Renewable energy technologies, such as water splitting, heavily depend on the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Nanolaminated ternary compounds, referred to as MAX phases, show great promise for creating efficient electrocatalysts for OER. However, their limited intrinsic oxidative resistance hinders the utilization of conductivity in Mn+1Xn layers, leading to reduced activity. In this study, a method is proposed to improve the poor inoxidizability of MAX phases by carefully adjusting the elemental composition between Mn+1Xn layers and single-atom-thick A layers. The resulting Ta2FeC catalyst demonstrates superior performance compared to conventional Fe/C-based catalysts with a remarkable record-low overpotential of 247 mV (@10 mA cm-2) and sustained activity for over 240 h. Notably, during OER processing, the single-atom-thick Fe layer undergoes self-reconstruction and enrichment from the interior of the Ta2FeC MAX phase toward its surface, forming a Ta2FeC@Ta2C@FeOOH heterostructure. Through density functional theory (DFT) calculations, this study has found that the incorporation of Ta2FeC@Ta2C not only enhances the conductivity of FeOOH but also reduces the covalency of Fe─O bonds, thus alleviating the oxidation of Fe3+ and O2-. This implies that the Ta2FeC@Ta2C@FeOOH heterostructure experiences less lattice oxygen loss during the OER process compared to pure FeOOH, leading to significantly improved stability. These results highlight promising avenues for further exploration of MAX phases by strategically engineering M- and A-site engineering through multi-metal substitution, to develop M2AX@M2X@AOOH-based catalysts for oxygen evolution.

Pore size sieving, Donnan exclusion, and their combined effects seriously affect ion separation of membrane processes. However, traditional polymer-based membranes face some challenges in precisely controlling both charge distribution and pore size on the membrane surface, which hinders the ion separation performance, such as heavy metal ion removal. Herein, the heterocharged covalent organic framework (COF) membrane is reported by assembling two kinds of ionic COF nanosheets with opposite charges and different pore sizes. By manipulating the stacking quantity and sequence of two kinds of nanosheets, the impact of membrane surface charge and pore size on the separation performance of monovalent and multivalent ions is investigated. For the separation of anions, the effect of pore size sieving is dominant, while for the separation of cations, the effect of Donnan exclusion is dominant. The heterocharged TpEBr/TpPa-SO3H membrane with a positively charged upper layer and a negatively charged bottom layer exhibits excellent rejection of multivalent anions and cations (Ni2+, Cd2+, Cr2+, CrO4 2-, SeO3 2-, etc). The strategy provides not only high-performance COF membranes for ion separation but also an inspiration for the engineering of heterocharged membranes.

AIM: To analyse the risk factors and incidence of falls in geriatric outpatients in a university hospital ward in Hangzhou, China. METHODS: From May 2020 to August 2022, 1712 geriatric outpatients in a university hospital ward in Hangzhou, China, were screened using a socio-demographic questionnaire (e.g. gender, age, living arrangement, etc.) and assessment scales. The correlation between each factor and falls was preliminarily analysed by chi-squared tests. Finally, binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to further analyse the risk factors of falls. The STROBE checklist was used in reporting this study. RESULTS: Of the 1712 geriatric outpatients recruited, 1626 participants (60-79 and ≥ 80 years old) with complete questionnaire and assessment data were included. The occurrence of falls for those in the 60-79 age group was 8.4%, and for those in the ≥80 age group it was 13.4%. Age (p = .007), use of a walking assistance device (p < .001), the Stay Independent Brochure Questionnaire (SIB) (OR = 7.751, 95% CI = 5.089-11.806, p < .001), living arrangement (p = .004), timed up and go test (TUGT) (p = .007) and three diseases or above (OR = 2.496, 95% CI = 1.358-11.4.586, p = .003) reached statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: Older people have a high incidence of falls. In this study, age, disease history, SIB scores (≥4 points), living arrangement, TUGT and walking assistance device increased the probability of falls in older Chinese adults. Personalised interventions should be carried out according to the specific situation of older people to effectively reduce their incidence of falls and improve their quality of life. RELEVANCE TO CLINICAL PRACTICE: The basic characteristics and fall risk factors of the older can help nurses identify fall risk, and early intervention by caregivers can reduce fall-related injuries, which has practical significance for promoting healthy aging. PATIENT OR PUBLIC CONTRIBUTION: The subjects of this study were older patients ≥60 years old, and the demographic characteristics and fall-related information of patients were obtained by questionnaire. The team worked closely with a team of experts in the field of health care. Some researchers collect data and rewrite them, while other researchers analyse the information and write a paper. All authors read and approved the final manuscript.

