RESUMEN

Complex structural variations (cxSVs) are often overlooked in genome analyses due to detection challenges. We developed ARC-SV, a probabilistic and machine-learning-based method that enables accurate detection and reconstruction of cxSVs from standard datasets. By applying ARC-SV across 4,262 genomes representing all continental populations, we identified cxSVs as a significant source of natural human genetic variation. Rare cxSVs have a propensity to occur in neural genes and loci that underwent rapid human-specific evolution, including those regulating corticogenesis. By performing single-nucleus multiomics in postmortem brains, we discovered cxSVs associated with differential gene expression and chromatin accessibility across various brain regions and cell types. Additionally, cxSVs detected in brains of psychiatric cases are enriched for linkage with psychiatric GWAS risk alleles detected in the same brains. Furthermore, our analysis revealed significantly decreased brain-region- and cell-type-specific expression of cxSV genes, specifically for psychiatric cases, implicating cxSVs in the molecular etiology of major neuropsychiatric disorders.

RESUMEN

Increased blood lipid levels are heritable risk factors of cardiovascular disease with varied prevalence worldwide owing to different dietary patterns and medication use1. Despite advances in prevention and treatment, in particular through reducing low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels2, heart disease remains the leading cause of death worldwide3. Genome-wideassociation studies (GWAS) of blood lipid levels have led to important biological and clinical insights, as well as new drug targets, for cardiovascular disease. However, most previous GWAS4-23 have been conducted in European ancestry populations and may have missed genetic variants that contribute to lipid-level variation in other ancestry groups. These include differences in allele frequencies, effect sizes and linkage-disequilibrium patterns24. Here we conduct a multi-ancestry, genome-wide genetic discovery meta-analysis of lipid levels in approximately 1.65 million individuals, including 350,000 of non-European ancestries. We quantify the gain in studying non-European ancestries and provide evidence to support the expansion of recruitment of additional ancestries, even with relatively small sample sizes. We find that increasing diversity rather than studying additional individuals of European ancestry results in substantial improvements in fine-mapping functional variants and portability of polygenic prediction (evaluated in approximately 295,000 individuals from 7 ancestry groupings). Modest gains in the number of discovered loci and ancestry-specific variants were also achieved. As GWAS expand emphasis beyond the identification of genes and fundamental biology towards the use of genetic variants for preventive and precision medicine25, we anticipate that increased diversity of participants will lead to more accurate and equitable26 application of polygenic scores in clinical practice.

RESUMEN

Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs/MPKs) are pivotal regulators in many stress-signaling pathways in plants. The dual phosphorylation of the TXY motif by MAP Kinase Kinases (MKKs) is essential for activating MAPKs. Here, we reveal a mechanism for MAPK activation that bypasses the need for MKKs. We identified rice (Oryza sativa) calcium-dependent protein kinase 5 (OsCPK5) and OsCPK13as positive regulators in salt stress tolerance. These kinases are essential for the full activation of OsMPK3 and OsMPK6 in response to elevated sodium levels, with both OsMPK3 and OsMPK6 also acting as positive regulators in rice salt tolerance. Biochemical analysis demonstrated that OsCPK5/13 directly interact with and activate OsMPK3/6 by phosphorylating the TXY motif in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, we have discovered that OsCPK5/13 relocate from the cell membrane to the nucleus in response to salt stress. This process relies on their N-terminal myristoylation and a calcium-dependent phosphorylation event within the N-terminus. Our results elucidate a MAPK activation pathway in rice that is independent of traditional MKK-mediated phosphorylation, highlighting the crucial roles of OsCPK5 and OsCPK13 in directly phosphorylating and activating OsMPK3/6, which are important for rice tolerance to salt stress.

