In this article, a novel and simple microextraction method, termed ionic liquid/ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (IL/IL-DLLME), has been designed and developed for the rapid enrichment and analysis of environmental pollutants. Instead of using hazardous organic solvents, two kinds of ILs, hydrophobic IL and hydrophilic IL, were used as extraction solvent and disperser solvent in IL/IL-DLLME step, respectively. Permethrin and biphenthrin, two of the often-used pyrethroid pesticides, were used as model compounds. Factors that may affect the enrichment efficiencies were investigated and optimized in detail. Under optimum conditions, permethrin and biphenthrin exhibited a wide linear relationship over the range 1-100 µg/L. For permethrin and biphenthrin, the precisions were 4.65-7.78%, and limits of detection were found to be 0.28 and 0.83 µg/L, respectively. Satisfactory results were achieved when the present method was applied to analyze the target compounds in real-world water samples with spiked recoveries over the range 84.1-113.5%. All these facts indicated that IL/IL-DLLME is a simple and rapid alternative for the enrichment and analysis of environmental pollutants and will have a wide application perspective in the future.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical manifestations and laboratory features of B-ALL patients with EP300-ZNF384 fusion gene positive, so as to improve the understanding of this subtype disease. METHODS: The clinical data of 3 B-ALL patients with EP300-ZNF384 fusion gene positive admitted in Department of Hematology, the first medical center of Chinese PLA general hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The clinical and laboratory characteristics as well as the therapentic outcome in B-ALL patients with EP300-ZNF384 fusion gene positive were analyzed. RESULTS: The fusion gene of EP300-ZNF384 was detected in 8.1%(3/37) of B-ALL patients. All cases showed the normal karyotype and aberrant CD13 and/or CD33 expression for immunophenotype. 3 patients were sensitive to traditional chemotherapy. CONCLUSION: The B-ALL with EEP300-ZNF384 fusion gene positive may be a subgroup of B-ALL with a uniqe clinical characteristis and laboatorial features. EP300-ZNF384 positive patients show a good response to conventional chemotherapy, suggesting a favorable prognosis.

This work demonstrates the extraction potential of carboxylated carbon nanospheres (CNSs-COOH) for solid-phase extraction of perfluoroalkyl acids (PFAAs) for the first time. Six PFAAs, including perfluorohexanesulfonate (PFHxS), perfluoroheptanoic acid (PFHpA), perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), perfluorooctanoic sulfonic (PFOS), perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA) and perfluorodecanoic acid (PFDA), were quantitatively adsorbed on a CNSs-COOH-packed cartridge; then, the PFAAs retained on the adsorbent were quantitatively eluted with an optimized volume of acetone (pH = 10). Finally, the desorbed PFAAs were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Important relevant factors, such as the eluant and its volume, sample pH, amount of CNSs-COOH, sample flow rate and sample volume were optimized in detail. Under the optimized conditions, low limits of detection (0.01-1.2ngL-1), wide linear range (0.50-200ngL-1) and good repeatability (2.4-5.1%) and good reproducibility (3.7-8.8%) were obtained. The proposed method was applied to analyze the six PFAAs in real environmental water samples, and satisfactory results were achieved. All of these results showed that CNSs-COOH will be a good choice for the pre-concentration and analysis of target PFAAs at trace levels in environmental water samples in the future.

Remote stereocontrol through conformational transmission along a carbon chain is highly important in synthetic systems and molecular architectures. In this work, the interactional reactivity between a remote silicon-based bulky group and an O-/N-containing functional group has been revealed and determined by lateral lithiation-substitution, desilylation, as well as desilylation-olefination with benzaldehyde. The results suggest considerable information transmission and steric hindrance that can be exploited for the controllable synthesis of atropisomeric molecules. Based on the remote steric effect of a functional group across the aromatic ring of an amide, the construction of isolable atropisomeric amides with functional groups, such as alcohol, amine, and olefin was successfully achieved. All these new atropisomers were obtained in reasonable yield in pure diastereomeric form, and the specific configuration of representative products was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.
RESUMEN
This paper aims at discussing the clinical characteristics and experiences of ZHU Lian, the renowned contemporary acupuncture master from the following three aspects: "characteristics of clinical manipulations and techniques", "thoughts on diagnosis and treatment" and "examples of clinical cases". The study has shown that ZHU Lian invented the slow insertion technique by rotating needle and the embedding needle technique, improved moxibustion technique with moxa roll and proposed the three keys on the treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion, as well as discovered new acupoints for treatment. The pioneering and distinguished achievements she con tributed play the great demonstrating and driving role in the development of clinical study and practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.

ZHU Lian studied medicine from 17 years old and studied acup-moxibustion from October 1944. She raised the principle of acupuncture and moxibustion treating diseases in the middle period of the last century, "Acupuncture-moxibustion mainly stimulates and regulates human nerve system, particularly, regulative function and control function of high central nerve system including the cerebral cortex, so as to cure diseases". Also, she first put forward 3 keys of acupuncture-moxibustion treating diseases, stressed aseptic manipulation, and originated a safe needle-retaining method, finger-pressure therapy and maxo roll moxibustion; she found 19 new acupoints. Her academic thought of acupuncture and moxibustion will become a bridge of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine and will produce inestimable influence on acupuncture and moxibustion sciences.
