The unique 4f orbitals and abundant electronic energy levels of rare earth elements enable effective doping and modification to enhance hydrogen storage performance, making it an increasingly prominent focus of research. The structures of neutral and cationic CeHn0/+ (n = 2-20) clusters have been determined using the Crystal Structure AnaLYsis by Particle Swarm Optimization (CALYPSO) method in conjunction with density functional theory (DFT). Interestingly, the CeH13 and CeH14+ exhibit remarkable stability in the doublet state with Cs and C2v symmetry, respectively. The adsorption energy of CeHn0/+ (n = 2-20) suggests a preference for H atoms to chemically adsorb on Ce atoms. The analysis of molecular orbital composition reveals that the stability of both CeH13 and CeH14+ is attributed to the significant hybridization between the H 1s and Ce 4f orbitals. Both CeH13 and CeH14+ demonstrate significant hydrogen storage capacities, with values reaching 8.5 wt% and 9.1 wt%, respectively.
RESUMO
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of umbilical cord blood combined with haploid HSCT (haplo-cord HSCT) in the treatment of hematological malignancies. Methods: The data of 82 patients with hematologic malignancies who received haplo-cord HSCT from January 2017 to June 2021 in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed. There were 52 male and 30 female patients, aged [M(Q1, Q3)] 29 (20, 41) years. All patients received myeloablative preconditioning regimen. The day of the donor stem cell infusion was recorded as day 0 (0 d), the day before the infusion was recorded as day-1 (-1 d), and the day after the infusion was recorded as day+1 (+1 d), and so on. Eighty-two patients received transfusion of peripheral blood and/or bone marrow stem cells from unrelated cord blood and haplotype donors after the myeloablative preconditioning regimen. The graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) prophylaxis regimen was 8 mg/kg ATG combined with cyclosporine, morte-macrolide, and methotrexate. Patients were evaluated for implantation and the occurrence of transplant-related complications such as GVHD, infection, hemorrhagic cystitis, and long-term patient survival. Results: The time of neutrophil engraftment [M(Q1, Q3)] was 13 (11, 15) days and 15 (13, 21) days for platelet. The 30-day cumulative incidence of neutrophil engraftment was 98.8% (81/82) and 100-day cumulative incidence of platelet engraftment was 92.7% (76/82). The cumulative incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) in degree â ¡-â £ and â ¢-â £ was 24.4% (20/82) and 6.1% (5/82), respectively. The cumulative incidence of chronic GVHD in+18 months was 13.5% (11/82). The follow-up time [M(Q1, Q3)] was 26 (13, 41) months, and the overall survival (OS) rate, event-free survival (EFS) rate, cumulative recurrence rate (CIR) and non-recurrence mortality (NRM) rate at 3 years after transplantation were 70.5% (95%CI: 59.7%-81.3%), 66.1% (95%CI: 56.1%-76.1%), 6.3% (95%CI: 5.7%-26.9%) and 20.8% (95%CI: 12.0%-29.6%), respectively. The cumulative incidence of cytomegalovirus and EBV reactivation was 37.8% (31/82) and 14.6% (12/82), respectively. The cumulative incidence of hemorrhagic cystitis was 32.9% (27/82). Conclusion: The efficacy of haplo-cord HSCT in the treatment of hematologic malignancies is reliable, with rapid hematopoietic reconstitution, low incidence of GVHD and virus reactivation.

