RESUMEN

A Gram-stain-positive, yellow, aerobic, slender rod-shaped bacterial strain, designated KN1116T, was isolated from a deep-sea seamount. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequence showed that strain KN1116T was related to the genus Chryseoglobus and had highest 16S rRNA gene sequence identity with Chryseoglobus frigidaquae CW1T (98.5%). The predominant cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0 and iso-C16:0. The quinone system for strain KN1116T comprised menaquinone MK-12, MK-11, MK-10 and MK-13. The polar lipid profile contained diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, six unknown glycolipids, two unidentified phospholipids and one unknown polar lipid. The cell-wall peptidoglycan of strain KN1116T was of the type B1ß, containing 2,4-diaminobutyric acid as the diamino acid. Genome sequencing revealed the strain KN1116T has a genome size of 2.7 Mbp and a G+C content of 69.4 mol%. Based on phenotypic, chemotaxonomic, phylogenetic and genomic data, strain KN1116T represents a novel species of a novel genus of the family Microbacteriaceae, for which the name Marinisubtilis pacificus gen. nov., sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain of Marinisubtilis pacificus is KN1116T (=CGMCC 1.17143T =KCTC 49299T).

RESUMEN

In the present study, by measuring the A3 005 (representing unsaturation), A985 (representing conjugated fatty acids), A960 + A985 (representing trans-fatty acid ) of southern common vegetable oils (peanut oil, corn oil, canola oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, tea seed oil and olive oil), "waste oil" and overdue vegetable oils, the pass-setting-range of these three index values for the vegetable oils was obtained. On this basis, a method for rapid screening unqualified vegetable oil (expired, adding low-cost oil, adding "waste oil") was established. The method effectively improved the monitoring efficiency of vegetable oil. With this method of screening a number of suspected substandard oils were proved unqualified by determination of fatty acid composition and 11, 12, 13, 17 fatty acid content. Through the combination of several detection methods, the causes for disqualification of vegetable oils can be further inferred.

RESUMEN

Because both refined "waste oil" and the third category "waste oil" known as frying old oil experience a longer history at temperature higher than 200 °C compared to the vegetable oil. In this study, the relative change rates of content of conjugated fatty acid glycerides, content of tans-fatty acid glycerides and unsaturation were investigated after being at high temperature for several hours by using FTIR-ATR in order to find out specific targets for "waste oil". The results show that (1) Starting from 160 °C, the contents of conjugated fatty acids glycerides and trans-fatty acid glycerids in the vegetable oils increase but unsaturation decreases with heating temperature and heating time increasing. (2) When heating temperature reaches 200 °C or more, the heating time up to four hours or longer, the three indicators(conjugated fatty glycerids, trans-fatty acid glycerids and unsaturation) of six kinds of vegetable oils have substantial changes. (3) The content of linoleic acid in the vegetable oil has some contributions to the change amplitude of contents of conjugated fatty acid glycerides, and the content of oleic acid in the vegetable oil has some contributions to the change amplitude of content of trans-fatty acid glycerides. (4) In addition, during the warranty period change amplitudes of three indicators are relative small compared with the case of after being at high temperature for several hours. Unsaturation decrease and content of conjugated fatty acid glycerides increase with storage-time increasing. However, unlike the case of after being at high temperature for several hours, the content of trans-fatty acid glycerids decreases with storage-time increasing. Experimental results show that three index value and its variation can be used as specific indicators for refined "waste oil" and "waste oil".

RESUMEN

In the present paper, after middle pressure chromatograph separation using both positive phase and reversed-phase conditions, the organic additives in ethylene-propylene rubber were identified by infrared spectrometer. At the same time, by using solid phase extraction column to maintain the main component-fuel oil in organic additves to avoid its interfering with minor compounds, other organic additves were separated and analysed by GC/Ms. In addition, the remaining active compound such as benzoyl peroxide was identified by CC/Ms, through analyzing acetone extract directly. Using the above mentioned techniques, soften agents (fuel oil, plant oil and phthalte), curing agent (benzoylperoxide), vulcanizing accelerators (2-mercaptobenzothiazole, ethyl thiuram and butyl thiuram), and antiagers (2, 6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol and styrenated phenol) in ethylene-propylene rubber were identified. Although the technique was established in ethylene-propylene rubber system, it can be used in other rubber system.

RESUMEN

Recently it has become a trend to modify AC by adding different additives in AC system. In the modification, it is a key question to know what kind of additives should be added. So, qualitatively deformulating the additives will certainly help the research on and development of modifying AC a lot. In this paper, TLC (Thin Layer Chromatograph) was used to separate and purify the unknown assistant blowing agent in AC blowing system. After that, FTIR-Microscope was used to indicate the functional group in the uncommon unknown compound. Through combination of FTIR analysis, elemental analysis and other physical and chemical analysis, the molecular structure of the unknown was deduced. Finally, by explaining the unknown compound's MS spectra, the molecular structure of the unknown was confirmed further. The method can be extended to analyze other additives in AC blowing agent system whose various standard spectra are absent.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: In order to explore the management of peri-operation and the therapeutic effect in the surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism. METHODS: Fifty five cases of hyperthyroidism were undergone near-total thyroidectomy, during the operation recurrent laryngeal nerve was exposed, and the parathyroid was found with microscope when necessary. The third rank of inferior thyroid arteries were ligated to guarantee the blood supply for parathyroid. RESULTS: All cases underwent near-total thyroidectomy. There was no mortality, and no permanent recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy occurred, and no permanent hypoparathyroidism, and no recurrent hyperthyroidism. Follow-up was carried out 16 months to approximately 5 years after near-total thyroidectomy patients, Hypothyroidism occurred in 15 cases (57.7%), serum calcium levels were 2.15-2.45 mmol/L. CONCLUSIONS: Special attention should be given to the management of peri-operation, the above the method can prevent operative complication in the surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism, with excellent result.
