVR12 was reached in 107 patients (89%): (90%) in genotype 1 or 2, and 88% in GT-4. All retreated patients (n = 13) reached SVR12. HCV treatment is highly acceptable, safe and effective under this model of care. Implementation research is now needed to scale up point-of-care HCV testing and SVR assessment, along with community involvement in patient education, to achieve HCV elimination in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Current management of HCV infection is based on Direct-Acting Antiviral Drugs (DAAs). However, resistance-associated mutations, especially in the NS3 and NS5B regions are gradually decreasing the efficacy of DAAs. Among the most effective HCV NS3/4A protease drugs, Sofosbuvir also develops resistance due to mutations in the NS3 and NS5B regions. Four mutations at positions A156Y, L36P, Q41H, and Q80K are classified as high-level resistance mutations. The resistance mechanism of HCV NS3/4A protease toward Sofosbuvir caused by these mutations is still unclear, as there is less information available regarding the structural and functional effects of the mutations against Sofosbuvir. In this work, we combined molecular dynamics simulation, molecular mechanics/Generalized-Born surface area calculation, principal component analysis, and free energy landscape analysis to explore the resistance mechanism of HCV NS3/4A protease due to these mutations, as well as compare interaction changes in wild-type. Subsequently, we identified that the mutant form of HCV NS3/4A protease affects the activity of Sofosbuvir. In this study, the resistance mechanism of Sofosbuvir at the atomic level is proposed. The proposed drug-resistance mechanism will provide valuable guidance for the design of HCV drugs.

Seven new sugar alcohol-conjugated acyclic sesquiterpenes, acremosides A-G (1-7), were isolated from the cultures of the sponge-associated fungus Acremonium sp. IMB18-086 cultivated with heat-killed Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The structures were determined by comprehensive analyses of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. The relative configurations were established by J-based configuration analysis and acetonide derivatization. The absolute configurations were elucidated by the Mosher ester method and ECD calculations. The structures of acremosides E-G (5-7) featured the linear sesquiterpene skeleton with a tetrahydrofuran moiety attached to a sugar alcohol. Acremosides A (1) and C-E (3-5) showed significant inhibitory activities against hepatitis C virus (EC50 values of 4.8-8.8 µM) with no cytotoxicity (CC50 of >200 µM).

Chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is characterized by a variety of extra-hepatic manifestations; peripheral neuropathy (PN) is one of the most common, especially when mixed cryoglobulinemia (MCG) is present. The prevalence and risk factors of HCV-related PN in the absence of MCG are largely unknown. We conducted a prospective, single-center study, examining the prevalence and reversibility of HCV-associated neuropathy in the absence of MCG. Nerve fiber density in the epidermis was evaluated through skin biopsy and electroneurography (ENG) before HCV-treatment initiation and 1 year post sustained virological remission (SVR). Forty HCV-infected individuals (nine HIV co-infected) with no other neuron-harming factors were included; four other HCV mono- and three HIV co-infected individuals were excluded due to presence of diabetes, B12 insufficiency, or neurotoxic drugs. Twelve consecutive controls with no neuron-harming conditions were also recruited; eight more were excluded due to meeting exclusion criteria. Four patients had ENG signs of polyneuropathy (two with HCV mono- and two with HIV co-infection), while seven more (five with HCV mono- and two with HIV co-infection) had signs of mono-neuropathy, leading to PN prevalences of 22.5% and 44% for mono- and co-infection, respectively (p value 0.179). The two patients with HCV mono-infection and polyneuropathy and the one with ulnar nerve damage showed ENG improvement 1 year post SVR. Regarding intraepidermal nerve density, HCV infection, irrespective of HIV co-infection, was correlated with a lower intraepidermal neuron density that improved 1 year post SVR (p value 0.0002 for HCV and 0.0326 for HCV/HIV co-infected patients). PN is common in HCV infection; successful eradication of HCV leads to PN improvement.