BACKGROUND: This study was undertaken to discover whether the vaginal microbe of women at childbearing age is different among groups defined by urogenital tract infections, childbearing history and menstrual cycle, respectively. RESULTS: This was a multiple case-control study of women at childbearing age who were assigned to case or control groups according to their states of urogenital tract infections. The participants were also grouped by childbearing history and menstrual cycle. Vaginal swabs were collected and stored at - 70 °C until assayed. The V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA gene was amplified using PCR and sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq platform. We tested the hypothesis of whether the relative abundance of microbial species in vaginal microbiota was varied with urogenital tract infections, childbearing history and menstrual cycle. The vaginal microbial richness (Alpha diversity measured by PD_whole tree) was decreased in normal women (without reproductive tract infections) than in those with bacterial vaginosis (BV), and decreased in pregnant women than in other groups of non-pregnancy. Similarly, women from groups of normal and in pregnancy had lower beta diversity on measure of unweighted_unifrac distance in comparison to those of infected and non-pregnant. The top 10 genus relative abundance, especially Lactobacillus, which was the most dominant genus with the relative abundance of 71.55% among all samples, did not differ significantly between groups of childbearing history and menstrual cycle analyzed by ANOVA and nonparametric kruskal_wallis. Lactobacillus iners and Lactobacillus helveticus have the most abundance, totally account for 97.92% relative abundance of genus Lactobacillus. We also found that a higher L.helveticus/L.iners ratio is more likely to present in normal women than in the infected and in pregnant than in non-pregnant, although these comparisons lack statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: The relative abundance of dominant bacterial taxa in vaginal microbial communities of women at childbearing age were not different among groups of childbearing history and menstrual cycle. Women from groups of in pregnancy and without reproductive tract infections had lower alpha and beta diversity. The composition of the main lactobacillus species may shift upon phases of a menstrual cycle and the status of reproductive tract infections.

Double orifice mitral valve (DOMV) is a rare congenital valve malformation. Due to the insufficient understanding and awareness of its echocardiographic characteristics, there is a risk of misdiagnosis. Here, we report a case of echocardiographic diagnosis of congenital DOMV malformation in a 56-year-old male patient who visited our hospital for systematic physical examination, during which DOMV was not diagnosed. The following year, the patient visited our hospital again, and echocardiography showed two approximately circular orifices on the short axis view of the mitral valve. During diastole, two red Doppler blood flow signals were observed entering the left ventricle simultaneously. A small amount of blue Doppler signal revealed reflux into the left atrium during systole, leading to the diagnose of congenital heart disease with DOMV malformation, without other cardiac structural abnormality. Because the patient did not have obvious discomfort, he did not receive any special treatment and is regularly followed-up.

