RESUMO

We fabricated nanodevices from MoxW1-xTe2 (x = 0, 0.07, 0.35), and conducted a systematic comparative study of their electrical transport. Magnetoresistance measurements show that Mo doping can significantly suppress mobility and magnetoresistance. The results for the analysis of the two band model show that doping with Mo does not break the carrier balance. Through analysis of Shubnikov-de Haas oscillations, we found that Mo doping also has a strong suppressive effect on the quantum oscillation of the sample, and the higher the ratio of Mo, the fewer pockets were observed in our experiments. Furthermore, the effective mass of electron and hole increases gradually with increasing Mo ratio, while the corresponding quantum mobility decreases rapidly.

RESUMO

LaAlO3 crystals were implanted by C ions and O ions at an energy of 6.0 MeV with a fluence of 1.5×1015 ions/cm2. The profiles of the guided modes were measured through prism coupling and end-face coupling methods with a 633 nm laser source. A nonleaky waveguide structure in the TM mode was fabricated by O ion implantation after a proper annealing treatment. Characteristics of the implanted C and O ions were compared. Some changes of the full width at half of the maximum and intensity of the Raman spectra were observed between the waveguide and substrate regions in LaAlO3 crystals. Thus, the Raman spectra can be used to visualize any damage or defects in the LaAlO3 crystals during the implantation process.

RESUMO

Background: The taxonomic group of non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) encompasses more than 190 species and subspecies, some of which can cause pulmonary and extrapulmonary diseases across various age groups in humans. However, different subspecies exhibit differential drug sensitivities, and traditional detection techniques struggle to accurately classify NTM. Therefore, clinicians need more effective detection methods to identify NTM subtypes, thus providing personalized medication for patients. Case presentation: We present the case of a 47-year-old female patient diagnosed with an intraabdominal infection caused by Mycobacterium syngnathidarum. Despite computed tomography of the chest suggesting potential tuberculosis, tuberculosis infection was ruled out due to negative TB-DNA results for ascites fluid and sputum and limited improvement of lung lesions after treatment. Additionally, acid-fast staining and Lowenstein-Jensen culture results revealed the presence of mycobacterium in ascites fluid. Subsequent whole-genome sequencing (WGS) confirmed the DNA sequences of Mycobacterium syngnathidarum in colonies isolated from the ascites fluid, which was further corroborated by polymerase chain reaction and Sanger sequencing. Ultimately, the patient achieved a complete recovery following the treatment regimen targeting Mycobacterium syngnathidarum, which involved clarithromycin, ethambutol hydrochloride, pyrazinamide, rifampicin, and isoniazid. Conclusion: This is the first reported case of Mycobacterium syngnathidarum infection in humans. Mycobacterium syngnathidarum was detected by WGS in this case, suggesting that WGS may serve as a high-resolution assay for the diagnosis of different subtypes of mycobacterium infection.

RESUMO

The success or failure of badminton competition often depends on the training level of technical, physical, tactical, and psychological quality, as well as the competitive ability to comprehensively use these factors in the competition. Aiming at the improvement of the BP neural network algorithm, the improved BP neural network algorithm is used to analyze the multidimensional attributes of the collected data, and the simulation experiment is carried out to find out our competitive advantages and disadvantages. This paper presents a statistical study on the change of service area, the application of service receiving technology, and the treatment of the third stroke technology in the badminton competition. The innovative contribution of this paper is to explore the differences of double service decision-making of badminton at different levels and form a theoretical mechanism analysis system. The research shows that the relationship between active and passive attack and hitting quality has been dealt with in the game. In training, mastering the basic technical movements of badminton is conducive to improving the technical level of badminton.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: This study aims to investigate whether physical activity can promote students' prosocial behavior by analyzing the relationship between sports participation and the prosocial behavior of junior high school students. METHODS: Based on the 2014-2015 China education panel survey (CEPS), the relationship between regular athletic sports and prosocial behavior was evaluated among eighth-grade students by ordinary least squares (OLS) estimation and propensity score matching (PSM) and the relationship between OLS and PSM was evaluated by Rosenbaum's bounds test for a robustness test; the observations were analyzed for heterogeneity to identify those who benefit more from sports. RESULTS: The OLS results showed that sporting behavior increased prosocial behavior scores by 4%, and the PSM results showed that regular physical exercise increased students' prosocial behavior tendencies by over 0.2 standard deviations from the mean prosocial behavior score (standardized). According to the Rosenbaum's bounds test, the estimates were robust and reliable, and the results of the heterogeneity analysis showed that with males and students whose fathers had more than 9 years of education, the students showed more significant improvements in prosocial behavior. CONCLUSION: Physical activity has a significant positive effect on students' prosocial behavior, and gender and the father's education are significantly related to prosocial behavior.