Hepatitis B and C viruses (HBV and HCV) are significant causes of chronic liver diseases, with approximately 350 million infections globally. To accelerate the finding of effective treatment options, we introduce HBCVTr, a novel ligand-based drug design (LBDD) method for predicting the inhibitory activity of small molecules against HBV and HCV. HBCVTr employs a hybrid model consisting of double encoders of transformers and a deep neural network to learn the relationship between small molecules' simplified molecular-input line-entry system (SMILES) and their antiviral activity against HBV or HCV. The prediction accuracy of HBCVTr has surpassed baseline machine learning models and existing methods, with R-squared values of 0.641 and 0.721 for the HBV and HCV test sets, respectively. The trained models were successfully applied to virtual screening against 10 million compounds within 240 h, leading to the discovery of the top novel inhibitor candidates, including IJN04 for HBV and IJN12 and IJN19 for HCV. Molecular docking and dynamics simulations identified IJN04, IJN12, and IJN19 target proteins as the HBV core antigen, HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, and HCV NS3/4A serine protease, respectively. Overall, HBCVTr offers a new and rapid drug discovery and development screening method targeting HBV and HCV.

BACKGROUND: The prevalence of hepatitis C virus (HCV) among people who inject drugs (PWID) is between 50-70%. Prior systematic reviews demonstrated that PWID have similar direct acting antiviral treatment outcomes compared to non-PWID; however, reviews have not examined treatment outcomes by housing status. Given the links between housing and health, identifying gaps in HCV treatment can guide future interventions. METHODS: We conducted a systematic review using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines. We searched six databases for articles from 2014 onward. Two reviewers conducted title/abstract screenings, full-text review, and data extraction. We extracted effect measures for treatment initiation, adherence, completion, success, and reinfection by housing status. Studies underwent quality and certainty assessments, and we performed meta-analyses as appropriate. RESULTS: Our search yielded 473 studies, eight of which met inclusion criteria. Only the treatment initiation outcome had sufficient measures for meta-analysis. Using a random-effects model, we found those with unstable housing had 0.40 (0.26, 0.62) times the odds of initiating treatment compared to those with stable housing. Other outcomes were not amenable for meta-analysis due to a limited number of studies or differing outcome definitions. CONCLUSIONS: Among PWID, unstable housing appears to be a barrier to HCV treatment initiation; however, the existing data is limited for treatment initiation and the other outcomes we examined. There is a need for more informative studies to better understand HCV treatment among those with unstable housing. Specifically, future studies should better define housing status beyond a binary, static measure to capture the nuances and complexity of housing and its subsequent impact on HCV treatment. Additionally, researchers should meaningfully consider whether the outcome(s) of interest are being accurately measured for individuals experiencing unstable housing.

Paritaprevir is an orally bioavailable, macrocyclic drug used for treating chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Its structures have been elusive to the public until recently when one of the crystal forms is solved by microcrystal electron diffraction (MicroED). In this work, the MicroED structures of two distinct polymorphic crystal forms of paritaprevir are reported from the same experiment. The different polymorphs show conformational changes in the macrocyclic core, as well as the cyclopropyl sulfonamide and methyl pyrazinamide substituents. Molecular docking shows that one of the conformations fits well into the active site pocket of the HCV non-structural 3/4A (NS3/4A) serine protease target, and can interact with the pocket and catalytic triad via hydrophobic interactions and hydrogen bonds. These results can provide further insight for optimization of the binding of acyl sulfonamide inhibitors to the HCV NS3/4A serine protease. In addition, this also demonstrates the opportunity to derive different polymorphs and distinct macrocycle conformations from the same experiments using MicroED.

IMPORTANCE: The hepatitis C virus is associated with nearly 300,000 deaths annually. At the core of the virus is an RNA-protein complex called the nucleocapsid, which consists of the viral genome and many copies of the core protein. Because the assembly of the nucleocapsid is a critical step in viral replication, a considerable amount of effort has been devoted to identifying antiviral therapeutics that can bind to the core protein and disrupt assembly. Although several candidates have been identified, little is known about how they interact with the core protein or how those interactions alter the structure and thus the function of this viral protein. Our work biochemically characterizes several of these binding interactions, highlighting both similarities and differences as well as strengths and weaknesses. These insights bolster the notion that this viral protein is a viable target for novel therapeutics and will help to guide future developments of these candidate antivirals.

Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) are at an increased risk of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. This study evaluated the prevalence of HCV infection in patients with ESRD on maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and studied the effectiveness of sofosbuvir-velpatasvir and sofosbuvir-daclatasvir regimens in these patients. This study included patients with ESRD on MHD between January 2019 and December 2021 who were screened for HCV serology status. HCV-positive patients received sofosbuvir-velpatasvir or sofosbuvir-daclatasvir. Efficacy was assessed by the sustained virological response (SVR), and safety assessments included monitoring adverse events and laboratory parameters. Out of 1330 patients, 188 patients (14.1%) were positive for anti-HCV, with Genotype 1 being the most common genotype. Of these, 106 patients were included. The majority were males (61.3%), and the mean age was 48.4 years. Hypertension (45.3%) was the most common cause of renal failure, followed by diabetes (31.1%). Most patients (63.2%) were positive for HCV in the first 2 years of their dialysis treatment. Out of 106 patients, only 54 had received blood transfusions. Ninety-four (88.7%) patients received sofosbuvir-velpatasvir, whereas 12 (11.3%) received sofosbuvir-daclatasvir. SVR at 12 and 24 weeks after stopping treatment was seen in all (100%) patients. Asthenia and fatigue were the most common adverse events (11.2%). No patients reported on-treatment virologic failure or discontinuation of treatment because of adverse events. The prevalence of HCV infection in this population was 14.1%, and treatment of HCV infection using sofosbuvir-velpatasvir or sofosbuvir-daclatasvir regimens was well tolerated and effective.

Chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections are a worldwide medical problem responsible for diverse types of liver diseases. The NS5B polymerase enzyme has become a very interesting target for the development of anti-HCV drugs owing to its fundamental role in viral replication. Here we report the synthesis of a novel series of 1-substituted phenyl-4(1H)-quinazolinone and 2-methyl-1-substituted phenyl-4(1H)-quinazolinone derivatives and evaluate their activity against HCV in HCV subgenomic replicon assays. The biological data revealed that compound 11a showed the highest activity against HCV GT1b at a micromolar concentration (EC50 = 0.984 µM) followed by compound 11b (EC50 = 1.38 µM). Both compounds 11a and 11b had high selectivity indices (SI = CC50/EC50), 160.71 and 71.75, respectively, which make them very interesting candidates for further development of more potent and selective anti-HCV agents.

Third generation Hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS3/4A protease inhibitors (PIs), glecaprevir and voxilaprevir, are highly effective across genotypes and against many resistant variants. Unlike earlier PIs, these compounds have fluorine substitutions on the P2-P4 macrocycle and P1 moieties. Fluorination has long been used in medicinal chemistry as a strategy to improve physicochemical properties and potency. However, the molecular basis by which fluorination improves potency and resistance profile of HCV NS3/4A PIs is not well understood. To systematically analyze the contribution of fluorine substitutions to inhibitor potency and resistance profile, we used a multi-disciplinary approach involving inhibitor design and synthesis, enzyme inhibition assays, co-crystallography, and structural analysis. A panel of inhibitors in matched pairs were designed with and without P4 cap fluorination, tested against WT protease and the D168A resistant variant, and a total of 22 high-resolution co-crystal structures were determined. While fluorination did not significantly improve potency against the WT protease, PIs with fluorinated P4 caps retained much better potency against the D168A protease variant. Detailed analysis of the co-crystal structures revealed that PIs with fluorinated P4 caps can sample alternate binding conformations that enable adapting to structural changes induced by the D168A substitution. Our results elucidate molecular mechanisms of fluorine-specific inhibitor interactions that can be leveraged in avoiding drug resistance.

Nucleoside analogues represent an historically accomplished class of antiviral drug. Notwithstanding this, new molecular scaffolds are required to overcome their limitations and evolve pharmacophore space within this established field. Herein, we develop concise synthetic access to a new 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-2'-C-methyl-4'-thionucleoside chemotype, including the ProTide form of the uridine analogue. Biological evaluation of these materials in the Hepatitis C replicon assay shows little activity for the canonical pyrimidine forms, but the phosphoramidate of 2'-deoxy-2'-fluoro-2'-C-methyl-ß-d-4'-thiouridine has an EC50 of 2.99 µM. Direct comparison to the established Hepatitis C drug Sofosbuvir shows a 100-fold drop in activity upon substituting the furanose chalcogen; the reasons for this are as yet unclear.