Objective: To establish the morphological reference values for the differential count of white blood cells in peripheral blood smear as well as nucleated cells and megakaryocytes in bone marrow smear. Methods: From April 2012 to June 2020, 4 221 healthy donors for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in Hebei Yanda Lu Daopei Hospital were selected. The median age was 36 (3-72) years old, including 2 520 males and 1 701 females. They were divided into four groups according to age: children group, with age≤14 years old [n=334, 11 (3-14) years old], youth group, with age >14 years old and <45 years old [n=2 855, 33 (15-44) years old], middle-aged adult group, with age ≥45 years old and < 60 years old [n=929, 49 (45-59) years old], and older adult group, with age ≥60 years old [n=103, 62 (60-72) years old]. Gender subgroups were established in each age group. According to different hematopoietic characteristics, the children group were divided into two subgroups: children group 1 [n=48, 6 (3-7) years old] and children group 2 [n=286, 11 (8-14) years old]. According to the clinical routine, 100 white blood cells in peripheral blood, 200 nucleated cells in bone marrow, and cell numbers/4.5 cm2 for megakaryocytes were classified and counted. The results of cell count in different age and gender groups were compared, and the reference values of morphological classification were established for different groups with statistical or clinical significance. Results: Due to the existence of statistically significant differences between children and adult groups and different gender subgroups in adults (all P<0.05), the reference values were established for children group and adult gender subgroups. The counts of segmented neutrophils and lymphocytes in peripheral blood were 46.65(43.97-49.32)% and 44.00(10.60-65.10)% in children group 1, 50.73(49.50-51.96)% and 39.55 (38.36-40.74)% in children group 2, and 57.00 (39.00-75.23) % and 33.00 (17.00-52.00) % in adult group, respectively. Bone marrow segmented neutrophils, orthochromatic erythroblasts, and mature lymphocytes were 11.54 (10.68-12.41)%, 14.20 (13.19-15.21)%, and 23.99 (22.06-25.92)% in children group 1, 12.50 (7.00-21.50)%, 15.00(9.50-25.50)%, and 21.02 (20.24-21.81)% in children group 2, 13.50 (7.50-21.00)%, 16.50 (10.50-26.00)%, and 15.50 (7.50-26.00)% in adult male group, and 14.50 (8.00-24.50)%, 14.50 (9.00-23.00)%, and 17.50 (8.50-29.00)% in adult female group, respectively. The myelopoiesis/erythropoiesis ratio in children group, adult male group and adult female group was 1.86â¶1 (1.14â¶1-3.23â¶1), 1.96â¶1 (1.12â¶1-3.19â¶1), 2.22â¶1 (1.30â¶1-3.69â¶1), respectively. The numbers of granular megakaryocytes and thromocytogenic megakaryocytes were 138 (25-567) cells/4.5cm2 and 86 (13-328) cells/4.5 cm2 in children group, and 92 (13-338) cells/4.5 cm2 and 38 (3-162) cells/4.5 cm2 in adult group, respectively. Conclusion: The morphological reference values for the differential count of white blood cells in peripheral blood smear as well as nucleated cells and megakaryocytes in bone marrow smear are successfully established, which is helpful to improve the application of morphological examination in disease screening, diagnosis and monitoring.

Objective: To evaluate risk factors and available treatments of extramedullary relapse (EMR) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in patients with myeloid leukemia. Methods: A total of 280 patients were retrospectively analyzed from January 2008 to December 2018 in Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Clinical data were collected including disease patterns, pre-transplantation status, chromosome karyotype, conditioning regimen, types of donor, extramedullary disease before transplantation and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). The log-rank test and Cox proportional hazard model were uesd for univariate analysis and multivariate analysis, respectively. Results: Twenty patients developed EMR (7.14%). The median time of EMR was 7.5 (1-123) months after allo-HSCT. The mortality of EMR was 80% (16/20). Univariate analysis identified disease patterns, second complete remission (CR2) or progressive disease before transplantation, extramedullary disease, abnormal karyotype and conditioning regimen without total body radiation as significant factors correlated to EMR (P<0.05). Multi-variable analysis revealed that CR2 or progressive disease (RR=3.468,95%CI 2.189-7.786), abnormal karyotype (RR=1.494,95%CI 1.020-2.189) and extramedullary disease before transplantation (RR=8.627,95%CI 3.921-18.452) were independent risk factors of EMR. Conclusions: The clinical outcome of EMR after allo-HSCT is poor.It is crucial to comprehensively assess and identify EMR as early as possible.

