RESUMO

Layered indium selenide (InSe) is a new 2D semiconductor material with high carrier mobility, widely adjustable bandgap, and high ductility. However, its ion storage behavior and related electrochemical reaction mechanism are rarely reported. In this study, InSe nanoflakes encapsulated in conductive polypyrrole (InSe@PPy) are designed in consideration of restraining the severe volume change in the electrochemical reaction and increasing conductivity via in situ chemical oxidation polymerization. Density functional theory calculations demonstrate that the construction of heterostructure can generate an internal electric field to accelerate electron transfer via additional driving forces, offering synergistically enhanced structural stability, electrical conductivity, and Na+ diffusion process. The resulting InSe@PPy composite shows outstanding electrochemical performance in the sodium ion batteries system, achieving a high reversible capacity of 336.4 mA h g-1 after 500 cycles at 1 A g-1 and a long-term cyclic stability with capacity of 274.4 mA h g-1 after 2800 cycles at 5 A g-1 . In particular, the investigation of capacity fluctuation within the first cycling reveals the alternating significance of intercalation and conversion reactions and evanescent alloying reaction. The combined reaction mechanism of insertion, conversion, and alloying of InSe@PPy is revealed by in situ X-ray diffraction, ex situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy.

PURPOSE: To investigate the dose-effect relationship between the dose-volume parameters of residual gross tumor volume (GTVres) and clinical prognosis in MRI image-guided adaptive brachytherapy (IGABT) of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer in our center. MATERIALS AND METHOD: The clinical data of 93 patients with locally advanced cervical squamous cell cancer who received external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) combined with IGABT ± chemotherapy in our center were retrospectively analyzed. The disease stage, overall treatment time (OTT), chemotherapy, and the dose-volume parameters D90, D98, and D100 of GTVres, the intermediate-risk clinical target volume (CTVIR), and the high-risk clinical target volume (CTVHR) of the patients were statistically analyzed. Kaplan-Meier and uni- and multivariable Cox regression analyses were used to analyze 2­year overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and local control rate (LC). A probit model was employed to assess the dose-effect relationship between the volume and dose-volume parameters of GTVres and 2­year OS, PFS, and LC. RESULTS: The median follow-up time was 19.6 months and 2­year OS, PFS, and LC were 79.6%, 68.8%, and 94.6%, respectively. CTVHR D90 was an independent influencing factor for 2­year PFS (P = 0.041); GTVresBT1 volume was an independent factor for 2­year OS, PFS, and LC (P < 0.001). The probit model showed that at GTVresBT1 volume < 32.86 cm3, the expected 2­year LC was > 90%; at GTVres D98 > 129.12 GyEQD2, the expected 2­year OS was > 90%. CONCLUSION: Both the volume and dose-volume parameters of GTVres are promising predictors in assessment of IGABT prognosis of cervical cancer.

OBJECTIVES: This study aimed to explore the feasibility of low-dose computed tomography (CT)-based mixed reality and its clinical role in type A aortic dissection (TAAD) operations. METHODS: Eighty-seven patients diagnosed with TAAD were prospectively enrolled and underwent thoracoabdominal aorta mixed reality. They were randomly divided into a low-dose mixed reality group, a conventional mixed reality group and a conventional thoracoabdominal aorta computed tomography angiography (CTA) group. Three-dimensional modelling, mixed reality and CT reconstruction technology were selected. The radiation dose and image quality were compared using Student's t test. Doctors with different seniorities evaluated the clinical application value of thoracoabdominal aorta mixed reality using a Likert scale. The consistency was assessed using the Cohen kappa coefficient (k). The Pearson chi-square test was used to test the correlation of perioperative index results in TAAD operations. RESULTS: Low-dose CT technology can be effectively applied to thoracoabdominal aorta mixed reality and reduces the radiation dose by approximately 59% and the operation time and auxiliary cardiopulmonary bypass time by approximately 22% and 29%, respectively. The subjective scores of doctors with different seniorities on the clinical application value of thoracoabdominal aorta mixed reality were higher than those of thoracoabdominal aorta CTA (all p > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Low-dose CT can be effectively used in thoracoabdominal aortic mixed reality to reduce the radiation dose while ensuring quality. Low-dose thoracoabdominal aortic mixed reality has clinical application value and can effectively reduce the operation time and auxiliary cardiopulmonary bypass time in TAAD operations. KEY POINTS: • Low-dose CT technology can ensure the mixed reality quality of the thoracoabdominal aorta with a radiation dose reduction of approximately 59%. • Compared with thoracoabdominal aorta CTA, low-dose thoracoabdominal aorta mixed reality can reduce the operation time and auxiliary cardiopulmonary bypass time by approximately 20% and 29%, respectively, in TAAD operations. • The application value of low-dose thoracoabdominal aorta mixed reality in operation scheme formulation, operation risk assessment, operation navigation and diagnosis and treatment under safe distance was greater than that of thoracoabdominal aorta CTA in TAAD.

