RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: to understand how variables strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats make it possible to characterize work in Primary Health Care, to collectively propose strategies for systematizing this process with Family Health teams. METHODS: methodological research, with 23 participants in direct relationship with Primary Care, including representatives of segments: care (work), management and social control. In one of the three pedagogical meetings, the SWOT matrix was used as a tool for organizational work planning. RESULTS: applying the matrix resulted in the following thematic categories: Teamwork and regulations: key elements for interprofessionality at work; Continuing Health Education: path to autonomy and participatory management (co-management). FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: the study promoted the systematization of teams' work, through the mobilization of sectors and distribution of tasks, involving professionals in the co-management of the process.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: to present actions to qualify preceptorship and teaching-health service integration to strengthen nursing training in PHC internship. METHODS: qualitative research, developed through the Appreciative Inquiry Research carried out with eight nurses, both from the fields of teaching and health service, within Primary Health Care. The production and documentation of information took place between April and June 2019, through five meetings that characterized the four phases that make up the "4D cycle": Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. Ethical issues were respected. RESULTS: the participants dreamed of the best scenario for preceptorship and built a schedule of actions related to the qualification of preceptorship in Nursing and the strengthening of teaching-health service integration. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: it is possible, through effective participation of the actors involved in teaching and practice, the collective development of goals and actions, aiming at the qualification of nursing education.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: To report a virtual Cultural Circle experience implemented with nurses to allow them to dialogue and promote health amidst the pandemic of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). METHOD: Experience report of a virtual Cultural Circle based on Paulo Freire's framework. The stages were correlated to the oil lamp, the symbol of the nursing profession: the lamp body was considered the Thematic Investigation, the lamp support corresponded to Encoding and Decoding, and the light corresponded to Critical Unveiling. Fourteen nurses working in different health settings located in different Brazilian regions participated. RESULTS: Two themes emerged: adjusting my inner light and taking care of my family and work. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The nurses exchanged experiences and strengthened themselves to overcome the challenges imposed by the fight against the COVID-19, acquiring autonomy to take care of themselves and provide care to others.

RESUMEN

This was an activity developed in the Collective Health Management course, by nursing students in the eighth semester from Unochapecó University. The students were challenged to apply their knowledge of the Unique Health System principles and directives, through an active participation in the Situational Strategic Planning with use of the Family Health Strategy. The theoretical and practical activities were carried out in health centers in Chapecó (SC, Brazil). The students experienced the daily life of the workers, participated in team meetings, domiciliary visits and other work routines, in order to diagnose problem situations and develop the four moments of the Situational Strategic Planning along with the Health Team: explicative, normative, strategic and tactical-operational. The experience consolidated the relation between theory and practice and contributed to the critical-constructive training of students, who helped the team to face the problems. The experience also provided them with a good opportunity for academic-professional interaction through their contact with the workers.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics and performance of the teams of the Expanded Family Health and Basic Healthcare Centers (Nasf-AB) of Santa Catarina state. METHOD: A multicenter study implementing mixed methods, a sample of 149 municipalities (50.5% of the state) and 359 professionals through applying a survey and collective interviews with five teams of 43 professionals. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and qualitative data were subjected to thematic analysis. RESULTS: There were 11 professions integrated to the Centers with a predominance of psychologists (27%), physiotherapists (18%) and nutritionists (18%). The professionals were mostly women (88%) aged between 30 and 39 years (50.4%), with their performance involving shared care, collective activities of their professional core, group activities and individual care to users. Professionals participate in the intermediation, regulation or evaluation of referrals from Primary Care to other points of the Network. The interviews revealed a set of actions of technical care and technical-pedagogical support and specialized actions. CONCLUSION: Despite operational difficulties, the Expanded Family Healthcare Centers have been supporting Family Healthcare teams, strengthening Primary Care.