The efficacy and safety of co-transplantation of unrelated donor peripheral blood stem cells (UD-PBSCs) combined with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UC-MSCs) in refractory severe aplastic anemia-â ¡(RSAA-â ¡) were analyzed retrospectively. Fifteen patients with RSAA-â ¡ underwent UD-PBSCs and UC-MSCs co-transplantation, among whom 14 cases had hematopoietic reconstitution without severe graft versus-host disease (GVHD). The 5-year overall survival rate was 78.57%. Combination of UD-PBSCs and UC-MSCs transplantation could be a safe and effective option for RSAA-â ¡.

To retrospectively analyze the safety and efficacy of low dose rituximab regimen in patients with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Among 12 cases, 11 achieved complete remission (CR), 1 with partial remission (PR). Patients received 15 infusions with a median of 2.5(1-4) in each. The EBV DNA negative transformation period was 5-25 days with median 12 days. Low dose rituximab could be an alternative choice in patients with EBV infection after allo-HSCT.

To explore the efficacy and influencing factors of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in patients with myeloid leukemia and granulocytic sarcoma (GS). Clinical outcome including hematopoietic reconstitution, transplant-related complications, survival and relapse were collected and retrospectively analyzed in 9 patients with myeloid leukemia and GS after allo-HSCT. Hematopoiesis reconstitution was achieved in all the 9 recipients. Four cases developed acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), and 1 with chronic GVHD. The median follow-up time after transplantation was 10(4-81) months. Only 2 cases survived, the other 7 died of relapse. The median time of relapse after transplantation was 5(3-19) months. Allo-HSCT is relatively effective treatment for patients with myeloid leukemia and GS. Relapse after transplantation remains the major factor of mortality.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of unrelated donor allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(URD allo-HSCT) for children and adolescents with severe aplastic anemia (SAA). Methods: Clinical data of 34 SAA children and adolescents undergoing allo-HSCT were retrospectively analyzed from October 2001 to October 2015. According to the source of donor, the patients were divided into matched sibling donor allo-HSCT group (MSD group) and unrelated donor group (URD group). The clinical outcome of SAA children and adolescents receiving URD allo-HSCT was assessed, and patients in MSD allo-HSCT group were enrolled as control at the same period. Results: The rate of hematopoietic reconstitution, the time of neutrophil and platelet engraftment, incidence of chimerism and graft rejection between two groups were not statistically different.The incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in URD group was significantly higher than that in MSD group [42.9%(6/14) vs 10.5%(2/19), P=0.047]. The incidence of grade â ¡-â £ acute GVHD and chronic GVHD in URD were higher than those in MSD group [21.4%(3/14) vs 5.3%(1/19), P=0.288; 35.7%(5/14) vs 5.3%(1/19), P=0.062, respectively], yet without significant difference between two groups. Other transplant-related complications including pulmonary complications, hemorrhagic cystitis, incidence of EBV and CMV reactivation and venous occlusive disease were comparable with two regimens. Estimated 5-years overall survival (OS) rate and disease free survival (DFS) rate were not statistically significant between URD group and MSD group [(84.4±6.6)% vs (89.4±7.1)%, (82.5±5.4)% vs (82.1±4.3)%; P=0.766, P=0.884, respectively]. Conclusions: By multivariate analysis, the outcome of URD allo-HSCT in SAA children and adolescent is similar to MSD allo-HSCT. It could be an alternative option as the first-line treatment for SAA children and adolescents without HLA matched sibling donors.

