Resumo
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar rótulos de Leite UHT Integral comercializados nas cidades de Unaí-MG, Buritis-MG, Uberaba-MG e Brasília-DF. Foram analisados 19 rótulos de Leite UHT Integral de diferentes marcas. A verificação das informações contidas nos rótulos foram feitas com auxílio de um check-list elaborado com base nas seguintes legislações: Lei nº 8.078 de 1990, Lei nº 10.674 de 2003, Lei nº 11.265 de 2006, Lei nº 13.305 de 2016, Portaria nº 370 de 1997, Portaria INMETRO nº 157 de 2002, Resolução RDC nº 259 de 2002, Resolução RDC nº 359 de 2003, Resolução RDC nº 360 de 2003, Resolução RDC nº 26 de 2015, Instrução Normativa nº 22 de 2005 e Decreto nº 9.013 de 2017. Foi constatado que 21% dos rótulos apresentaram inconformidade quanto à denominação de venda; 15,8% apresentaram inconformidades em relação ao conteúdo líquido; 10,5% apresentaram inconformidades em relação à tabela nutricional; 21% apresentaram inconformidades quanto à obrigatoriedade da informação sobre a conservação do produto; 31,6% apresentaram inconformidades quanto à presença de texto ou ilustrações proibidas e 10,5% apresentaram inconformidades quanto às informações referentes à lactose. Assim, concluiu-se que tanto o órgão fiscalizador dos leites analisados quanto as indústrias produtoras devem ficar mais atentos no processo de fiscalização e elaboração de rótulos, respectivamente.(AU)The present study aimed to evaluate UHT Whole Milk labels marketed in the cities of Unai-MG, Buritis-MG, Uberaba-MG and Brasilia-DF. Nineteen UHT Whole Milk labels from different brands were imported. The verification of the information contained in the labels was carried out with the aid of a checklist prepared based on the following legislation: Law No. 8,078 of 1990, Law No. 10,674 of 2003, Law No. 11,265 of 2006, Law No. 13,305 of 2016, Ordinance No. 370 of 1997, INMETRO Ordinance No. 157 of 2002, Resolution RDC No. 259 of 2002, Resolution RDC No. 359 of 2003, Resolution RDC No. 360 of 2003, Resolution RDC No. 26 of 2015, Normative Instruction No. 22 of 2005 and Decree No. 9,013 of 2017. It was found that 21% of the heat sinks did not comply with the sales denomination; 15.8% non-conformities in relation to the net content; 10.5% nonconformities in relation to the nutritional table; 21% waste nonconformities regarding the mandatory information on product conservation; 31.6% presented nonconformities regarding the presence of prohibited text or illustrations and 10.5% other nonconformities regarding information regarding lactose. Thus, it was concluded that both the milk inspection agency related to the producing industries should pay more attention to the inspection and label creation process, respectively.(AU)
