Resumo
The peorpose of this paper was to study the effects of some synthetical auxins and boron trade formulations in the rooting of Kiwi stem cuttings (Actinidia chinensis Planch cv Allison). The stem cuttings had two node and two leaves cut in half. The auxin effect in Actinidia chinensis Planch, cv Allison rooting stems was observed through seven different treatments: Tl (H2O); T2 (NAA 300 ppm); T3 (ISA 300 ppm); T4 (NAA 300 ppm + B); T5 (IBA 300 ppm + B); T6 (NAA 0,5%-talc) and T7 (IBA 0,5%-talc), applied to the stems bases. After these treatments, the stems were placed in suitable rooting dishes, with pure vermiculite in misty nebulization chamber for 120 days until harvestday. The evaluation of auxin and boric acid effects in kiwi stem cuttings were made, based on the following observations: 1. the percentage of rooted stem cuttings; 2. reducing sugar and total sugar analysis (in g/100 g of dry matter); and 3. tryptophan analysis (in pg/100 mg of dry matter). The results showed that autumn and winter season are the best ones for rooting concerning Actinidia chinensis Planch, cv Allison, stem cuttings. The use ofauxjns as IBA or NAA 0,5%-talc in the cuttings basis showed positive results as well, increasing the rooting percentage.O presente trabalho teve como objetivo, estudar o efeito de várias auxinas sintéticas em formulações comerciais e do boro, sobre o enraizamento de estacas caulinares de kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch. cv Allison). As bases das estacas receberam os seguintes tratamentos: T1 (H