Thirty refractory relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML) patients who received salvage allo-HSCT with MeCBA conditioning regimen from January 2018 to June 2022 at Henan Cancer Hospital were included, and their clinical data were reviewed. There were 16 males and 14 females among the 30 patients with a median age of 37 (16-53) years. There were 3 sibling allograft donor transplants, 1 unrelated donor transplant, and 26 haplotype transplants. The median course of pre-transplant chemotherapy was 4 (3-22). The time of neutrophil engraftment was 14 (9-22) days and 18 (10-40) days for platelet. The 30-day cumulative incidence of neutrophil engraftment was 100% and the 100-day cumulative incidence of platelet engraftment was 96.7% (95% CI 85.4% -97.5% ). 22 (73.3% ) patients experienced grade 1-2 gastrointestinal reactions, and there was no grade 3-4 organ toxicity. With a median follow-up of 37.1 months, the overall survival (OS) rate, event-free survival (EFS) rate, cumulative recurrence rate (CIR), and non-recurrence mortality (NRM) rate at 3 years after transplantation were 70.0% (95% CI 50.3% -83.1% ), 65.3% (95% CI 44.8% -79.8% ), 21.2% (95% CI 9.2% -44.4% ) and 16.7% (95% CI 7.3% -35.5% ), respectively.

Objective: To summarize the pathological diagnosis, clinical features, treatment methods and outcomes of pediatric-type follicular lymphoma (PTFL). Methods: Clinical data including the pathology, clinical features, treatment methods, and follow-up results of 9 PTFL patients admitted to Henan Cancer Hospital from February 2017 to February 2023 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The age of onset in 9 children was 6 to 18 years, all the patients were males. The clinical manifestation was local painless lymph node enlargement in the head and neck, with a stage of â -â ¡. The histomorphological characteristics of PTFL were similar to those of classic follicular lymphoma (FL). The germinal center of most follicles were enlarged, the mantle zone disappeared, centroblasts were easily visible, and the histological grade were mostly grade â ¢, which may be accompanied by the "starry sky" phenomenon. Monoclonal peaks can be seen in B cell clonal rearrangements (BCR). Immunohistochemistry (IHC) showed CD20 positive, CD10 positive, Bcl-6 positive, Bcl-2 negative, C-myc negative, and Ki-67 was 70%-95%. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) test was negative for t (14, 18), Bcl-2 translocation, and C-myc translocation. Six cases underwent surgical resection, and 3 cases underwent surgical resection combined with chemotherapy. Up to February 2023, with a follow-up time of 45 to 72 months, all children survived without any recurrence and were in a complete remission state. Conclusions: PTFL is mainly characterized by adolescent male onset, with early clinical manifestations and pathological manifestations of high-level histological status, high proliferation index, and lack of t (14; 18)/Bcl-2 translocation and Bcl-2 expression. It is mainly treated by localized surgical excision and has a good prognosis.

OBJECTIVE: The pandemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) continues, and SARS-CoV-2 variants continue to emerge. In addition to typical fever and respiratory symptoms, many patients with COVID-19 experience a variety of neurological complications. In this review, we analyzed and reviewed the current status and possible mechanisms between COVID-19 and several typical neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, hoping to propose the potential direction of further research and concern. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Electronic literature search of the databases (Medline/PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar). The keywords used were COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, neurodegenerative disease, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The retrieved relevant articles were reviewed and critically analyzed. RESULTS: SARS-CoV-2 is a highly neuroinvasive neurotropic virus that invades cells through angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor-driven pathway. SARS-CoV-2 neuroinvasion, neuroinflammation, and blood-brain barrier (BBB) dysfunction may contribute to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases. CONCLUSIONS: Some patients with neurodegenerative diseases have already shown more susceptibility to SARS-CoV-2 infection and significantly higher mortality due to the elderly population with underlying diseases. Moreover, SARS-CoV-2 could cause damage to the central nervous system (CNS) that may substantially increase the incidence of neurodegenerative diseases and accelerate the progression of them.