Heterogeneous structures are used as energy storage devices because of their ability to accelerate charge transfer, which greatly contributes to the rate capability of devices. However, the construction of heterostructures with conspicuous electrochemical properties remains a huge challenge. In this study, a design of heterostructured Ni3 Se4 /CoSe2 nanospheres encapsulated by a carbon shell (Ni3 Se4 /CoSe2 @C) synthesized through facile hydrothermal and annealing methods is presented. The Ni3 Se4 /CoSe2 @C exhibits excellent cyclic performance with a capacity of 420 mA h g-1 at 0.5 A g-1 after 100 cycles for Na-storage and 330.1 mA h g-1 at 0.1 A g-1 after 200 cycles for K-storage. The excellent cyclic performance can be attributed to the carbon coating that maintains the structural stability and enhances electrical conductivity, and significantly, the heterostructures that promote ion/electron transport. The sodium storage mechanism of the Ni3 Se4 /CoSe2 @C is revealed by ex situ X-ray powder diffraction, ex situ high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, and in situ electrochemical impedance spectra analyses. The first principles density functional theory calculation is performed to prove that the heterostructure on the Ni3 Se4 /CoSe2 interface can induce an electric field and thus improve the electrochemical reaction kinetics. This study provides an effective approach for constructing heterostructured composites for high-performance alkaline batteries.

Aiming to resolve the problem of redundant information concerning rolling bearing degradation characteristics and to tackle the difficulty faced by convolutional deep learning models in learning feature information in complex time series, a prediction model for remaining useful life based on multiscale fusion permutation entropy (MFPE) and a multiscale convolutional attention neural network (MACNN) is proposed. The original signal of the rolling bearing was extracted and decomposed by resonance sparse decomposition to obtain the high-resonance and low-resonance components. The multiscale permutation entropy of the low-resonance component was calculated. Moreover, the locally linear-embedding algorithm was used for dimensionality reduction to remove redundant information. The multiscale convolution module was constructed to learn the feature information at different time scales. The attention module was used to fuse the feature information and input it into the remaining useful life prediction module for evaluation. The appropriate network structure and parameter configuration were determined, and a multiscale convolutional attention neural network was designed to determine the remaining useful life prediction model. The results show that the method demonstrates effectiveness and superiority in degrading the feature information representation and improving the remaining useful life prediction accuracy compared with other models.

BACKGROUND: An individual's level of lower limb motor function is associated with his or her disability level after stroke, and motor improvement may lead to a better prognosis and quality of life. Data from animal models show that Qizhitongluo (QZTL) capsule facilitates recovery after focal brain injury. We aimed to validate the efficacy and safety of the QZTL capsule for promoting lower limb motor recovery in poststroke patients. METHODS: In this randomized, multicenter, double-blind, placebo- and active-controlled trial from 13 sites in China, participants with ischemic stroke and Fugl-Meyer motor scale (FMMS) scores of <95 were eligible for inclusion. Patients were randomly assigned in a 2:1:1 ratio to the QZTL group, Naoxintong (NXT) group or placebo group for 12 weeks at 15-28 days after the onset of stroke. The primary outcome was the change in the Lower Limb FMMS (FMMS-LL) score from baseline over the 12-week intervention period. RESULTS: 622 participants were randomly assigned to the QZTL group (309), NXT group (159), or placebo group (154). The FMMS-LL score increased by 4.81 points (95 % CI, 4.27-5.35) in the QZTL group, by 3.77 points (95 % CI, 3.03-4.51) in the NXT group and by 3.00 points (95 % CI, 3.03-4.51) in the placebo group at week 12. The QZTL group showed significantly larger improvements compared with the placebo group at each interview from weeks 4-12 (difference, 0.89 [0.30,1.49] at week 4, P = 0.0032; difference, 1.83[1.01,2.66] at 90 days poststroke, P < 0.0001; difference, 1.81[0.88,2.74] at week 12, P = 0.0001). CONCLUSION: The QZTL capsule is an effective treatment for lower limb motor impairment. The finding indicates that the QZTL capsule may be used as a potential new strategy for stroke rehabilitation.