A graphene oxide (GO)-based fluorescent bioassay was developed to quantify agrA gene transcription (its mRNA) in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). This method is based on the use of Klenow fragment (KF)-assisted target recycling amplification and hybridization chain reaction (HCR). A triple complex was designed that contained a capture probe (CP), a trigger probe (TP), and a help probe (HP), which were partially complementary to one another. In the absence of the target, all the oligonucleotides labeled with carboxyfluorescein (FAM) are adsorbed onto the surface of GO by π-stacking interactions. This adsorption quenches the FAM signal. On the contrary, the target RNA causes the triple complex to disintegrate and initiates strand-displacement polymerization reaction (SDPR) and HCR in the presence of the appropriate raw materials, including the primer, KF, dNTPs, hairpin 1 (H1), and hairpin 2 (H2), generating double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) products. These dsDNA products are repelled by GO and produce strong fluorescence, measured at excitation/emission wavelengths of 480/514 nm. The fluorescent signal is greatly amplified by SYBR Green I (SGI) due to the synergistic effect of dsDNA-SGI. The target was assayed with this method at concentrations in the range 10 fM to 100 pM, and the detection limit (LOD) was 10 fM. This method also displayed good applicability in the analysis of real samples. It provides a new way of monitoring biofilm formation and studying the mechanisms of drug actions. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) plays an important role in plant stress responses. Here, five FaG6PDH sequences were obtained in strawberry, designated as FaG6PDH-CY, FaG6PDH-P1, FaG6PDH-P1.1, FaG6PDH-P2 and FaG6PDH-P0, which were divided into cytosolic (CY) and plastidic (P) isoforms based on the bioinformatic analysis. The respective FaG6PDH genes had distinct expression patterns in all tissues and at different stages of fruit development. Notably, FaG6PDH-CY was the most highly expressed gene among five FaG6PDH members, indicating it encoded the major G6PDH isoform throughout the plant. FaG6PDH positively regulated cold tolerance in strawberry. Inhibition of its activity gave rise to greater cold-induced injury in plant. The FaG6PDH-CY transcript had a significant increase under cold stress, similar to the G6PDH enzyme activity, suggesting a principal participant in response to cold stress. Further study showed that the low-temperature responsiveness (LTR) element in FaG6PDH-CY promoter can promote the gene expression when plant encountered cold stimuli. Besides, FaG6PDH-CY was involved in regulating cold-induced activation of antioxidant enzyme genes (FaSOD, FaCAT, FaAPX and FaGR) and RBOH-dependent ROS generation. The elevated FaG6PDH-CY enhanced ROS-scavenging capability of antioxidant enzymes to suppress ROS excessive accumulation and relieved the oxidative damage, eventually improving the strawberry resistance to cold stress.

The ALPL gene is linked to hypophosphatasia, a rare genetic disease. Owing to the inverse relationships between ALPL expression and both the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stages and histological grades assigned to patients with serous ovarian cancer (SOC), this study was designed to explore the role and possible mechanisms of ALPL in cell motility of high grade SOC (HGSOC). The effects of ALPL overexpression on migration and invasion were detected in HGSOC cell lines SKOV3 and HEY. Gene ontology analysis for differential genes with ALPL overexpression identified several biological processes, including EMT, correlated with cell motility. Genes potentially implicated in EMT and associated with ALPL were screened using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. The WNT receptor Frizzled2 (FZD2) was identified and its role in HGSOC cell motility and survival was investigated. It was found that forced expression of ALPL could inhibit migration, invasion, and EMT in HGSOC cells. It also reduced the expression of FZD2 and its ligand WNT5A, accompanied by suppressed expression of their downstream target phosphorylated-STAT3 (pSTAT3). These effects were initiated via the FZD2 knockdown using siRNA and reversed by recombinant WNT5A protein. The relationship between FZD2 expression and poor HGSOC patient survival was also investigated. This data supports that ALPL might restrict the function of WNT5A-FZD2-STAT3 axis, a non-canonical WNT pathway for promoting EMT progression, which results in attenuated migration and invasion in HGSOC cells and improves survival in patients with SOC.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: This study aims to validate the Chinese version of the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R). METHODS: One hundred sixty-nine patients were assessed with both the CRS-R and the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS), diagnosed as being in unresponsive wakefulness syndrome (UWS, formerly known as vegetative state), minimally conscious state (MCS), or emergence from MCS (EMCS). A subgroup of 50 patients has been assessed twice by the same rater, within 24 h. Patient outcome was documented six months after assessment. RESULTS: The internal consistency for the CRS-R total score was excellent (Cronbach's α = 0.84). Good test-retest reliability was obtained for CRS-R total score and subscale scores (intra-class correlation coefficient [ICC] = 0.87 and ICC = 0.66-0.84, respectively). Inter-rater reliability was high (ICC = 0.719; p < 0.01). Concurrent validity was good between CRS-R total scale and GCS total scale. Diagnostic validity was excellent compared with GCS (emerged from UWS: 24%; emerged from MCS: 28%). When considering patient outcome, diagnostic validity was good. In addition, false-positive rates have been detected for both diagnoses. CONCLUSION: The Chinese version of the CRS-R is a reliable and sensitive tool and can discriminate patients in UWS, MCS, and EMCS successfully.