RESUMEN

Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a common degenerative cardiovascular disease whose pathobiology is not clearly understood. The cellular heterogeneity and cell-type-specific gene regulation of vascular cells in human AAA have not been well-characterized. Here, we performed analysis of whole-genome sequencing data in AAA patients versus controls with the aim of detecting disease-associated variants that may affect gene regulation in human aortic smooth muscle cells (AoSMC) and human aortic endothelial cells (HAEC), two cell types of high relevance to AAA disease. To support this analysis, we generated H3K27ac HiChIP data for these cell types and inferred cell-type-specific gene regulatory networks. We observed that AAA-associated variants were most enriched in regulatory regions in AoSMC, compared with HAEC and CD4+ cells. The cell-type-specific regulation defined by this HiChIP data supported the importance of ERG and the KLF family of transcription factors in AAA disease. The analysis of regulatory elements that contain noncoding variants and also are differentially open between AAA patients and controls revealed the significance of the interleukin-6-mediated signaling pathway. This finding was further validated by including information from the deleteriousness effect of nonsynonymous single-nucleotide variants in AAA patients and additional control data from the Medical Genome Reference Bank dataset. These results shed important insights into AAA pathogenesis and provide a model for cell-type-specific analysis of disease-associated variants.

RESUMEN

We report, for the first time, a new synthetic strategy for the preparation of crystalline two-dimensional olefin-linked covalent organic frameworks (COFs) based on aldol condensation between benzodifurandione and aromatic aldehydes. Olefin-linked COFs can be facilely crystallized through either a pyridine-promoted solvothermal process or a benzoic anhydride-mediated organic flux synthesis. The resultant COF leaf with high in-plane π-conjugation exhibits efficient visible-light-driven photoreduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) with water (H2O) in the absence of any photosensitizer, sacrificial agents, or cocatalysts. The production rate of carbon monoxide (CO) reaches as high as 158.1 µmol g-1 h-1 with near 100% CO selectivity, which is accompanied by the oxidation of H2O to oxygen. Both theoretical and experimental results confirm that the key lies in achieving exceptional photoinduced charge separation and low exciton binding. We anticipate that our findings will facilitate new possibilities for the development of semiconducting COFs with structural diversity and functional variability.

RESUMEN

Renal artery stenosis (RAS) is a major cause of ischemic kidney disease, which is largely mediated by inflammation. Mapping the immune cell composition in ischemic kidneys might provide useful insight into the disease pathogenesis and uncover therapeutic targets. We used mass cytometry (CyTOF) to explore the single-cell composition in a unique data set of human kidneys nephrectomized due to chronic occlusive vascular disease (RAS, n = 3), relatively healthy donor kidneys (n = 6), and unaffected sections of kidneys with renal cell carcinoma (RCC, n = 3). Renal fibrosis and certain macrophage populations were also evaluated in renal sections. Cytobank analysis showed in RAS kidneys decreased cell populations expressing epithelial markers (CD45-/CD13+) and increased CD45+ inflammatory cells, whereas scattered tubular-progenitor-like cells (CD45-/CD133+/CD24+) increased compared with kidney donors. Macrophages switched to proinflammatory phenotypes in RAS, and the numbers of IL-10-producing dendritic cells (DC) were also lower. Compared with kidney donors, RAS kidneys had decreased overall DC populations but increased plasmacytoid DC. Furthermore, senescent active T cells (CD45+/CD28+/CD57+), aged neutrophils (CD45+/CD15+/CD24+/CD11c+), and regulatory B cells (CD45+/CD14-/CD24+/CD44+) were increased in RAS. RCC kidneys showed a distribution of cell phenotypes comparable with RAS but less pronounced, accompanied by an increase in CD34+, CD370+, CD103+, and CD11c+/CD103+ cells. Histologically, RAS kidneys showed significantly increased fibrosis and decreased CD163+/CD141+ cells. The single-cell platform CyTOF enables the detection of significant changes in renal cells, especially in subsets of immune cells in ischemic human kidneys. Endogenous pro-repair cell types in RAS warrant future study for potential immune therapy.NEW & NOTEWORTHY The single-cell platform mass cytometry (CyTOF) enables detection of significant changes in one million of renal cells, especially in subsets of immune cells in ischemic human kidneys distal to renal artery stenosis (RAS). We found that pro-repair cell types such as scattered tubular-progenitor-like cells, aged neutrophils, and regulatory B cells show a compensatory increase in RAS. Immune cell phenotype changes may reflect ongoing inflammation and impaired immune defense capability in the kidneys.

