ABSTRACT
A 47-year-old man presented with a necrotic and haemorrhagic ulceration of the lower eyelid. He had a-one-year history of secondary hepatocarcinoma. The patient underwent excision biopsy of the lesion. Histological examination showed fungal spores, which could be candida albicans.