Rhizodegradation performed by plant roots and the associated bacteria is one of the major mechanisms that contribute to removal of petroleum hydrocarbons (PHCs) during phytoremediation. In this study, the pot-culture experiment using wild ornamental Hylotelephium spectabile (Boreau) H. Ohba was designed to explore responses and roles of roots, microbes, and degrading genes in the rhizodegradation process. Results showed that PHCs degradation rate by phytoremediation was up to 37.6-53.3% while phytoaccumulation accounted for a low proportion, just at 0.3-13.3%. A total of 37 phyla were classified through the high throughput sequencing, among which Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Acidobacteria were the three most dominant phyla, accounting for >60% of the phylum frequency. The selective enrichment of PHC degraders with high salt-tolerance, including Alcanivorax and Bacteroidetes, was induced. Generally, relative abundance of the PHC degrading genes increased significantly with an increase in PHCs concentrations, and the gene copy number in the phytoremediation group was 1.46-14.44 times as much as that in the unplanted controls. Overall, the presence of PHCs and plant roots showed a stimulating effect on the development of specific degraders containing PHC degrading genes, and correspondingly, a biodegradation-beneficial community structure had been constructed to contribute to PHCs degradation in the rhizosphere.

OBJECTIVE: To study the value of serum gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) combined with direct bilirubin (DB) in the diagnosis of biliary atresia. METHODS: A total of 667 infants with cholestasis who were hospitalized and treated from July 2010 to December 2018 were enrolled as subjects. According to the results of intraoperative cholangiography and follow-up, they were divided into biliary atresia group with 234 infants and cholestasis group with 433 infants. The two groups were compared in terms of age of onset, sex, and serum levels of total bilirubin (TB), DB, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bile acid (TBA), and GGT. A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed for indices with statistical significance, and the area under the ROC curve (AUC) and the optimal cut-off value for diagnosis were calculated. RESULTS: The biliary atresia group had a significantly younger age of onset than the cholestasis group (P<0.001). There were no significant differences in sex, ALT, and AST between the two groups (P>0.05), while the biliary atresia group had significantly higher serum levels of TB, DB, TBA, and GGT than the cholestasis group (P<0.05). GGT combined with DB had the highest AUC of 0.892 (95% confidence interval: 0.868-0.916) in the diagnosis of biliary atresia. At the optimal cut-off values of 324.0 U/L for GGT and 115.1 µmmol/L for DB, GGT combined with DB had a sensitivity of 79.8% and a specificity of 83.2% in the diagnosis of biliary atresia. CONCLUSIONS: GGT combined with DB has high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of biliary atresia and can be used as an effective indicator for diagnosis of biliary atresia in infants.

Biofilms are the main reason for a large number deaths and high health costs. Their better protection compared to planktonic form against conventional antibiotics leads to poor treatment efficiency. Nanoagent-targeted delivery is a promising avenue for disease therapeutic, but its application targeting biofilms has not been reported currently. The roles, if any, of aptamers acting as delivery carrier and targeting factor, the graphene oxide (GO), and GO modified with aptamers against biofilms were then systematically evaluated. Here, we successfully developed an aptamer-targeted GO strategy against biofilms. We investigated the efficacy of aptamer-GO conjugates by UV spectrophotometer, inverted microscopy, and atomic force microscopy; 93.5 ± 3.4% Salmonella typhimurium biofilms were inhibited and 84.6 ± 5.1% of biofilms were dispersed by a ST-3-GO conjugate. More importantly, this conjugate represented distinctively toxicity to S. typhimurium. Thus, this strategy significantly displays excellent antibiofilm properties and may serve as a long-term solution for biofilm control.