RESUMEN

The growth state of tumor cells is strictly affected by the specific abnormal redox status of the tumor microenvironment (TME). Moreover, redox reactions at the biological level are also central and fundamental to essential energy metabolism reactions in tumors. Accordingly, anti-tumor nanodrugs targeting the disruption of this abnormal redox homeostasis have become one of the hot spots in the field of nanodrugs research due to the effectiveness of TME modulation and anti-tumor efficiency mediated by redox interference. This review discusses the latest research results of nanodrugs in anti-tumor therapy, which regulate the levels of oxidants or reductants in TME through a variety of therapeutic strategies, ultimately breaking the original "stable" redox state of the TME and promoting tumor cell death. With the gradual deepening of study on the redox state of TME and the vigorous development of nanomaterials, it is expected that more anti-tumor nano drugs based on tumor redox microenvironment regulation will be designed and even applied clinically.

RESUMEN

With the increasing use of polyethylene glycol (PEG) based proteins and drug delivery systems, anti-PEG antibodies have commonly been detected among the population, causing the accelerated blood clearance and hypersensitivity reactions, poses potential risks to the clinical efficacy and safety of PEGylated drugs. Therefore, vigilant monitoring of anti-PEG antibodies is crucial for both research and clinical guidance regarding PEGylated drugs. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a common method for detecting anti-PEG antibodies. However, diverse coating methods, blocking solutions and washing solutions have been employed across different studies, and unsuitable use of Tween 20 as the surfactant even caused biased results. In this study, we established the optimal substrate coating conditions, and investigated the influence of various surfactants and blocking solutions on the detection accuracy. The findings revealed that incorporating 1 % bovine serum albumin into the serum dilution in the absence of surfactants will result the credible outcomes of anti-PEG antibody detection.

RESUMEN

As a frequently consumed beverage worldwide, tea is rich in naturally important bioactive metabolites. Combining genetic, metabolomic and biochemical methodologies, here, we present a comprehensive study to dissect the chemical diversity in tea plant. A total of 2837 metabolites were identified at high-resolution with 1098 of them being structurally annotated and 63 of them were structurally identified. Metabolite-based genome-wide association mapping identified 6199 and 7823 metabolic quantitative trait loci (mQTL) for 971 and 1254 compounds in young leaves (YL) and the third leaves (TL), respectively. The major mQTL (i.e., P < 1.05 × 10-5, and phenotypic variation explained (PVE) > 25%) were further interrogated. Through extensive annotation of the tea metabolome as well as network-based analysis, this study broadens the understanding of tea metabolism and lays a solid foundation for revealing the natural variations in the chemical composition of the tea plant. Interestingly, we found that galloylations, rather than hydroxylations or glycosylations, were the largest class of conversions within the tea metabolome. The prevalence of galloylations in tea is unusual, as hydroxylations and glycosylations are typically the most prominent conversions of plant specialized metabolism. The biosynthetic pathway of flavonoids, which are one of the most featured metabolites in tea plant, was further refined with the identified metabolites. And we demonstrated the further mining and interpretation of our GWAS results by verifying two identified mQTL (including functional candidate genes CsUGTa, CsUGTb, and CsCCoAOMT) and completing the flavonoid biosynthetic pathway of the tea plant.

RESUMEN

CONSTANS (CO) is a critical regulator of flowering that combines photoperiodic and circadian signals in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana). CO is expressed in multiple tissues, including seedling roots and young leaves. However, the roles and underlying mechanisms of CO in modulating physiological processes outside of flowering remain obscure. Here, we show that the expression of CO responds to salinity treatment. CO negatively mediated salinity tolerance under long-day (LD) conditions. Seedlings from co-mutants were more tolerant to salinity stress, whereas overexpression of CO resulted in plants with reduced tolerance to salinity stress. Further genetic analyses revealed the negative involvement of GIGANTEA (GI) in salinity tolerance requires a functional CO. Mechanistic analysis demonstrated that CO physically interacts with 4 critical basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors; ABSCISIC ACID-RESPONSIVE ELEMENT BINDING FACTOR1 (ABF1), ABF2, ABF3, and ABF4. Disrupting these ABFs made plants hypersensitive to salinity stress, demonstrating that ABFs enhance salinity tolerance. Moreover, ABF mutations largely rescued the salinity-tolerant phenotype of co-mutants. CO suppresses the expression of several salinity-responsive genes and influences the transcriptional regulation function of ABF3. Collectively, our results show that the LD-induced CO works antagonistically with ABFs to modulate salinity responses, thus revealing how CO negatively regulates plant adaptation to salinity stress.

