RESUMO
Through the methods of polyamide resinï¼ Sephadex LH-20ï¼ ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC etc.ï¼ 7 compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of the fruits of Xanthium chinense. Based on ESI-MS and NMR dataï¼ the structures of these compounds were identified as pungiolide O(1)ï¼ grasshopper ketone(2)ï¼ icariside F2(3)ï¼ 7-[(ß-D-apiofuranosyl-(1â6)-ß-D-glucopyranosyl)oxymethy]-8ï¼8-dimethyl-4ï¼8-dihydrobenzo[1ï¼4]thiazine-3ï¼5-dione(4)ï¼(6Rï¼9S)-3-oxo-α-ionol ß-D-glucopyranoside(5)ï¼ cryptochlorogenic acid methyl ester(6)ï¼ and chlorogenic acid methyl ester(7). Among themï¼ compound 1 is a new compound.
