The weaning is a phase with a huge stress for piglets, the searching for ingredients that may be included in the diet of weaned piglets that stimulating consumption, improving diets digestibility and reducing the level of eating disorders in the post-weaning period. One of the most used ingredients in pig feed is soybean meal, but it brings with it several factors that make its use difficult. In this context, micronized soybean emerges, which besides being an alternative source of protein, its small particle size improves solubility and facilitates the assimilation of nutrients by enzymatic action, thus promoting improvements in performance and digestibility in animals. With focus on evaluate the effect of inclusion of lipase exogenous enzyme in the diet of weaned piglets. Were tested two levels of lipase inclusion (0 or 150g/ton) in the diets with soybean and micronized soybean. The experiments happened in two periods: The period 1 - digestibility test, were used 20 homogenous male piglets, housed in metabolic cages containing one animal in each. For data collection, the total feces and urine collection method was used. Were evaluated the variables dry matter, nitrogen, crude energy. A randomized complete block design was used in a 2 x 2 factorial scheme. The period 2 - performance test, 74 homogeneous weight piglets were used, distributed in 18 suspended pens, each pen containing two animals, one male and one female. Weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion, diarrhea index and economic viability were evaluated. A randomized complete block design was used in a 2 x 2 factorial scheme For the diarrhea index frequency analysis was used. The results of the digestibility test were not significant between the treatments in the Pre-Initial phase I and II (p> 0.05), only in the initial phase the variable DMS presented significance for the treatment with MS over the others. In the performance trial, in the Pre-Initial phase I the FS treatment presented higher CDR and GDP compared to the SM + L treatment, consequently the FS diet showed better AC. In the Pre-Initial phase II the FS and FS + L treatments showed statistical difference (p <0.05) for CDR and GDP when compared to the SM and SM + L treatments, consequently the FS- based treatments were better for CA (p <0.05). In the Initial phase the same trend was observed, but the AC in this phase had no statistic difference between the treatments (p> 0.05). Analysis of diarrhea incidence did not observe differences between treatments (p> 0.05). And for the bioeconomic index the FS treatment in the total period evaluation showed the best results, being the most economically viable.