OBJECTIVE: To understand the actions of nurses from the perspective of the interface of performing with the Expanded Services of Family Health and Primary Care Center. METHOD: Qualitative participatory research based on the Freirean Itinerary, from the following steps: thematic research; encoding and decoding; and critical unveiling. The information was obtained through four Culture Circles, with nurses from Family Health teams, between April and June 2018. RESULTS: A total of nine nurses participated in the study. Among the generative topics emerged, there is the "relationship between generalist teams and the health center: nurses as a reference and interprofessional bond". Nurses perceive themselves in this way because of generalist and managerial training. Shared activities as groups are among the practices developed collectively and that strengthen interprofessional work. CONCLUSION: By provoking reflections on autonomy and the work process in collaborative performance with the Centers, the study expanded the perception about the actions developed by nurses in the interaction with the multiprofessional team. It is suggested to carry out other studies on interprofessionality in the relationship between nursing and the extended services through the perspective of the Center professionals.

RESUMEN

OBJECTIVE: to analyze the main challenges of nursing in facing Coronavirus Disease-19 under the perspective of nurse managers in the west macro-region of Santa Catarina. METHOD: it consists of a qualitative study, whose data collection was done through interviews with nurses who represent the management of health care network in the region. The analysis technique used was the Discourse of the Collective Subject (DCS). RESULTS: the legacy of Florence Nightingale to contemporary nursing practice; the weaknesses and the technical operational capacity with which nursing faces in the Unified Health System (Sistema Único de Saúde - SUS); the strategies for strengthening the Unified Health System and qualification of nursing practices; and the potentialities identified in the pandemic scenario were the main ideas that emerged. In the bicentennial year of Florence Nightingale, nurses recognize her legacy to public health practice and management. Several variables interfere in professional practice, such as epidemiological aspects, working conditions, and care management in a pandemic. CONCLUSION: the pandemic scenario has taken nursing to a position of practical and scientific protagonism as a result of its proactivity and leadership in the search for knowledge based on scientific evidence.

OBJETIVES: to analyze the implication of the training/continuing education process of professionals of the Expanded Nucleus of Family Health and Basic Care (Portuguese acronym: Nasf-AB) for their interprofessional performance. METHODS: a qualitative case study performed with Nasf-AB teams representative of four macro-regions of health of the state of Santa Catarina. Participation of 43 professionals, who answered collective interviews. The results were later submitted to thematic analysis. RESULTS: the training is strongly influenced by the Biomedical Model, which acts as an obstacle to interprofessional performance, given the challenges in the daily routine of Nasf-AB professionals. Continuing education emerges as a potential for the successful collaborative work among teams, and between the teams and Family Health professionals. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: there are important limits in the training of professionals. However, the constant interprofessional development promoted by strategies of continuing education contributes to broaden the support and collaborative practices that qualify services and strengthen Basic Care.

OBJECTIVE: To identify the workloads of nursing teams working in the Family Health Strategy in the five regions of Brazil and their interfaces with their feelings of exhaustion. METHOD: Qualitative study with nursing professionals from 20 Family Health Units, from eight cities in the five regions of the country. Data were collected through interviews, observation and analyzed according to the precepts of thematic analysis and the theoretical framework of workloads. RESULTS: A total of 79 professionals participated in the study. Workloads were related to structural and managerial problems. Workloads that stood out were psychological workload, due to excessive demands and staff shortages; physiological workload, due to the overload of activities that generate physical pain and exhaustion; physical and mechanical workload, due to inadequacies in the work environment and equipment; biological workload, due to the presence of microorganisms; and chemical workload, due to exposure to dust and smoke. CONCLUSION: The sources that increase workloads are similar in the five regions, indicating that there is a strong influence of psychological and physiological loads on exhaustion among workers. However, workloads are reduced by dividing and planning team actions and by the affinity with the assistance model.

OBJECTIVE: To understand, from the ethical perspective of Freire's, the nursing care for people with borderline personality disorder. METHODS: This is a qualitative research whose production of information was conducted from May to June 2016 in two psychiatric admission units. We have interviewed seven nurses and eight nursing technicians. The information was analyzed in the light of Paulo Freire's referential framework. RESULTS: The following categories have come up: 1) Welcoming and therapeutic relationship as instruments to strengthen linkage; and 2) Drug therapy and restraint: interface between protection, establishment of limits and other challenges for care". CONCLUSIONS: Nursing care involved technologies related, medicine administration and physical restraint. There were difficulties in dealing with this disorder. The way to care for nursing, although still permeated by some prejudices, runs through ideologies contained in the ethical assumptions that operate in the light of Freire's work.

