[Meningioma associated with aneurysm. Report of a case]. / Meningeoma associado a aneurisma. Relato de um caso.

The case of a patient with aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery and meningioma of the olfactory glove is reported. She was operated, and both pathologies treated through the same surgical approach with good results.
