Resumo
Este trabalho objetiva descrever e analisar contribuições da incorporação do tema alimentação, saúde e ambiente no Projeto de Criação do Polo de Educação Ambiental do Parque Pinheirinho d Água, município de São Paulo. Por meio da Aprendizagem Social, abordagem metodológica participativa, realizou-se um minicurso intitulado Sustentabilidade no prato: interfaces entre alimentação, saúde e ambiente, o qual contribuiu para a formação, sensibilização e mobilização dos participantes frente à temática socioambiental e para a promoção de uma alimentação mais adequada e saudável.(AU)This work aims to describe and analyze contributions of the incorporation of the theme food, health and environment into the Project for the Creation of the Environmental Education Pole of Pinheirinho d 'Água Park, in the São Paulo city. Through the Social Learning, participatory methodological approach, a workshop entitled "Sustainability in the Dish: interfaces between food, health and the environment" was carried out, which contributed to the formation, sensitization and mobilization of the participants in relation to the socio-environmental theme and to the promotion more suitable and health food.(AU)