Objetivo: Descrever como os enfermeiros atuantes na Atenção Primária identificam sua autonomia profissional no desenvolvimento das práticas de Enfermagem. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa. Participaram de entrevistas online 28 enfermeiros que atuam na Atenção Primária de um município do Sul do Brasil, entre o período de outubro de 2020 até fevereiro de 2021. Para tratamento dos dados, foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: Emergiram duas categorias: 1) Resolutividade das práticas da Enfermagem; 2) Respaldo nas regulamentações profissionais e evidências científicas. A Enfermagem dispõe de maior autonomia frente à atenção à saúde da mulher, Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis e no cuidado à pessoa com feridas, pois no momento da consulta do enfermeiro, despontam habilidades e competências para a tomada de decisão na prática clínica. Em relação à regulamentação para exercício profissional, os profissionais enfatizaram a importância dos protocolos para respaldar as ações. Conclusão: O protagonismo do enfermeiro e sucesso nas experiências indicam um caminho promissor para a discussão e implementação da Enfermagem de Prática Avançada no Brasil. (AU)


Objective: To describe how nurses working in Primary Care identify their professional autonomy in the development of Nursing practices. Methods: This is an exploratory, descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Twenty-eight nurses who work in Primary Care in a municipality in southern Brazil participated in online interviews, between October 2020 and February 2021. For data processing, thematic content analysis was used. Results: Two categories emerged: 1) Resolving nursing practices; 2) Support in professional regulations and scientific evidence. Nursing has greater autonomy in the care of women's health, Sexually Transmitted Infections and in the care of the person with wounds, because at the time of the nurse's consultation, skills and competences for decision-making in clinical practice emerge. Regarding regulation for professional practice, professionals emphasized the importance of protocols to support actions. Conclusion: The role of nurses and success in the experiences indicate a promising path for the discussion and implementation of Advanced Practice Nursing in Brazil. (AU)


Objetivo: Describir cómo los enfermeros que actúan en la Atención Primaria identifican su autonomía profesional en el desarrollo de las prácticas de Enfermería. Métodos: Se trata de una investigación exploratoria, descriptiva, con abordaje cualitativo. Veintiocho enfermeros que actúan en la Atención Primaria de un municipio del sur de Brasil participaron de entrevistas en línea, entre octubre de 2020 y febrero de 2021. Para el procesamiento de datos, se utilizó el análisis de contenido temático. Resultados: Emergieron dos categorías: 1) Prácticas resolutivas de enfermería; 2) Apoyo en normativa profesional y evidencia científica. La enfermería tiene mayor autonomía en el cuidado de la salud de la mujer, Infecciones de Transmisión Sexual y en el cuidado de la persona con heridas, porque en el momento de la consulta del enfermero emergen habilidades y competencias para la toma de decisiones en la práctica clínica. En cuanto a la regulación para la práctica profesional, los profesionales destacaron la importancia de los protocolos para apoyar las acciones. Conclusión: El papel de los enfermeros y el éxito de las experiencias indican un camino promisorio para la discusión e implementación de la Enfermería de Práctica Avanzada en Brasil. (AU)

OBJECTIVE: to understand the contributions of the National Program of Reorientation of Professional Training in Health (Pró-Saúde) for the change in the model of care and training of health professionals. METHODS: a case study with representatives of the teaching, care, management and social control, participants of the management units of the Pró-Saúde (Charitable institution for social and hospital assistance), in a municipality of the south of Brazil. Data collection took place through interviews and observations between October 2012 and February 2013. RESULTS: the Program acts as a device for the transition of health care and training models, by promoting the problematization of daily work and the approximation between teaching and service. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the subjects' commitment and the different perspectives on the community. CONCLUSION: Pró-Saúde leaves visible marks in the process of qualifying students and professionals, as well as promoting collaborative action in the fields of management, care, teaching and social control in the SUS (Brazilian Unified Health System).

