RESUMO

In view of the current inadequate standards for Gleditsiae Spina in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, this study put forward some new items of the quality standards of Gleditsiae Spina. Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was performed for identification with the reference substance of taxifolin and the reference material of Gleditsiae Spina as the control. According to the general principles of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition, Vol. 4), the moisture, total ash content, and alcohol-soluble extract of medicinal materials and decoction pieces of Gleditsiae Spina were determined. The content determination method for medicinal materials and decoction pieces of Gleditsiae Spina was established using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), with taxifolin as the quality control index. Based on the determination results of 30 batches of samples of Gleditsiae Spina from different habitats, the draft quality standards of Gleditsiae Spina were developed, which provided suggestions for the revision of the quality standards of Gleditsiae Spina in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

RESUMO

Two trinuclear copper phosphonate complexes, [Cu3 (pda)3 (tBuPO3 )]⋅2(Et3 NH) (1) and [Cu3 (pda)3 (PhPO3 )]⋅2(Et3 NH) (2), have been synthesized and investigated by a combination of X-ray crystallography, PXRD, magneto- and electrochemistry, EPR, in situ UV-vis spectroelectrochemistry and DLS. The two complexes feature almost identical crystal structures, the anions of which are both supported by pda2- and tBuPO3 2- /PhPO3 2- groups, bridging three five-coordinated CuII atoms to form a crown-like structure. This is the first time that trinuclear copper phosphonate complexes have been isolated and characterized. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal that complexes 1 and 2 both display overall ferromagnetic characters, but with different exchange interactions between the metal ions within the two clusters. The electrocatalytic activity for water oxidation of the two complexes was preliminarily investigated, which reveals that both of the two complexes can carry out electrocatalytic water oxidation in a neutral system owing to the introduction of phosphonate ligands into the complexes, with a TOF of about 0.82 s-1 (1) and 0.58 s-1 (2), respectively. We propose that the presence of phosphonate ligands may affect the magnetic property and catalytic activity of the complexes.

RESUMO

Effective and stable hole-transporting materials (HTMs) are necessary for obtaining excellent planar perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Herein, we reported a solution-processed composite HTM consisting of a polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) and a small-molecule copper phthalocyanine-3,4',4″,4‴-tetrasulfonated acid tetrasodium salt (TS-CuPc) with optimized doping ratios. The composite HTM is crucial for not only enhancing the hole transport and extraction but also improving the perovskite crystallization. In addition, the composite HTM can weaken the indium tin oxide erosion by reducing the acidity and increasing the dispersibility of the PEDOT:PSS aqueous dispersion via incorporating suitable TS-CuPc. Consequently, a highly efficient device was fabricated with a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 17.29%. Its short-circuit current (JSC) is 22.23 mA/cm2, and its open-circuit voltage (VOC) is 1.01 V. Meanwhile, it exhibited a higher fill factor (FF) of 77% and improved cell stability. The developed composite HTM provides a good potential anode interfacial layer for fabricating outstanding PSCs.

RESUMO

UNLABELLED: Perovskite crystallization and interface engineering are regarded as the most crucial factors in achieving high-performance planar heterojunction (PHJ) perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Herein, we demonstrate a thin perylene underlayer via a solution-processable method. By using branch-shaped perylene film as a seed-mediated underlayer, crystalline perovskites with fabric morphology can be formed, which allows for obvious improvement in absorption by a light scattering effect. With its deep highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) level, perylene also plays an important role in the energy-level tailoring of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulphonate) ( PEDOT: PSS) and CH3NH3PbIxCl3-x. In addition, perylene and perovskites form a fully crystalline heterojunction, which is beneficial for minimizing the defect and trap densities. Due to these merits, a maximum power conversion efficiency of 17.06% with improved cell stability is achieved. The finding in this work provides a simple route to control perovskite crystallizaition and to optimize the interfaces in PHJ PSCs simultaneously.

RESUMO

SUMMARY: We design and implement an integrated database system called 'multi-protein survey system' (MPSS), which provides a platform to retrieve information about many proteins at a time. This system integrates several important and widely used databases including SwissProt, TrEMBL, PDB and InterPro, plus useful references such as GO and KEGG to other databases. Users may submit a group of protein IDs, entry names, SwissProt/TrEMBL accession numbers or GenBank GIs through MPSS' web interface, and obtain protein annotation information from public databases and pre-computed molecular properties speedily. MPSS can also supply comprehensive information about query proteins, including 3D structures, domains, pathway, gene ontology and visual presentation of mapping to the GO tree and KEGG pathway, to provide an up-to-date view of available knowledge with regard to the structures and molecular functions of proteins under study. AVAILABILITY: MPSS is freely accessible at http://www.scbit.org/mpss/