RESUMEN

Atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis (ARAS) is associated with irreversible parenchymal renal disease and regenerative stem cell therapies may improve renal outcomes. Hypoxia preconditioning (HPC) may improve the regenerative functions of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AMSC) by affecting DNA 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC) marks in angiogenic genes. Here, we investigated using a porcine ARAS model, whether growth of ARAS AMSCs in hypoxia (Hx) versus normoxia (Nx) would enhance renal tissue repair, and comprehensively analyze how HPC modifies DNA hydroxymethylation compared to untreated ARAS and healthy/normal pigs (n=5 each). ARAS pigs exhibited elevated serum cholesterol, serum creatinine and renal artery stenosis, with a concomitant decrease in renal blood flow (RBF) and increased blood pressure (BP) compared to healthy pigs. Renal artery injection of either autologous Nx or Hx AMSCs improved diastolic BP, reduced kidney tissue fibrosis, and inflammation (CD3+ T-cells) in ARAS pigs. In addition, renal medullary hypoxia significantly lowered with Nx but not Hx AMSC treatment. Mechanistically, levels of epigenetic 5hmC marks (which reflect gene activation) estimated using DNA immunoprecipitation technique were elevated in profibrotic and inflammatory genes in ARAS compared with normal AMSCs. HPC significantly reduced 5hmC levels in cholesterol biosynthesis and oxidative stress response pathways in ARAS AMSCs. Thus, autologous AMSCs improve key renovascular parameters and inflammation in ARAS pigs, with HPC mitigating pathological molecular effects on inflammatory and profibrotic genes which may play a role in augmenting regenerative capacity of AMSCs.

RESUMEN

This study presents the design, synthesis, and comprehensive characterization of a novel series of D-π-A type malononitrile-derived chromophores, BTC-1-BTC-4. Combining various spectroscopic techniques, nonlinear Z-scan measurements, and quantum chemical calculations, we revealed the intricate relationship between nonlinear optical properties and the interplay of molecular structure, intramolecular charge transfer (ICT), and dipole moments (µ). Our experimental and computational findings corroborate that the polarization degree in the ground state, the charge separation in the excited state and twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT) collectively dictate the nonlinear optical properties of the compounds. Notably, BTC-1 exhibits an exceptional nonlinear absorption coefficient ß value (2×10-8 m W-1), attributed to its optimized charge transfer efficiency and pronounced degree of charge separation. Our findings provide actionable insights for the rational design of high-performance organic Nonlinear optics (NLO) materials with potential applications in advanced photonic devices.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: The primary treatment for patients with myocardial infarction (MI) is percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Despite this, the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) remains a significant concern. Our study seeks to optimize PCI predictive modeling by employing an ensemble learning approach to identify the most effective combination of predictive variables. METHODS AND RESULTS: We conducted a retrospective, non-interventional analysis of MI patient data from 2018 to 2021, focusing on those who underwent PCI. Our principal metric was the occurrence of 1-year postoperative MACEs. Variable selection was performed using lasso regression, and predictive models were developed using the Super Learner (SL) algorithm. Model performance was appraised by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) and the average precision (AP) score. Our cohort included 3,880 PCI patients, with 475 (12.2%) experiencing MACEs within one year. The SL model exhibited superior discriminative performance, achieving a validated AUC of 0.982 and an AP of 0.971, which markedly surpassed the traditional logistic regression models (AUC: 0.826, AP: 0.626) in the test cohort. Thirteen variables were significantly associated with the occurrence of 1-year MACEs. CONCLUSION: Implementing the Super Learner algorithm has substantially enhanced the predictive accuracy for the risk of MACEs in MI patients. This advancement presents a promising tool for clinicians to craft individualized, data-driven interventions to better patient outcomes.