Objetivo: descrever a participação da Universidade no fortalecimento Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS), ao contribuir com o planejamento das ações da Comissão de Integração Ensino-Serviço (CIES). Método: pesquisa metodológica. Envolveu atores da gestão, ensino, controle social e atenção, integrantes de uma CIES Regional, em Santa Catarina. Atores da Universidade arquitetaram uma Oficina de planejamento em 2022. Foi aplicado um questionário sobre demandas para a gestão da EPS. Obteve-se 27 respostas, organizadas em categorias analíticas. A Oficina também ofereceu subsídios para a elaboração do Plano de Ações Regionais para a EPS. Resultados: observou-se expressiva participação da comunidade acadêmica na Comissão, mediante atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão, que fortalecem a Política e contribuíram para o planejamento regional. Necessários esforços para qualificar as equipes, sendo a Universidade parceira, com metodologias para levantamento e resolução das demandas. Conclusão: a Universidade contribui com a complexidade e potência da EPS.


Objective: to describe the University's participation in strengthening Continuing Health Education (CHE), by contributing to the planning of the actions of the Teaching-Service Integration Committee (CIES). Methodology: methodological research. It involved stakeholders from management, teaching, social control and care, members of a Regional CIES, in Santa Catarina. Stakeholders from the University designed a planning workshop in 2022. A questionnaire was administered on demands for CHE management. A total of 27 answers were obtained, organized into analytical categories. The Workshop also offered subsidies for the preparation of the Regional Action Plan for CHE. Results: there was significant participation of the academic community in the Committee, through teaching, research and extension activities, which strengthen the Policy and contributed to regional planning. Efforts are needed to qualify the teams, with the University being a partner, with methodologies focused on surveying and resolving demands. Conclusion: the University contributes to the complexity and power of CHE.


Objetivo: describir la participación de la Universidad en el fortalecimiento de la Educación Continua en Salud (ECS), contribuyendo a la planificación de las acciones de la Comisión de Integración Enseñanza-Servicio (CIES). Metodología: investigación metodológica. Esto involucró actores de la gestión, la enseñanza, el control social y la atención, miembros de un CIES Regional, en Santa Catarina. Actores de la Universidad diseñaron un taller de planificación en 2022. Se aplicó un cuestionario sobre demandas para la gestión de la ECS. Se obtuvieron 27 respuestas, organizadas en categorías analíticas. El Taller también ofreció subsidios para la elaboración del Plan de Acción Regional de la ECS. Resultados: hubo una importante participación de la comunidad académica en la Comisión, a través de actividades de docencia, investigación y extensión, que fortalecen la Política y han contribuido a la planificación regional. Se necesitan esfuerzos para capacitar a los equipos, siendo la Universidad una compañera, con metodologías de recopilación y resolución de demandas. Conclusión: la Universidad contribuye a la complejidad y la potencia de la ECS.

Objetivo: realizar diagnóstico situacional acerca da atuação do enfermeiro na Atenção Primária em Saúde em municípios com menos de dez mil habitantes. Método: estudo transversal com 22 enfermeiras atuantes na Estratégia Saúde da Família de 15 municípios da Macrorregião de Saúde Grande Oeste/Santa Catarina. Para Coleta de dados, utilizou-se questionário do tipo survey, tabulados no Programa Microsoft Excel, e a análise descritiva organizada no software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Resultados: perfil predominantemente feminino. A realização do processo de enfermagem/consulta está presente na prática das enfermeiras. Quanto à realização das etapas, 4,5% das participantes não realizam o processo de enfermagem, 40,9% realizam todas as etapas e 54,6% realizam algumas etapas. O prontuário eletrônico e-SUS é utilizado para registro dos cuidados por 77,3% das enfermeiras. Conclusão: a realização do processo de enfermagem/consulta acontece de forma incipiente ou fragmentada por parte das enfermeiras como instrumento metodológico para sistematizar o cuidado.