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and side effects of anti-CD19 CAR-T cell bridging to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) regimen for refractory B-lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods: 10 patients with refractory B-lymphoblastic leukemia with minimal residual disease (MRD) negative after anti-CD19 CAR-T cell treatment, then bridging to allo-HSCT from November 2017 to March 2019 in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed. Results: â Among 10 patients, 5 were males and 5 females, with a median age of 23.6 (10-31) years. 9 patients were diagnosed refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia and the other one was chronic lymphoblastic leukemia. 10 patients reached MRD negative 30 days after anti-CD19 CAR-T cell. â¡The donors were identical sibling (2 cases) and haploidentical family member (8 cases) . The median time from MRD negative after CAR-T treatment to transplantation were 32.5 (20-60) days. â¢10 patients obtained complete haploidentical engraftment. The median time of neutrophil implantation was 15 (15-21) days, and 19 (17-30) days of platelet implantation. ⣠After conditioning, no hepatic venoocclusive disease and hemorrhagic cystitis occurred. One patient had leakage syndrome and got improved after intervention such as limited water entry, albumin supplementation and diuresis. 8 (80%) patients had fever, 2 cases experienced acute graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) grade â ¡, 1 case with aGVHD grade â ¢. Among 9 survivals, localized chronic GVHD occurred in 8 patients. â¤The median follow-up was 262 (150-540) days and the estimated 1-years overall survivaln (OS) and disease free survival (DFS) were (90.0±1.0) % and (85.7±1.3) %, respectively. Conclusion: Anti-CD19 CAR-T cell bridging to allo-HSCT regimen is a feasible choice with favorable outcome for refractory B-lymphoblastic leukemia.

Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) containing cladribine sequential busulfan regimen for refractory/relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) . Methods: The clinical data of 12 refractory/relapsed AML patients received allo-HSCT with cladribine sequential busulfan regimen. Results: â Of the 12 patients, 9 were males and 3 females, with a median age of 36 (27-50) years. The donors were identical sibling (3) , matched unrelated (1) and haploidentical family member (9) respectively. Nine patients reached partial remission and other remained no remission after chemotherapy before allo-HSCT. The median previous chemotherapy courses before allo-HSCT were 6 (2-13) . â¡ Conditioning regimen: Smostine 250 mg·m(-2)·d(-1), d-7; Cladribine 5 mg·m(-2)·d(-1), d-6 to d-2; Cytarabine Arabinoside 2 g·m(-2)·d(-1), d-6 to d-2; Busulfan 3.2 mg·m(-2)·d(-1), d-6 to d-3; Rabbit anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin (ATG) 1.5 mg·m(-2)·d(-1) (unrelated donor transplantation) or 2.0-2.5 mg·m(-2)·d(-1) (haplo-HSCT) , d-4 to d-1. ⢠Of the 12 patients, 11 patients attained complete haploidentical engraftment, one case occurred primary graft failure. The median durations for neutrophils and platelet implantations were 15 (15-21) and 19 (17-30) days respectively. â£After conditioning, no hepatic veno-occlusive diseases were observed, hemorrhagic cystitis occurred in 2 patients, 8 patients had fever, 3 cases experienced acute GVHD grade II, localized chronic GVHD occurred in 8 patients. â¤The median follow-up was 8 (4-12) months. Leukemia relapse occurred in 2 patients at time of 6, 12 months after allo-HSCT. The estimated 1-year OS and DFS were (71.1±1.8) % and (62.2±1.8) %, respectively. Conclusions: allo-HSCT with cladribine sequential busulfan regimen was a feasible choice with favorable outcome for refractory/relapsed AML.

Objective:To summarize the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of Langerhans histiocytosisï¼LCHï¼ which first appeared in the nasal skull base. Method:Ten cases of LCH with nasal and skull base symptoms were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical characteristics of LCH with nasal and skull base symptoms were summarized. The correlation of other systems involved in LCH was analyzed. Result:Among the 10 patients, the youngest was 1 year and 5 months, and the oldest was 8 years, the average age was 3 years. The main imaging manifestations were osteolytic changes and soft tissue invasion. Seven patients were monofocal and three patients were multifocal. For localized lesions, radical resection and follow-up chemotherapy were performed, and conservative treatment was performed for patients with multiple system involvement and obvious systemic symptoms. Eight patients survived, 2 died. Conclusion:LCH occurs frequently in children and has certain clinical characteristics. Single system and single lesion surgery have a better therapeutic effect, and can achieve a greater survival rate with follow-up chemotherapy.

