ABSTRACT
AbstractããChemokines and their receptors play an important role in development and migration of normal immune cells. In recent years, relevant studies have shown that the expression of chemokine receptor on the surface of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma cells is up-regulated, which regulates the disease's occurrence and metastasis, and influences prognosis of patients. Agents targeting chemokine receptors are under research and applied in hematopoietic stem cell mobilization and anti-lymphoma therapy. A new family of atypical chemokines has been gradually discovered and shown the anti-lymphoma effect, which is potential to become a new theraputic method. In this review, the research advance of chemokines and their receptors in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is summarized.