Objective: to carry out a situational diagnosis about the role of Nurses in Primary Health Care in municipalities with less than 10 thousand inhabitants. Method: a cross-sectional study with 22 nurses working in the Family Health Strategy in 15 municipalities in the Grande Oeste/Santa Catarina Health Macro-region. For data collection, a survey-type questionnaire was used, tabulated in the Microsoft Excel® program, and the descriptive analysis organized in the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 21.0 software. Results: predominantly female profile. Carrying out the Nursing/Consultation Process is present in the nurses' practice. As for carrying out the steps, 4.5% of the participants do not carry out the Nursing Process, 40.9% carry out all the steps and 54.6% carry out some steps. The e-SUS electronic medical record is used to record care by 77.3% of nurses. Conclusion: the Nursing/Consultation Process takes place in an incipient or fragmented way by the Nurses as a methodological instrument to systematize care.

OBJECTIVE: To present the validation of a theoretical model through conversation circles in a qualitative research guided by the Grounded Theory. METHOD: Study carried out from a thesis developed in a reference hospital in the south region of Brazil. Two conversation circles happened, with participation of representatives of the "Training Prism", in the months of October and November, 2016. RESULTS: The conversation circle enabled an in depth dialogic approach of the subject of research, broadening the vision on the phenomenon and on the research. The circle also mobilized thinking as it highlighted the subjectivity of individuals, expanding the group's ability of understanding and assisting in the validation process of a theoretical model. CONCLUSION: The conversation circle emerges as a powerful strategy for the development of qualitative research in nursing, more specifically in the validation step of the Grounded Theory.

ABSTRACT Objective: to understand how variables strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats make it possible to characterize work in Primary Health Care, to collectively propose strategies for systematizing this process with Family Health teams. Methods: methodological research, with 23 participants in direct relationship with Primary Care, including representatives of segments: care (work), management and social control. In one of the three pedagogical meetings, the SWOT matrix was used as a tool for organizational work planning. Results: applying the matrix resulted in the following thematic categories: Teamwork and regulations: key elements for interprofessionality at work; Continuing Health Education: path to autonomy and participatory management (co-management). Final considerations: the study promoted the systematization of teams' work, through the mobilization of sectors and distribution of tasks, involving professionals in the co-management of the process.


RESUMEN Objetivo: comprender cómo las variables fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas permiten caracterizar el trabajo en la Atención Primaria de Salud, para proponer colectivamente estrategias para sistematizar ese proceso con los equipos de Salud de la Familia. Métodos: investigación metodológica, con 23 participantes en relación directa con la Atención Primaria, incluidos representantes de los segmentos: cuidado (trabajo), gestión y control social. En uno de los tres encuentros pedagógicos se utilizó la matriz FODA como herramienta para la planificación del trabajo organizacional. Resultados: la aplicación de la matriz resultó en las siguientes categorías temáticas: Trabajo en equipo y normativa: elementos clave para la interprofesionalidad en el trabajo; Educación Permanente en Salud: camino hacia la autonomía y la gestión participativa (cogestión). Consideraciones finales: el estudio promovió la sistematización del trabajo de los equipos, a través de la movilización de sectores y la distribución de tareas, involucrando profesionales en la cogestión del proceso.


RESUMO Objetivo: compreender como as variáveis forças, fraquezas, oportunidades e ameaças possibilitam caracterizar o trabalho na Atenção Primária à Saúde, para propor coletivamente estratégias de sistematização deste processo junto às equipes de Saúde da Família. Métodos: pesquisa metodológica, com 23 participantes em relação direta com a Atenção Primária, contemplando representantes dos segmentos: atenção (trabalho), gestão e controle social. Em um dos três encontros pedagógicos, utilizou-se a matriz SWOT como ferramenta para o planejamento organizacional do trabalho. RESUMEN