BACKGROUND: Misdiagnosis rate is high in patients with disorders of consciousness, potentially leading to an inappropriate clinical management of these patients. Sensitive standardised rating scales offer some protections from these diagnostic errors. In this context, the use of the Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R) has strongly been recommended by the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. OBJECTIVE: Here, we present the work that has been performed to translate this important diagnostic tool in Chinese. METHODS: The scale has been translated from its original English version to Chinese by a team of native Chinese speakers in agreement with an expert highly trained in the use of the original version of the CRS-R and, then, back-translated to English by four independent translators blinded to the original version. The resulting translation has been sent to the original author for final approval. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The Chinese version of the CRS-R is now available for use in clinical practise. Further investigations will nevertheless be needed in order to show that its psychometric properties are identical to the original English version.

As a green remediation technology, phytoremediation is becoming one of the most promising methods for treating petroleum hydrocarbons (PHCs)-contaminated soil. Pot culture experiments were conducted in this study to investigate phytoremediation potential of two representative Iridaceae species (Iris dichotoma Pall. and Iris lactea Pall.) in remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon-contaminated saline-alkali soil from the Dagang Oilfield in Tianjin, China. The results showed that I. lactea was more endurable to extremely high concentration of PHCs (about 40,000 mg/kg), with a relatively high degradation rate of 20.68%.The degradation rate of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) in soils contaminated with 10,000 and 20,000 mg/kg of PHCs was 30.79% and 19.36% by I. dichotoma, and 25.02% and 19.35% by I. lactea, respectively, which improved by 10-60% than the unplanted controls. The presence of I. dichotoma and I. lactea promoted degradation of PHCs fractions, among which saturates were more biodegradable than aromatics. Adaptive specialization was observed within the bacterial community. In conclusion, phytoremediation by I. dichotoma should be limited to soils contaminated with ≤20,000 mg/kg of PHCs, while I. lactea could be effectively applied to phytoremediation of contaminated soils by PHCs with at least 40,000 mg/kg.

BACKGROUND/AIMS: We aimed to evaluate whether pancreatic kininogenase (PKase) can relieve renal fibrosis and investigate its mechanisms in diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats Methods: We established streptozotocin (STZ) induced-DN rats. After treatment with PKase for 4 weeks, urinary weight, urinary protein content and blood glucose concentration were detected, and then renal histopathological changes were examined using Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) and Masson's thrchrome staining. In addition, the expressions of miR-433, transforming growth factor-ß1 (TGF-ß1) and antizyme inhibitor 1 (Azin1) were detected by qRT-PCR and/or western blotting. RESULTS: PKase reduced urinary weight, urinary protein contents and blood glucose concentrations. PKase treated DN rats exhibited less renal fibrosis than untreated DN rats (P < 0.05). Furthermore, the expression levels of TGF-ß and miR-433 were reduced (P < 0.05), while Azin1 expression was increased in renal tissues of PKase treated DN rats compared with untreated DN rats (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: PKase might not only inhibit the development of DN by reducing urinary weight, urinary protein content and blood glucose concentration in DN rats, but also relieve renal fibrosis in DN rats through inhibiting the expression of TGF-ß1, and miR-433 and Azin1 might involve in this process.

Rosuvastatin, a 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase inhibitor used to lower blood low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, is a substrate of the membrane ABCG2 exporter. ABCG2 variants have been shown to alter rosuvastatin disposition. The objective of this study is to determine the impact of ABCG2 34/421 compound haplotypes on rosuvastatin pharmacokinetics in healthy Chinese volunteer subjects. Eight hundred healthy Chinese males were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-pyrosequencing for ABCG2 34G>A, ABCG2 421C>A, SLCO1B1 521T>C, and CYP2C9*3 variants. Sixty-two male subjects with wild-type SLCO1B1 c.521TT and CYP2C9*3 were recruited for this pharmacokinetic study of rosuvastatin. A single oral dose of 10 mg rosuvastatin was administrated to each subject, and blood samples were collected before and at various time points after drug administration. Plasma concentration of rosuvastatin was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and pharmacokinetic analysis was carried out using the WinNonlin program. In Chinese males, high allele frequency of ABCG2 c.34G>A (0.275) and c.421C>A (0.282) was observed, resulting in a considerable portion (23.3%) of subjects being ABCG2 34/421 compound heterozygotes. Compared with subjects with ABCG2 wild-type (c.34GG/421CC), plasma rosuvastatin Cmax and area under the curve, AUC0-∞, were significantly higher, while the apparent oral clearance, CL/F, was significantly lower in subjects with c.34AA, c.421AA, and c.34GA/421CA genotypes. Both t1/2 and Tmax were similar among subjects with different genotypes. A high frequency of ABCG2 c.34G>A and c.421C>A variants was present in Chinese males, and the disposition of rosuvastatin was significantly affected by both variants. These data suggest that it is advisable to genotype these variants when prescribing rosuvastatin to Chinese subjects, leading to a precise dose for each individual.

