Pisciculture an activity that has contributed significantly to the offering of fish with high quality, and has supplied the fall in natural environments fish stocks. When concentrated of fish for cultivation increases considerably the possibility of manifestation of pathologies. This research aims to analyze the parasitism levels of pacu fish and hybrids (patinga fish and tambacu fish) from Grande Dourados-MS region, and compare with the management conditions of the collected pisciculture, furthermore propose preventive measures for the control of parasites diagnosed. Were collected 111 specimens of pacu fish and hybrids, patinga fish and tambacu fish from four pisciculture. It was determined the water quality parameters for each pisciculture and also applied questionnaire to assess aspects of facilities and management. The following species of parasites were identified: Mymarothecium viatorum, Anacanthorus penilabiatus and Anacanthorus spatulatus- Monogenea; Echinorhynchus gomesi - Acanthocephala; Goezia sp. - Nematoda; Lernea cyprinacea - Crustacea. The specie Goezia sp.-found in this study was compared with other paper and so we believe that this is a new species of Nematodes. The Acanthocephala Echinorhynchus Gomesi was first recorded of P. mesopotamicus. The water analysis showed acceptable quality of water for fish production, except for small variations observed in transparency. The hypothesis was accepted because the parasitism levels in three properties were influenced by management conditions. However it is essential to identify the pathogens to ensure the health quality of fish, making it necessary improvements in management practices, and water quality, improving the knowledge of the pathology of these fish as well as diagnosis, treatment and prevention.
