Análisis bibliométrico de publicaciones sobre el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería del período 2015-2020 / Bibliometric Analysis of Publications about the Nursing Care Process in the Period 2015-2020

Introducción: El Proceso de Atención de Enfermería ha sido abordado por diferentes autores desde su percepción, teniendo en cuenta diferentes tipos de estudio que evidencian la producción científica de los profesionales de la enfermería en esta temática. Objetivo: Caracterizar las publicaciones científicas sobre Proceso de Atención de Enfermería en el período 2015-2020. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio bibliométrico descriptivo, retrospectivo sobre la producción científica referente al Proceso de Atención de Enfermería, en las revistas indexadas en SciELO, BDENF, IBECS, LILACS y MEDLINE. Resultados: De los 175 artículos revisados solo 26 (14,85 por ciento) cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión declarados en el estudio. El año de mayor productividad científica fue el 2017. En relación con el número de autores por artículo, la categoría de 3 a 6 autores fue la más frecuente (80,77 por ciento). Existió un predominio de los artículos originales con 61,53 por ciento, seguidos por las revisiones con 23,07 por ciento y las presentaciones de caso con 15,38 por ciento. Todos los artículos fueron citados con posterioridad por otros autores. Conclusiones: Las publicaciones científicas sobre Proceso de Atención de Enfermería se caracterizaron según indicadores de producción e indicadores de visibilidad e impacto con predominio de los artículos originales, siendo referenciados en otros artículos científicos. Son escasas las publicaciones donde se abordan los aspectos teóricos, metodológicos y de práctica clínica en relación con el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería(AU)

Introduction: The nursing care process has been approached by different authors from their perception, taking into account different types of studies that evidence the scientific production of nursing professionals regarding this subject. Objective: To characterize the scientific publications on the nursing care process in the period 2015-2020. Methods: A descriptive, retrospective and bibliometric study was conducted on the scientific production on the Nursing Care Process in journals indexed in SciELO, BDENF, IBECS, LILACS and MEDLINE. Results: Of the 175 articles reviewed, only 26 (14.85 por ciento) met the inclusion criteria stated for the study. The year with the highest scientific productivity was 2017. With respect to the number of authors per article, the category of three to six authors was the most frequent (80.77 por ciento). There was a predominance of original articles with 61.53 por ciento, followed by reviews with 23.07 por ciento and case presentations with 15.38 por ciento. All articles were subsequently cited by other authors. Conclusions: Scientific publications on the nursing care process were characterized according to production indicators, as well as visibility and impact indicators, with a predominance of original articles, which were referenced in other scientific articles. There are few publications dealing with theoretical, methodological and clinical practice aspects related to the nursing care process(AU)

Estrategias curriculares: su implementación en el primer año de Licenciatura de Enfermería / Curricular strategies implementation in the first year of the Nursing Degree

RESUMEN Fundamento: En el diseño de la carrera de Licenciatura en Enfermería se han establecido varias estrategias curriculares interdisciplinarias, orientadas a consolidar en los educandos su preparación como futuros profesionales. Objetivo: Analizar la implementación de las estrategias curriculares en primer año de Licenciatura de Enfermería. Métodos: Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo teniendo en cuenta los cursos escolares 2017 - 2018 y 2018 - 2019. Se aplicó una guía de observación participante durante las visitas de control al proceso docente educativo, desde la clase hasta la educación en el trabajo; así como en la reunión de colectivo de año. Resultados fundamentales: Teniendo en cuenta las funciones del colectivo de año y su papel coordinador entre disciplinas, se trazaron acciones para su implementación a partir de las asignaturas que comprende este año de formación. Conclusión: La estrategia curricular como una forma particular de desarrollar el proceso de enseñanza - aprendizaje se caracterizó por una interrelación entre los contenidos y los métodos teóricos y prácticos correspondientes al plan de estudio, lo que contribuye a la formación de un futuro profesional competente.

Abstract: Background: In the design of the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, several interdisciplinary curricular strategies have been established, for consolidating their preparation as future professionals. Objective: Analyze the implementation of curricular strategies in the first year of the Nursing Degree. Method: A descriptive, retrospective study was carried out taking into account the school years 2017 - 2018 and 2018 - 2019. A participant observation guide was applied during the control visits to the educational teaching process, from class to education at work; as well as in the collective meeting of the year. Fundamental results: Taking into account the functions of the year group and its coordinating role between disciplines, actions were drawn for their implementation based on the subjects that this year of training comprises. Conclusion: The curricular strategy as a particular way of developing the teaching-learning process was characterized by an interrelation between the contents and the theoretical and practical methods corresponding to the study plan, which contributes to a competent future professional formation.