RESUMEN

Chalcopyrite copper-indium-gallium diselenides (CIGS) have emerged as promising materials with remarkable electronic properties and potential applicability to high-efficiency solar cells. The crystal and electronic structures of CIGS can be continuously tuned from their initial states under pressure. Although pressure-induced band gap closure in CIGS has been predicted in extensive theoretical studies, it has not been supported by experimental evidence. Here, we comprehensively investigate the pressure-dependent optical, electronic, and structural properties of Cu(In0.7Ga0.3)Se2 up to 42.6 GPa. Our experimental results reveal an irreversible electronic transition from the semiconducting to the metallic state at 14.3 GPa. Under compression, the Cu(In0.7Ga0.3)Se2 structure evolves from a tetragonal I4̅2d phase to an orthorhombic Pna21 phase, which has not been previously reported in chalcopyrite. More intriguingly, the Pna21 phase is irreversible and possesses smaller Cu-Se and In/Ga-Se bond lengths and a smaller Cu-Se-Cu bond angle than the I4̅2d phase. Density functional theory calculations indicate a lower enthalpy of the Pna21 phase than that of the I4̅2d phase at pressures above 10.6 GPa. Meanwhile, density of states calculations illustrate that metallization arises from the overlap of the Se p and Cu d orbitals as the bond length reduces. This pressure-induced behavior could facilitate the development of novel devices with various phenomena involving strong coupling of the mechanical, electrical, and optical properties of chalcopyrite.

RESUMEN

This study investigated the influence of wetland types (vertical and tidal flow constructed wetlands [CWs] [VFCW and TFCW, respectively]) and concentrations of triclosan (TCS) on the removal of pollutants (TCS and nitrogen) and microbial characteristics. The efficiency of TCS removal was significantly higher with 5 µg/L TCS (Phase B) than with 30 µg/L (Phase C) in the two CWs. The efficiencies of removal of NH4+-N and NO3--N were significantly inhibited in Phase C. Compared with the VFCW, the TFCW removed more NH4+-N at the same concentration of TCS, whereas less NO3--N was removed, and it even accumulated. Saccharimondales, an important functional genus with the highest abundance and more node connections with other genera, had a sharp decrease in relative abundance as the increasing concentrations of TCS of the two CWs conformed with its relative abundance and significantly negatively correlated with the concentration of TCS. Differentiated Roseobacter_Clade_CHAB-I-5_Lineage and Sphaerotilus were enriched in the VFCW and TFCW, respectively. The abundance of enzymes that catalyzed nitritation was significantly inhibited by TCS, whereas nitrate reductase (EC 1.7.99.4) catalyzed both denitrification and dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium (DNRA), and nitrite reductase (NADH) (EC 1.7.1.15) that catalyzed DNRA comprised a larger proportion in the two CWs. Simultaneously, the abundances of two enzymes were higher in the TFCW than in the VFCW. The network analysis indicated that the main genera were promoted more by TCS in the VFCW, while inhibited in the TFCW. Moreover, the concentrations of nitrogen (NH4+-N, NO3--N, and TN) significantly positively correlated with TCS-resistant bacteria, and negatively correlated with most nitrogen-transforming bacteria with species that varied between the VFCW and TFCW. The results of this study provide a reference for the molecular biological mechanism of the simultaneous removal of nitrogen and TCS in the CWs.

