Resumo
This paper reports the first record of the bat Mimon crenulatum E. Geoffroyi, 1810 for the state of Ceara, northeastern Brazil. A single specimen was collected in a caatinga area at Arsenios Farm, municipality of Parambu (6 27"17""S, 40 38"46""O), Ceara Brazil.