Este artigo trata das experiências profissionais das enfermeiras (os) no enfrentamento da Covid-19, na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa, cujos dados provém de 41 entrevistas com enfermeiras (os) da APS em três municípios do estado de Santa Catarina, realizadas entre outubro de 2020 e fevereiro de 2021. Seguiu-se a categorização conforme análise de conteúdo de Bardin, tendo como central a categoria "Experiências e Práticas de Enfermagem no enfrentamento à pandemia da Covid-19", e como subcategorias: 1) Medo e Insegurança frente ao desconhecido; 2) Reflexões sobre a vida e a profissão; 3) Práticas das enfermeiras (os) durante a pandemia da Covid-19; e 4) Trabalho em equipe como potencializador das práticas de cuidado. Foi identificado que enfermeiras (os) experienciaram profundas mudanças em suas práticas profissionais. Apesar da evidente sobrecarga de trabalho, incertezas, medos e angústias e outras experiências negativas vivenciadas com a pandemia, foi possível refletir sobre a sua atuação na APS, sobretudo, como atores fundamentais para a qualidade da atenção em saúde pública do Brasil. Destaca-se a dificuldade das (os) enfermeiras (os) com o uso de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual, contudo, apesar dos riscos e desafios enfrentados, reconhecem a pandemia como condição potencializadora do trabalho em equipe. This article deals with the professional experiences of nurses in the face of Covid-19, in Primary Health Care. This is an exploratory, descriptive research with a qualitative approach, based on 41 interviews with PHC nurses in three municipalities in the state of Santa Catarina, carried out between October 2020 and February 2021. The categorization was followed. according to Bardin's content analysis, focusing on the category "Nursing Experiences and Practices in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic", and as subcategories: 1) Fear and Insecurity in the face of the unknown; 2) Reflections on life and profession; 3) Practices of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic; and 4) Teamwork as a potentiator of care practices. It was identified that nurses experienced profound changes in their professional practices. Despite the evident work overload, uncertainties, fears and anxieties and other negative experiences experienced with the pandemic, it was possible to reflect on their performance in PHC, above all, as fundamental actors for the quality of public health care in Brazil. The difficulty of nurses with the use of Individual Protection Equipment is highlighted, however, despite the risks and challenges faced, they recognize the pandemic as a condition that enhances teamwork. Este artículo trata sobre las experiencias profesionales de los enfermeros frente a la Covid-19, en la Atención Primaria de Salud. Se trata de una investigación descriptiva, exploratoria, con enfoque cualitativo, basada en 41 entrevistas con enfermeros de la APS en tres municipios del estado de Santa Catarina, realizadas entre octubre de 2020 y febrero de 2021. Se siguió la categorización, según el análisis de contenido de Bardin, centrándose en la categoría "Experiencias y Prácticas de Enfermería frente a la pandemia de la Covid-19", y como subcategorías: 1) Miedo e Inseguridad frente a lo desconocido; 2) Reflexiones sobre la vida y la profesión; 3) Prácticas de enfermeros durante la pandemia de Covid-19; y 4) El trabajo en equipo como potenciador de las prácticas de cuidado. Se identificó que los enfermeros experimentaron profundos cambios en sus prácticas profesionales. A pesar de la evidente sobrecarga de trabajo, incertidumbres, miedos y angustias y otras experiencias negativas vividas con la pandemia, fue posible reflexionar sobre su actuación en la APS, sobre todo, como actores fundamentales para la calidad de la atención pública en salud en Brasil. Se destaca la dificultad de los enfermeros con el uso de Equipos de Protección Individual, sin embargo, a pesar de los riesgos y desafíos enfrentados, reconocen la pandemia como una condición que potencia el trabajo en equipo. Resumo Objetivo analisar o desenvolvimento de práticas assistenciais de enfermeiros que atuam na Atenção Primária à Saúde. Método estudo quantitativo e transversal, realizado com 216 enfermeiros de 97 municípios integrantes de duas Macrorregiões de Saúde do Estado de Santa Catarina, os quais responderam um questionário do tipo survey, no ano de 2019. Os dados passaram por estatística descritiva analítica e inferencial. Resultados entre as práticas assistenciais observou-se prevalência do acolhimento e da consulta do enfermeiro, o que fortalece a sua autonomia e a resolutividade da Atenção Primária, seguidos dos procedimentos de enfermagem. As visitas domiciliares sobressaem-se para a periodicidade de até três vezes por semana e as atividades educativas concentraram-se na periodicidade quinzenal. As atividades de educação em saúde voltam-se majoritariamente aos usuários portadores de patologias crônicas. Os enfermeiros privilegiam as abordagens assistenciais individuais, em detrimento às ações educativas em grupo. Conclusão e implicações para a prática há necessidade do fortalecimento da dimensão educativa, no trabalho do enfermeiro, que tangencie atividades assistenciais e gerenciais na Atenção Primária à Saúde, em especial, voltadas para grupos.