Drug resistance mutations of hepatitis C virus (HCV) negatively impact viral replicative fitness. RNA viruses are known to change their replication behaviour when subjected to suboptimal selection pressure. Here, we assess whether mutation supply in HCV is sufficiently large to allow the selection of its variants during dual or triple direct-acting antiviral (DAA) treatment associated with augmented virus fitness or impairment. We engineered randomly mutagenized full-genome libraries to create a highly diverse population of replication-competent HCV variants in cell culture. These variants exhibited escape when treated with NS5A/NS5B inhibitors (daclatasvir/sofosbuvir), and relapse on treatment with a combination of NS3/NS5A/NS5B inhibitors (simeprevir or paritaprevir/daclatasvir/sofosbuvir). Analysis of the relationship between virus fitness and drug resistance of JFH1-derived NS5A-5B variants showed a significant positive correlation (P=0.003). At the earliest time points, intracellular RNA levels remain unchanged in both the subgenomic replicon and infection assays, whereas extracellular RNA levels increased upto ten-fold compared to wild-type JFH1. Beneficial substitutions hyperstimulated phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate during DAA treatment, and showed decreased dependence on cyclophilins during cyclosporine A treatment, indicating an interplay of virus-host molecular mechanisms in beneficial substitution selection that may necessitate infectious virus production. This comprehensive study demonstrates a possible role for HCV fitness of overcoming drug-mediated selection pressure.

Terminalia chebula Retz. forms a key component of traditional folk medicine and is also reported to possess antihepatitis C virus (HCV) and immunomodulatory activities. However, information on the intermolecular interactions of phytochemicals from this plant with HCV and human proteins are yet to be established. Thus, by this current study, we investigated the HCV NS3/4A inhibitory and host immune-modulatory activity of phytocompounds from T. chebula through in silico strategies involving network pharmacology and structural bioinformatics techniques. To start with, the phytochemical dataset of T. chebula was curated from biological databases and the published literature. Further, the target ability of the phytocompounds was predicted using BindingDB for both HCV NS3/4A and other probable host targets involved in the immune system. Further, the identified targets were docked to the phytochemical dataset using AutoDock Vina executed through the POAP pipeline. The resultant docked complexes with significant binding energy were subjected to 50 ns molecular dynamics (MD) simulation in order to infer the stability of complex formation. During network pharmacology analysis, the gene set pathway enrichment of host targets was performed using the STRING and Reactome pathway databases. Further, the biological network among compounds, proteins, and pathways was constructed using Cytoscape 3.6.1. Furthermore, the druglikeness, side effects, and toxicity of the phytocompounds were also predicted using the MolSoft, ADVERpred, and PreADMET methods, respectively. Out of 41 selected compounds, 10 were predicted to target HCV NS3/4A and also to possess druglike and nontoxic properties. Among these 10 molecules, Chebulagic acid and 1,2,3,4,6-Pentagalloyl glucose exhibited potent HCV NS3/4A inhibitory activity, as these scored a lowest binding energy (BE) of -8.6 kcal/mol and -7.7 kcal/mol with 11 and 20 intermolecular interactions with active site residues, respectively. These findings are highly comparable with Asunaprevir (known inhibitor of HCV NS3/4A), which scored a BE of -7.4 kcal/mol with 20 key intermolecular interactions. MD studies also strongly suggest that chebulagic acid and 1,2,3,4,6-Pentagalloyl glucose as promising leads, as these molecules showed stable binding during 50 ns of production run. Further, the gene set enrichment and network analysis of 18 protein targets prioritized 10 compounds and were predicted to potentially modulate the host immune system, hemostasis, cytokine levels, interleukins signaling pathways, and platelet aggregation. On overall analysis, this present study predicts that tannins from T. chebula have a potential HCV NS3/4A inhibitory and host immune-modulatory activity. However, further experimental studies are required to confirm the efficacies.

