RESUMEN

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) with special morphologies provide the geometric morphology and composition basis for the construction of platforms with excellent catalytic activity. In this work, cobalt-cerium composite oxide hollow dodecahedrons (Co/Cex-COHDs) with controllable morphology and tunable composition are successfully prepared via a high-temperature pyrolysis strategy using Co/Ce-MOFs as self-sacrificial templates. The construction of the hollow structure can expose a larger surface area to provide abundant active sites and pores to facilitate the diffusion of substances. The formation and optimization of phase interface between Co3O4 and CeO2 regulate the electronic structure of the catalytic site and form a fast channel favorable to electron transport, thereby enhancing the electrocatalytic oxygen evolution activity. Based on the above advantages, the optimized Co/Ce0.2-COHDs obtained an enhanced oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance.

RESUMEN

In this paper, a [Formula: see text]-improved nonparallel support vector machine ([Formula: see text]-IMNPSVM) is proposed to solve binary classification problems. In this model, we use related ideas of [Formula: see text]-support vector machine([Formula: see text]-SVM), the parameter [Formula: see text] is introduced to control the limits of the support vectors percentage. In the objective function, the parameter [Formula: see text] is increased to ensure that [Formula: see text]-band is kept as small as possible. It has played a great role in the classification of unbalanced data sets. On the basis of maximizing the interval between two classes, [Formula: see text]-IMNPSVM can fully fit the distribution of data points in the class by minimizing the [Formula: see text]-band, which enhances the generalization ability of the model. The results on the benchmark datasets testify that the proposed model has a good effect on the classification accuracy.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of acupuncture in treating obesity complicated with climacteric syndrome (OCCS). METHODS: Thirty female OCCS patients were treated by acupuncture, combination of body and auricular acupuncture, according to the treating principle based on syndrome differentiation. The changes in symptoms, signs, obesity index, Kupperman index, vegetative nerve system equilibrium index (Y value), levels of estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), leptin (LP), insulin (INS), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and insulin activation index (IAI) in patients were observed. RESULTS: The obesity index, Kupperman index, Y value, and levels of LH, FSH, GnRH, LP, and INS increased, while levels of E2, NO, NOS and IAI decreased in OCCS patients. After acupuncture treatment, in the same time of obtaining promising effect in reducing weight, reversing effect was shown in all the above-mentioned parameters (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) . CONCLUSION: Acupuncture has favorable regulatory effect on Kupperman index, Y value, E2, LH, FSH, GnRH, NO, NOS, LP, INS and IAI in OCCS patients, its effect in improving the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis, vegetative nerve function and vasomotor dysfunction, and adjusting the resistance to leptin and insulin may be the important mechanisms.