Resumen Objetivo analizar el desarrollo de las prácticas asistenciales de los enfermeros que actúan en Atención Primaria de la Salud. Método estudio cuantitativo y transversal, realizado con 216 enfermeros de 97 municipios de dos Macrorregiones de Salud del estado de Santa Catarina, que respondieron un cuestionario tipo encuesta en el año 2019. Los datos fueron sometidos a estadística descriptiva analítica e inferencial. Resultados entre las prácticas de atención predominaron la acogida y la consulta de Enfermería, lo que fortalece su autonomía y la capacidad resolutiva de la Atención Básica, seguida por procedimientos de Enfermería. Se destacan las visitas domiciliarias por su periodicidad de hasta tres veces por semana y las actividades educativas se concentraron en la periodicidad quincenal. Las actividades de educación para la salud están dirigidas principalmente a usuarios con patologías crónicas. Los enfermeros privilegian enfoques de atención individual en detrimento de acciones educativas grupales. Conclusión e implicaciones para la práctica es necesario fortalecer la dimensión educativa en el trabajo de los enfermeros, lo que repercute en las actividades de atención y gestión en Atención Primaria de la Salud, especialmente aquellas dirigidas a grupos.


Abstract Objective to analyze the development of care practices of nurses working in Primary Health Care. Method A cross-sectional and quantitative study was carried out with 216 nurses from 97 municipalities in two Health Macroregions of the state of Santa Catarina, who answered a survey-type questionnaire in 2019. The data were submitted to analytical and inferential descriptive statistics. Results Among the care practices, there was a prevalence of welcoming and Nursing consultation, strengthening their autonomy and Primary Care resoluteness, followed by Nursing procedures. Home visits stand out for the periodicity of up to three times a week, and the educational activities were concentrated on fortnightly periodicity. Health education activities are mainly targeted at users with chronic pathologies. Nurses favor individual care approaches to the detriment of group educational actions. Conclusion and implications for the practice There is a need to strengthen the educational dimension in nurses' work, which has repercussions on care and management activities in Primary Health Care, especially those aimed at groups.

RESUMO Objetivo: relatar a experiência da implantação de Linhas de Cuidado com base na Resolução Normativa (RN) 440, em um serviço de Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) Suplementar. Método: estudo qualitativo, de caráter descritivo, que consiste em um relato de experiência sobre o processo de implantação das Linhas de Cuidado com base na RN 440, de janeiro a abril de 2020. O processo de estruturação foi realizado por duas enfermeiras, durante quatro meses, para a organização dos fluxos, protocolos e processo de trabalho da equipe, norteado pelo Manual de Certificação de Boas Práticas em APS de Operadoras de Planos Privados de Assistência à Saúde. Discussão: a adesão à certificação deu direcionamento para a reestruturação da APS com base legal e científica em todos os âmbitos do serviço. Levando em consideração a população alvo do serviço e o perfil epidemiológico, foram estabelecidas quatro Linhas de Cuidado: Saúde da Mulher; Saúde Mental; Hipertensos e Diabéticos. Considerações finais: um desafio nesse processo é a inserção da cultura de autocuidado e do entendimento do usuário frente a esse modelo de atenção. Sugere-se a realização de pesquisas sobre a Certificação em Boas Práticas da APS Suplementar, devido à escassez de estudos sobre a temática.

Método: estudio cualitativo, de carácter descriptivo, que consiste en un relato de experiencia sobre el proceso de implantación de las Líneas de Cuidado con base en la RN 440, de enero a abril de 2020. El proceso de estructuración fue realizado por dos enfermeras, durante cuatro meses, para la organización de los flujos, protocolos y proceso de trabajo del equipo, guiado por el Manual de Certificación de Buenas Prácticas en APS de Operadores de Planes Privados de Asistencia a la Salud. Discusión: la adhesión a la certificación puso em marcha la reestructuración de la APS con base legal y científica en todos los ámbitos del servicio. Teniendo en cuenta la población objetivo del servicio y el perfil epidemiológico, se establecieron cuatro Líneas de Cuidado: Salud de la Mujer; Salud Mental; Hipertensos y Diabéticos. Consideraciones finales: un desafío en este proceso es la inserción de la cultura de autocuidado y del entendimiento del usuario frente a este modelo de atención. Se sugiere la realización de investigaciones sobre la Certificación en Buenas Prácticas de la APS Complementaria, debido a la escasez de estudios sobre la temática.


