[Atypical Sweet's syndrome. Apropos of 4 cases]. / Sindrome de Sweet atípico. A propósito de cuatro casos.

The authors study four cases of Sweet's syndrome in which the clinical manifestations differ from the original description, although the laboratory reports, the response to the treatment and histologic data were typical of this entity. By the way, the authors propose a hypothesis about the pathogenesis of this syndrome.

[Kawasaki syndrome]. / Síndrome de Kawasaki.

Kawasaki syndrome is not usual in our country. We report this case to stress the clinical importance of this syndrome in which dermatological signs predominate.