Objective: To explore the availability and safety of fecal microbiota transplantation for patients with refractory diarrhea after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) . Methods: Four acute leukemia patients suffered from refractory diarrhea after allo-HSCT. One of them was refractory intestinal infection, the others were intestinal graft versus host disease. One or two doses of fecal microbiota, 3.4-6.0 U for one dose, were infused via nasal-jejunal tube. The curative effect and side effects were reviewed. Results: Three cases achieved complete remission while 1 was stable disease. The side effects included fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea, which all were â grade. Conclusion: Fecal microbiota transplantation was effective and safe for refractory diarrhea after allo-HSCT.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mesenchymal stem cells in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for patients with refractory severe aplastic anemia (R-SAA) . Method: The clinical data of 25 R-SAA patients receiving co-transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells combined with peripheral blood stem cells from sibling donors (10 cases) and unrelated donors (15 cases) from March 2010 to July 2018 in Zhengzhou University Affiliated Tumor Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Antithymocyte globulin (ATG) treatment was ineffective/relapsed in 11 cases, and cyclosporine (CsA) treatment ineffective/relapsed in 14 cases. Results: There were 13 male and 12 female among these patients. One patient had a primary graft failure, one patient had a poorly engraftment of platelets, and the remaining 23 patients achieved hematopoietic engraftment. The median time of granulocyte engraftment was 12.5 (10-23) days and 15 (11-25) days for megakaryocyte. Incidences of grade â /â ¡ acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) and chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) were 37.5% (9/24) and 21.7% (5/23) , respectively. There was no severe GVHD and no severe complications that related to transplantation. 21 of 25 (84%) patients were alive with a median follow-up of 22.9 (1.6-107.8) months. The 5-year overall survival rate after transplantation was (83.6±7.5) %. Conclusion: The combination of mesenchymal stem cells is reliable and safe in the treatment of R-SAA in peripheral blood stem cell transplantation of unrelated donors and sibling donors, which could significantly reduce the incidence of GVHD and severe transplantation-related complications.

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and prognostic factors of first-generation and second-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) based regimen in the treatment of patients with BCR-ABL positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) . Methods: Retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of 89 patients with BCR-ABL positive ALL from April 2012 to June 2018 in our hospital, the clinical efficacy of first-generation and second-generation TKI was compared. Results: 60 patients were classified into the first-generation TKI (imatinib) group, and 29 patients were in the second-generation TKI (dasatinib) group. There were no significant differences in gender, age, WBC, hemoglobin concentration, PLT, chromosomal karyotype, the types of fusion genes, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) and TKI initiation time between the two groups. The first-generation and second-generation TKI groups, for which the complete remission (CR) rate at the fourth week of induction therapy was 83.3% and 89.7% (P=0.637) , respectively, and the complete molecular remission (CMR) was 48.3%and 58.6% (P=0.363) , respectively, the difference was not statistically significant. The 2-year overall survival (OS) rate of first-generation and second-generation TKI group was 34.9% and 64.0% (χ(2)=4.743, P=0.029) , the 2-year relapse free survival (RFS) rate was 17.2% and 55.0% (χ(2)=8.801, P=0.003) , respectively. Multivariate analysis showed that complete molecular remission (HR=0.281, 95%CI 0.151-0.523, P<0.001) was independent favorable prognostic factor for overall survival (OS) , complete molecular remission (HR=0.209, 95%CI 0.112-0.390, P<0.001) and second-generation TKI (HR=0.318, 95%CI 0.158-0.641, P=0.001) were independent favorable prognostic factors for RFS. Conclusion: For TKI-based regimen of BCR-ABL positive ALL, second-generation TKI is superior to first-generation TKI in OS and RFS time.