ABSTRACT Objective: to report the experience of the implementation of Lines of Care based on Normative Resolution (NR) 440, in a Supplementary Primary Health Care (PHC) service. Method: qualitative, descriptive study, which consists of an experience report on the process of implementation of the Lines of Care based on RN 440, from January to April 2020. The structuring process was carried out by two nurses, during four months, for the organization of the team's flows, protocols and work process, based on the Manual of Certification of Good Practices in PHC of Private Health Care Plan Operators. Discussion: the certification's access gave direction for the restructuring of PHC on a legal and scientific basis in all areas of the service. Taking into account the target population of the service and the epidemiological profile, four Lines of Care were established: Women's Health; Mental Health; Hypertensive and Diabetic. Final considerations: a challenge in this process is the insertion of the culture of self-care and the user's understanding of this model of care. It is suggested to conduct research on the Certification in Good Practices of Supplementary PHC, due to the scarcity of studies on the subject.

Objetivo: analisar, organizar e planejar o trabalho da equipe da Atenção Primária à Saúde, mediantea aplicação da Matriz Swot. Método: estudo qualitativo do tipo pesquisa-ação, realizada em uma Unidade de Saúde, cuja produção e registro das informações envolveram representantes do ensino, atenção, gestão e controle social, totalizando 15 participantes. Foram cinco rodas de conversae utilizou-se a Matriz Swot como tecnologia para a organização do trabalho. Os dados foram tratados mediante análise temática. Resultados: a aplicação da Matriz Swot permitiu mapear potencialidades: vínculo e longitudinalidade, associados ao tempo de serviço dos profissionais, infraestrutura de qualidade, bom relacionamento entre equipe e com usuários. O repensar acerca do cenário da produção de saúde permitiu identificar fragilidades: burocratização, cobrança por produção, ineficiente planejamento das ações, interferências políticas e falta de autocuidado dos usuários. Conclusão: a inserção da tecnologia foi exitosa, especialmente por ser idealizada, a partir da percepção das potencialidades e fragilidades locais.


ABSTRACT Purpose: toanalyze, organize and plan the work of a Primary Health Care team by applying Swot Matrix. Method: this is a research-action, qualitative study carried out in a Health Unit, the production and information record of which comprised 15 participants, representing the fields of teaching, caring, management and social control fields. There were five conversation sessions and the Swot Matrix tool was used as organization technology. Thematic analysis was used to assess the data. All the ethic measures were taken. Results: the application of the Swot Matrix allowed to map potentialities: bond and longitudinality, associated with the professionals' length of service, qualified infrastructure, good relationship between team members and users. Rethinking the health production scenario made it possible to identify weaknesses, such as bureaucratization, charging for production, inefficient action planning, political interference, and the users' lack of self-care. Conclusion: the insertion of the technology was successful, especially because it was conceived based on the perception of local strengths and weaknesses.


Objetivo: analizar, organizar y planificar el trabajo del equipo de Atención Primaria de Salud, aplicando la Matriz Swot. Método: investigación-acción realizada en una Unidad de Salud, cuya producción y registro de información involucró a representantes de educación, atención, gestión y control social, totalizando 15 participantes. Hubo cinco rondas de conversaciones y se utilizó la Matriz Swot como tecnología para la organización del trabajo. Los datos se procesaron mediante análisis temático. Resultados: la aplicación de la Matriz Swot permitió mapear potencialidades: vínculo y longitudinalidad, asociadas al tiempo de servicio de los profesionales, infraestructura de calidad, buena relación entre el equipo y con los usuarios. El replanteamiento del escenario de producción en salud permitió identificar debilidades: burocratización, cobro por producción, planificación ineficiente de acciones, injerencia política y falta de autocuidado por parte de los usuarios. Conclusión: la inserción de la tecnología fue exitosa, especialmente porque se concibió a partir de la percepción de fortalezas y debilidades locales.