Acute lung injury (ALI) is a severe pulmonary disease that causes a high number of fatalities worldwide. Studies have shown that FoxA1 expression is upregulated during ALI and may play an important role in ALI by promoting the apoptosis of alveolar type II epithelial cells. However, the mechanism of FoxA1 overexpression in ALI is unclear. In this study, an in vivo murine model of ALI and alveolar type II epithelial cells injury was induced using lipopolysaccharide (LPS). LPS upregulated FoxA1 in the lung tissue of the in vivo ALI model and in LPS-challenged type II epithelial cells. In contrast, miR-17 was significantly downregulated in these models. After miR-17 antagomir injection, the expression of FoxA1 was significantly increased in ALI mice. MiR-17 mimics could significantly inhibit FoxA1 mRNA and protein expression, whereas the miR-17 inhibitor could significantly increase FoxA1 mRNA and protein expression in LPS-induced type II epithelial cells. Thus, our results suggest that the downregulation of miR-17 expression could lead to FoxA1 overexpression in ALI.

Silver nanoellipsoids (Ag NEs) with about 40 nm diameter minor axis and 100 nm major axis were prepared by a typical polyol process in the presence of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone), using Cl(-) as etching agent at the early stage of synthesis and poly(ethylene glycol) at the later stage to control the size. A suspension of these kinds of Ag NEs can resist the coffee-ring effect and deposit uniform films after drying. By contrast, suspensions of spherical silver nanoparticles suffer the coffee-ring effect badly, always leaving a ring on the edge of patterns after evaporation is complete. The reasons behind these phenomena can be mainly attributed to the long-ranged interparticle attraction between Ag NEs that preserves them from being transported by Marangoni flows during the drying process. These Ag NEs will be very useful in the preparation of conductive inks. They can perform well in the solidification process of printed patterns, forming uniform and smooth films, greatly enhancing the printing efficiency.

BACKGROUND: At present, there is no consensus on how to clinically assess localisation to sound in patients recovering from coma. We here studied auditory localisation using the patient's own name as compared to a meaningless sound (i.e., ringing bell). METHODS: Eighty-six post-comatose patients diagnosed with a vegetative state/unresponsive wakefulness syndrome or a minimally conscious state were prospectively included. Localisation of auditory stimulation (i.e., head or eyes orientation toward the sound) was assessed using the patient's own name as compared to a ringing bell. Statistical analyses used binomial testing with bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons. RESULTS: 37 (43%) out of the 86 studied patients showed localisation to auditory stimulation. More patients (n=34, 40%) oriented the head or eyes to their own name as compared to sound (n=20, 23%; p<0.001). CONCLUSIONS: When assessing auditory function in disorders of consciousness, using the patient's own name is here shown to be more suitable to elicit a response as compared to neutral sound.

RESUMO

Hydrazine, as a crucial raw material in the fine chemical industry, plays an indispensable role in fuel, catalyst, pesticide and drug synthesis. Due to its good water solubility and high toxicity, hydrazine can cause irreparable damage to water and soil in the environment, and it can also be released by taking certain drugs, which brings potential risks to human health. Therefore, it is vital to develop a method that can specifically detect hydrazine in the environment and in vivo. As an effective analysis and detection tool, fluorescence probe has attracted extensive attention in recent years. In this review, we summarized and classified hydrazine fluorescence probes based on various reaction mechanisms, and discussed their structures and applications in the past ten years. At least, we briefly outline the challenges and prospects in this field.