A hepatitis C virus (HCV) screening and treatment program was conducted in Hungarian prisons on a voluntary basis. After HCV-RNA testing and genotyping for anti-HCV positives, treatments with direct-acting antiviral agents were commenced by hepatologists who visited the institutions monthly. Patients were supervised by the prisons' medical staff. Data were retrospectively collected from the Hungarian Hepatitis Treatment Registry, from the Health Registry of Prisons, and from participating hepatologists. Eighty-four percent of Hungarian prisons participated, meaning a total of 5779 individuals (28% of the inmate population) underwent screening. HCV-RNA positivity was confirmed in 317/5779 cases (5.49%); 261/317 (82.3%) started treatment. Ninety-nine percent of them admitted previous intravenous drug use. So far, 220 patients received full treatment and 41 patients are still on treatment. Based on the available end of treatment (EOT) + 24 weeks timepoint data, per protocol sustained virologic response rate was 96.8%. In conclusion, the Hungarian prison screening and treatment program, with the active participation of hepatologists and the prisons' medical staff, is a well-functioning model. Through the Hungarian experience, we emphasize that the "test-and-treat" principle is feasible and effective at micro-eliminating HCV in prisons, where infection rate, as well as history of intravenous drug usage, are high.

Background: The results of long-term renal evolution in HCV-infected patients using sofosbuvir and velpatasvir (SOF/VEL), with or without ribavirin (RBV), are lacking. Aims: We evaluated the renal safety for HCV-infected patients receiving SOF/VEL. Methods: Between 1 June 2019 and 6 July 2020, we included 594 HCV-infected patients receiving SOF/VEL +/- RBV for 12 weeks in Taiwan. Viral eradication rate (defined by sustained virological response at week 12 post-treatment; SVR12) and changes to renal function were considered. Results: SVR12 was achieved in 99.3% (590/594) upon per-protocol analysis. Patients saw improved hepatobiliary function and fibrosis after the start of SOF/VEL therapy. For renal function, those with baseline estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) ≥ 60 (mL/min/1.73 m2) experienced transient on-treatment reduction in renal function that improved upon ending treatment, but recurrent eGFR degradation during one-year follow-up. The use of RBV (OR = 5.200, 95% CI: 1.983-13.634, p = 0.001) was a significant risk factor at SVR24, while diabetes mellitus (OR = 2.765, 95% CI: 1.104-6.922, p = 0.030) and the use of RBV (OR = 3.143, 95% CI: 1.047-9.435, p = 0.041) were identified as significant risk factors of worsening renal function at SVR48. SOF/VEL did not worsen renal function among those with stage 4-5 chronic kidney disease (CKD) who were not receiving dialysis. Conclusions: A trend of decline in eGFR at 1 year after SOF/VEL treatment was observed among diabetic patients with baseline eGFR ≥ 60 (mL/min/1.73 m2) and concomitant use of RBV. The close monitoring of renal function is warranted. Further study should be conducted in order to weigh the risks and benefit of RBV.

Difficult-to-treat populations with chronic hepatitis C (CHC), in the era of interferon treatment, included patients with liver cirrhosis, kidney impairment, treatment-experienced individuals, and those coinfected with the human immunodeficiency virus. The current study aimed to determine whether, in the era of direct-acting antivirals (DAA), there are still patients that are difficult-to-treat. The study included all consecutive patients chronically infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV) who started interferon-free therapy between July 2015 and December 2020 in the Department of Infectious Diseases in Kielce. The analyzed real-world population consisted of 963 patients, and most of them were infected with genotype 1 (87.6%) with the predominance of subtype 1b and were treatment-naïve (78.8%). Liver cirrhosis was determined in 207 individuals (21.5%), of whom 82.6% were compensated. The overall sustained virologic response, after exclusion of non-virologic failures, was achieved in 98.4%. The univariable analysis demonstrated the significantly lower response rates in males, patients with liver cirrhosis, decompensation of hepatic function at baseline, documented esophageal varices, concomitant diabetes, body mass index ≥25, and previous ineffective antiviral treatment. Despite an overall very high effectiveness, some unfavorable factors, including male gender, genotype 3 infection, liver cirrhosis, and treatment experience, significantly reduce the chances for a virologic response were identified.
