RESUMEN

The homogeneous management of outpatient services at public hospitals with multi-campus is the foundation for promoting high-quality development of hospitals. Since 2013, a large general hospital had implemented a practice of multi-campus homogeneous management of outpatient services based on the hospital′s integrated organizational structure and management system, addressing such issues as weak outpatient service capabilities in the early stages of new campus construction, lack of homogenization in management system implementation, and poor communication between cross hospital services and information. An integrated post management mode was established with multi-post service integration, cross-post personnel flow and unified job standard. An integrated outpatient quality management system was created by the strategy of " one standard" system management, " one platform" service handling, integrated quality monitoring and management, and multi-aspect service experience improvement. The integration of vertical management and flat management were promoted through the committee system, three-level management system, and functional groups. At the same time, this management practice actively leveraged the advantages of the hospital to innovate services, and promoted the interconnection of outpatient service information across hospital areas, to integrate outpatient service positions, work, services, and management across multi campuses. The satisfaction rate of outpatient patients, the pass rate of outpatient medical records, and the on-time visit rate of outpatient physicians had increased from 91.96分, 95.38%, and 91.62% in 2019 to 93.75分, 98.47%, and 93.68% in 2022, as well as the stopping rate of expert outpatient services had decreased from 5.26% to 1.86%. This practice of homogeneous management had achieved good results, so as to provide references for other hospitals to carry out homogeneous management of outpatient services in their campuses.

RESUMEN

A novel antifouling coating based on the polymerization of a polymerisable bicontinuous microemulsion (PBM) was developed and applied for commercially available membranes for textile wastewater treatment. PBM coating was produced by polymerizing, on a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, a bicontinuous microemulsion, realized by finely tuning its properties in terms of chemical composition and polymerization temperature. In particular, the PBM was prepared by using, as the surfactant component, inexpensive and commercially available dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB). The coating exhibited a more hydrophilic and a smoother surface in comparison to uncoated PES surface, making the produced PBM membranes more resistant and less prone to be affected by fouling. The anti-fouling potential of PBM membranes was assessed by using humic acid (HA) as a model foulant, evaluating the water permeability decrease as an indicator of the fouling propensity of the membranes. PBM membrane performances in terms of dye rejection, when applied for model textile wastewater treatment, were also evaluated and compared to PES commercial ones. The PBM membranes were finally successfully scaled-up (total membrane area 0.33 m2) and applied in a pilot membrane bioreactor (MBR) unit for the treatment of real textile wastewater.

RESUMEN

The authors introduced the construction of one-stop admission service in a large general hospital.Measures were carried out by implementing the measures of one window handling of admission business, building one-stop pre-hospital preparation center, optimizing the operational pattern of pre-hospital examination, strictly controlling the hospitalization time of surgical patients, optimizing the information system according to admission criteria, providing personalized services for clinic and implementing quality monitoring. It effectively improved the pre-hospital examination rate, shortened the waiting time and the average length of stay of the patients undergoing elective surgery, and increased the satisfaction of pre-hospital patients.

RESUMEN

Simplified outpatient service flow and higher service efficiency can save back-and-forth trips and queuing time of outpatients and better their medical experience. The authors introduced the hospital′s experience in establishing a one-stop multi-functional outpatient service center. This center integrated such departments as outpatient office service, medical insurance office service, and registration & fee payment. Such a " multifunctional post" provided a one-stop service for the patients, hence optimizing the workflow for creating a convenient and fast outpatient service.

RESUMEN

Objective To explore the method of increasing the mastering rate of health knowledge of patients and effective rate of health education by nurses on the premise of shortened average length of hos-pital stay. Methods 316 patients were divided into group i (96 cases),group ii (117 cases) and group iii (103 cases).Patients in group i had no pre hospital education.Patients in group ii accepted quasicollective education on hospitalization notices.Patients in group iii accepted quasi-collective education on hospitalization notices and some general peri-operative knowledge. The mastering rate of knowledge and time cost for health education were compared between three groups. Results Compared to group i,group ii and group iii got higher mastering rate in 8 items of hospitalization notices. No difference was seen in acknowledge of general peri-operative knowledge. The education of hospitalization notices and total time was shortened. The difference between group ii and group iii was not positive. Conclusions Taking quasi-collective education on hospitalization notices improves patients' mastering level of hospitalization notices and nurses' education efficiency.
