[Electron microscopic-cytochemical heterogeneity of succinate dehydrogenase activity in rat cardiomyocytes]. / Elektronno-tsitokhimicheskaia geterogennost' aktivnosti suktsinatdegidrogenazy v kardiomiotsitakh krysy.

The ultrastructural localization of succinate dehydrogenase in white rat heart myocytes is studied and heterogeneity of reaction products in separate mitochondria and their groups is described. The enzyme activity is cardiomyocyte electron density dependent. This dependence, in all probability, is the result of different structural and functional states of cells and their organelles, that is revealed by electron microscopy as different electron density of these. It is found that middle electron density cells have the maximum enzyme activity. The mechanisms of enzyme activity dependence of cell electron density are discussed.

[Cell receptors of thrombin]. / Kletochnye retseptory trombina.

Modern notions on the structure, function and localization of thrombin receptors in different human and animal cells are considered. Molecular models of thrombin interaction with receptors are presented. The role these receptors play in the DNA synthesis regulation, proliferation and migration of cells is described. The functions of the thrombin-receptor complexes and mechanisms controlling the quantity of thrombin receptors are discussed.

[Partial purification of tissue thromboplastin by the gel filtration method and its use for reproducing the generalized decompensated thrombinogenesis syndrome]. / Chastichnaia ochistka tkanevogo tromboplastina metodom gel'-pronikaiushchei khromatografii i vosproizvedenie s ego pomoshch'iu sindroma generalizovannogo dekompensirovannogo trombinogeneza.

Tissue thromboplastin was purified using various chromatographic resins: Sephadex G-200, Ultragel AcA 34, Acrylex P-300 and Toyopearl HW-55F. The purity of the preparations obtained was evaluated by means of the ratio of the thromboplastin solutions absorbency at 540 nm and a protein concentration in the solution expressed as mg/ml. The most purified preparations of tissue thromboplastin were obtained after gel filtration on Toyopearl HW-55F. The thromboplastin preparation produced was used for experimental reproduction of the syndrome of generalized decompensated thrombinogenesis.

[Ultracytochemical heterogeneity of cytochrome oxidase activity in rat cardiomyocytes]. / Ul'tratsitokhimicheskaia geterogennost' aktivnosti tsitokhromoksidazy v kardiomiotsitakh krysy.

Optimum conditions are developed for ultracytochemical detection of cytochrome oxidase in cardiomyocytes from the rat heart ventricles. Conditions mentioned above rest on using of o-dianisidine and double contrasting of microscopic sections by uranyl and lead acetates. Data from studies in heterogeneity of cytochrome oxidase activity as dependent on the structural-functional state (electronic density) of myocardium cells are presented.

[Effect of titanium on the osteogenic and proliferative potentials of bone marrow cells in vitro]. / Vliianie titana na osteogennyi i proliferativnyi potentsial kletok kostnogo mozga in vitro.

The impact of titanium (BT-1.0) on proliferative and osteogenic potential of in vitro bone marrow was studied in rabbits. Titanium showed no influence on proliferation and differentiation of osteogenic determined cells precursors in the bone marrow. These cells' growth showed a titanium-tropicity. The authors came to a conclusion that the use of titanium in combination with automyeloplasty can be successfully used to accelerate the bone integration in implanted dental patients.

[Ultrastructural damage of the fetal kidneys in generalized decompensated maternal thrombogenesis]. / Povrezhdeniia u'ltrastruktury pochek ploda v usloviiakh gene- ralizovannogo dekompensirovannogo trombinogeneza v organizme materi.

In the experiments on 40 pregnant white rats, the authors used electron microscopy for the assessment of structural renal changes in the dams and their fetuses, which had occurred in generalized decompensated thrombogenesis resulted from massive heterohemotransfusion. The common coagulative origin was established for the lesions in dams and fetuses, which appeared as disseminated microthrombosis, degenerated interstitial connective tissue and cell structures.