RESUMEN

INTRODUCTION: Children and adolescents, after natural and man-made disasters, often exhibit various psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues, showing a range of clinical symptoms related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression. This review used a network meta-analysis (NMA) approach to compare and rank psychological interventions for PTSD and depression in children and adolescents after exposure to natural and man-made disasters. METHODS: Randomized studies of psychosocial interventions for PTSD and depression in children and adolescents exposed to natural and man-made disasters were identified. PTSD and depression symptoms at postintervention and 1-12 month follow-up are the outcomes. The standardized mean differences (SMDs) between pairs of interventions at postintervention and follow-up were pooled. Mean effect sizes with 95% credible intervals (CI) were calculated, and the ranking probabilities for all interventions were estimated using the surface under the cumulative ranking curve. Study quality was assessed with version 2 of the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials (RoB 2). RESULTS: In total, 26 studies with 4331 participants were included in this NMA. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) (SMD = - 0.67; 95% CI - 1.17 to - 0.17), exposure therapy (ET) (SMD = - 0.66; 95% CI - 1.11 to - 0.22), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) (SMD = - 0.62; 95% CI - 0.90 to - 0.34) were significantly more effective for PTSD at postintervention than inactive intervention. EMDR (SMD = - 0.72; 95% CI - 1.11 to - 0.33) and ET (SMD = - 0.62; 95% CI - 0.97 to - 0.27) were associated with a higher reduction in PTSD symptoms at follow-up than inactive intervention. EMDR (SMD = - 0.40; 95% CI - 0.78 to - 0.03) and play therapy (PT) (SMD = - 0.37; 95% CI - 0.62 to - 0.12) were significantly more effective for depression at postintervention than inactive intervention. For all psychological interventions in reducing depression symptoms at follow-up compared with inactive intervention, the differences were not significant. CONCLUSION: EMDR appears to be most effective in reducing PTSD and depression in children and adolescents exposed to natural and man-made disasters. In addition, ET and CBT are potentially effective in reducing PTSD symptoms at postintervention, while PT is beneficial in managing depression symptoms at the treatment endpoint.

RESUMEN

Liver fibrosis is a serious global health issue for which effective treatment remains elusive. Chemical-induced hepatocyte-like cells (ciHeps) have emerged as an appealing source for cell transplantation therapy, although they present several challenges such as the risk of lung thromboembolism or hemorrhage. Apoptotic vesicles (apoVs), small membrane vesicles generated during the apoptosis process, have gained attention for their role in regulating various physiological and pathological processes. In this study, we generated ciHep-derived apoVs (ciHep-apoVs) and investigated their therapeutic potential in alleviating liver fibrosis. Our findings revealed that ciHep-apoVs induced the transformation of macrophages into an anti-inflammatory phenotype, effectively suppressed the activity of activated hepatic stellate cells (aHSCs), and enhanced the survival of hepatocytes. When intravenously administered to mice with liver fibrosis, ciHep-apoVs were primarily engulfed by macrophages and myofibroblasts, leading to a reduction in liver inflammation and fibrosis. Proteomic and miRNA analyses showed that ciHep-apoVs were enriched in various functional molecules that modulate crucial cellular processes, including metabolism, signaling transduction, and ECM-receptor interactions. ciHep-apoVs effectively suppressed aHSCs activity through the synergistic inhibition of glycolysis, the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) cascades. These findings highlight the potential of ciHep-apoVs as multifunctional nanotherapeutics for liver fibrosis and provide insights into the treatment of other liver diseases and fibrosis in other organs.

RESUMEN

Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma is a distinct subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that originates from natural killer cells or cytotoxic T cells. Its diagnosis is challenging due to the rarity and lack of awareness, especially in cases where osteomyelitis of the jawbone is the initial symptom. This paper reports a case of extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma presenting primarily with oral ulcers. Through analyzing the clinical and pathological characteristics, differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, and reasons for misdiagnosis of the disease, this study aims to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

RESUMEN

F-P (Fabry-Perot) pressure sensors have a wide range of potential applications in high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-dynamic environments. However, existing demodulation methods commonly rely on spectrometers, which limits their application to high-frequency pressure signal acquisition. To solve this problem, this study developed a self-compensated, three-wavelength demodulation system composite with an F-P pressure sensor and a thermocouple to construct a comprehensive sensing system. The system produces accurate pressure measurements in high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-dynamic environments. In static testing at room temperature, the sensing system shows excellent linearity, and the pressure sensitivity is 158.48 nm/MPa. In high-temperature testing, the sensing system maintains high linearity in the range of 100 °C to 700 °C, with a maximum pressure-indication error of about 0.13 MPa (0~5 MPa). In dynamic testing, the sensor exhibits good response characteristics at 1000 Hz and 5000 Hz sinusoidal pressure frequencies, with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) greater than 37 dB and 45 dB, respectively. These results indicate that the sensing system proposed in this study has significant competitive advantages in the field of high-temperature, high-speed, and high-precision pressure measurements and provides an important experimental basis and theoretical support for technological progress in related fields.
