Competition between early soybean genotypes / Competição entre genótipos de soja precoce [Glycine max (L) Merrill]

ABSTRACT

Early soybean genotypes proceeding from the AGRONOMIC RESEARCH CENTER (Campinas, São Paulo, State), OCEPAR (Cascavel, Paraná State), FT-Seed Company (Ponta Grossa, Paraná State) and SOYBEAN NATIONAL RESEARCH CENTER - EMBRAPA-CNPSo, (Londrina, Paraná State) were evaluated at the Agriculture College (FCAVJ-UNESP, Jaboticabal, São Paulo State, Brazil). They were seeded in november 24, 1989 in a Dark Red Latosol, medium texture, fertilized with Pand K. According to the results the genotypes IAC-16; IAC82-3421; OCEPAR 3 (Primavera); OCEPAR 6, OCEPAR 8; FT 80-30026; FT 80-30038; BR 83-147 and IAC Foscarim-31 presented a cycle inferior to 110 days. OCEPAR 9 (SS-1), FT 80-30143, BR 86-1J 908; BR 85-15542 and BR 11864 presented a cycle inferior to 110 days. OCEPAR 9 (SS-1), FT 80-30142; BR 85-15542 and BR 11864 presented a cycle close to 120 days; with cycle between 120 and 130 days are included the genotypes IAC-15; BR 83-6288 and FT Estrela. The genotypes IAC-13, IAC 83-10003; and OCEPAR 2 and OCEPAR 4 presented a plant height inferior to 60 cm. All the genotypes presented a first pod insertion height adequate for the sugar cane renewal areas. The genotypes BR-23 and IAC 83-10003 showed a yield smaller than 2.200 kg/ha, but most of the genotypes presented a production superior to 3.000 kg/ha.

RESUMO

Visando selecionar genótipos de soja adequados para exploração em áreas de reforma de canavial, materiais provenientes do IAC - Campinas (SP), OCEPAR - Cascavel (PR), Sementes FT - Ponta Grossa (PR) e da EMBRAPA-CNPSo - Londrina, foram avaliados na UNESP - FCAV - Jaboticabal (SP), com semeadura em 24/11/89, num Latossolo Vermelho Escuro de textura média, adubado com P e K. O espaçamento foi 0,50 m entre linhas e o delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados com três repetições. Destacaram-se, com ciclo inferior a 110 dias os genótipos IAC-16, IAC 82-3421; OCEPAR 3 (Primavera); OCEPAR 6, OCEPAR 8; FT 80-30038; BR 83-147 e IAC Foscarim-31. Com ciclo próximo de 120 dias, OCEPAR 9 (SS-1); FT 80-30143, BR 86-11908; BR 85-15542; BR 86-11864. Ciclo entre 120 e 130 dias atingiram 1AC-15; BR 83-6288 e FT Estrela. Os genótipos IAC-13, IAC 83-10003; OCEPAR 2 e OCEPAR 4 apresentaram altura de planta inferior a 60 cm. Todos os genótipos apresentaram altura de inserção da 1 vagem adequada para áreas de reforma de canavial. Quanto á produção, apenas os genótipos BR 23 e IAC 83-10003 apresentaram produção inferior a 2.200 kg/ha, sendo que, a maioria superou os 3.000 Kg/ha.
