GUATOGUAMÁN,CésarAndrés.UniversidadeFederaldoAcre,fevereirode 2020.Extratodeorégano(Origanum vulgare)nodesempenhodefrangos Vermelho Pesadão criados na Amazônia Ocidental.OrientadorFábio AugustoGomes.O extratodeoréganodestaca-secomoaditivofitogênico porternasuacomposiçãoprincipaldoisfenóiscom propriedades antimicrobianas.Portanto,oobjetivodesteestudofoiavaliaroefeitodo extratodeoréganoassociadocom um promotordecrescimentoadicionado àração,sobreodesempenhozootécnico,rendimentodecarcaçaevísceras, m orfom etria intestinal,pH de duodeno e ceco,e leucogram a em frangos de cortedelinhagem caipira.Foram utilizados360pintosdalinhagem vermelho pesadão,distribuídosem um delineamentointeiramentecasualizadocom 5 tratamentosx6repetições,submetidasadesafiosanitárioeambiental.O tratamentotestemunhacontoucom raçãobasal(RB)epromotorde crescimento.Oextratodeorégano(EO)foiadicionadoem diferentesníveis nosdemaistratamentosRBsem extrato;RB+150mg/kgdeEO;RB+250 mg/kgdeEO;RB+350mg/kgdeEO eRB+450mg/kgdeEO.Houveefeito significativoparaoconsumoderaçãoeconversãoalimentar.Noganhode pesoeviabilidadenãohouvediferençasignificativa.Nãohouveefeitosobre rendimentodecarcaçaedevísceras,assim comoparaovalordepH intestinal.Tevealteraçãonarelaçãoheterófilo/linfócitoetambém na morfometria intestinal.A inclusão do aditivo influenciou positivamente algumascaracterísticasprodutivasdestacando-seostratamentoscom 350 mg/kge450mg/kgcomomaiseficientes.

Theoreganoextractstandsoutasaphytogenicadditiveforhavinginits maincompositiontwophenolswithantimicrobialproperties.Therefore,the objective ofthis study was to evaluate the efectoforegano extract associated with a growth promoteradded to the feed,on zootechnical performance,carcassandviscerayield,intestinalmorphometry,duodenum andcecum pH,andleukogram offree-rangebroilers.Threehundredsixty "heavy red" lineage chicks w ere used distributed using a com pletely randomizeddesignwith5treatmentsx6replications,submitedtosanitary andenvironmentalchalenge.Thecontroltreatmentincludedbasaldiet(BD) andgrowthpromoter.Oreganoextract(OE)wasaddedatdiferentlevelsin the othertreatmentsBD withoutextract;BD+150 mg/kg ofOE;BD+250 mg/kgofOE;BD+350mg/kgofOEeBD+450mg/kgofOE.Therewasa significantefectonfeedintakeandfeedconversion.Inweightgainand viabilitytherewasnosignificantdiference.Therewasnoefectoncarcass andofalyield,aswelasontheintestinalpHvalue.Therewasachangein the heterophile/lymphocyte ratio and also in intestinalmorphometry.The inclusion of the additive positively influenced some productive characteristics,highlightingthetreatmentswith350mg/kgand450mg/kg asmoreeficient.