The cyclic dinucleotide (CDN)-stimulator of interferon genes (STING) pathway plays an important role in the detection of viral and bacterial pathogens in animals. Previous studies have shown that the metazoan second messenger cyclic [G(2',5')pA(3',5')p] (2',3'-cGAMP) generated by cyclic GMP-AMP synthase cGAS binds STING with high affinity compared with bacterial CDNs such as c-di-GMP, c-di-AMP, and 3',3'-cGAMP. Despite recent progress indicating that the CDN-binding domain (CBD) of dimeric STING binds asymmetric 2',3'-cGAMP preferentially over symmetric 3',3'-CDNs, it remains an open question whether STING molecules, such as human STING, adopt a symmetric dimeric conformation to efficiently engage its asymmetric ligand. Here, structural studies of the CBD from porcine STING (STINGCBD) in complex with CDNs at 1.76-2.6 Å resolution revealed that porcine STINGCBD, unlike its human and mouse counterparts, can adopt an asymmetric ligand-binding pocket to accommodate the CDNs. We observed that the extensive interactions and shape complementarity between asymmetric 2',3'-cGAMP and the ligand-binding pocket make it the most preferred ligand for porcine STING and that geometry constraints limit the binding between symmetric 3',3'-CDN and porcine STING. The ligand-discrimination mechanism of porcine STING observed here expands our understanding of how the CDN-STING pathway is activated and of its role in antiviral defense.

The diagnosis of drowning is one of the most difficult in forensic medicine. Forensic diatomology has been proposed to be useful in solving the diagnosis of drowning and considered to be a reliable indicator of the site of drowning. The Yangtze River and Jialing River are the main rivers in the Chongqing area (China), and a large number of corpses are found in the rivers every year. However, the distribution of diatoms in the rivers was not fully studied. In the presented study, a Microwave Digestion-Vacuum Filtration-Scanning Electron Microscopy (MD-VF-SEM) method was performed to acquire the qualitative and quantitative data of diatoms of water samples collected from 10 different sites of the Yangtze River and Jialing River in Chongqing section during different seasons. Our study not only created the diatomological maps of water bodies in Chongqing section of the Yangtze River and Jialing River for the first time but also identified some seasonal and site-specific diatoms that can be taken as markers of particular sites or seasons of drowning. The results of our study may provide forensic scientists helpful reference in solving the drowning cases.

An enantioselective Michael/transesterification tandem reaction of α-hydroxy indanones with ortho-ester chalcones was realized using dinuclear zinc catalysts. A series of enantiomerically pure spiro[indanone-2,3'-isochromane-1-one] derivatives were obtained in good yields with excellent stereoselectivities (up to >20 : 1 dr, up to >99% ee). This protocol could be conducted on a gram scale without affecting its stereoselectivities. In addition, the absolute stereochemistry of the products was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis of 3ac, and a positive nonlinear effect was observed. Finally, a possible catalytic cycle was proposed to explain the origin of the enantioselectivity.

It was discovered that large-amplitude axial oscillation can occur on a rotor with an internally hydrogenated deformable part (HDP) in a rotation-translation nanoconverter. The dynamic outputs of the system were investigated using molecular dynamics simulations. When an input rotational frequency (100 GHz > ω > 20 GHz) was applied at one end of the rotor, the HDP deformed under the centrifugal and van der Waals forces, which simultaneously led to the axial translation of the other end of the rotor. Except at too high an input rotational frequency (e.g., >100 GHz), which led to eccentric rotation and even collapse of the system, the present system could generate a periodic axial oscillation with an amplitude above 0.5 nm at a temperature below 50 K. In other ranges of temperature and amplitude, the oscillation dampened quickly due to the drastic thermal vibrations of the atoms. Furthermore, the effects of the hydrogenation scheme and the length of HDP on the equilibrium position, amplitude, and frequency of oscillation were investigated. The conclusions can be applied to the design of an ideal nano-oscillator based on the present rotation-translation converter model.

To design a rotor with recoverable deformation for conversion between rotation and translation in a nanodevice, an internally hydrogenated deformable part (HDP) was introduced in the carbon nanotube-based rotor. Initially, under van der Waals (vdW) force, the hydrogenated areas on the HDP curved toward the rotating axis. When a rotational frequency was exerted on the rotor, the hydrogenated parts on the HDP were separated under strong centrifugal force. Translational motion of the free edge of the rotor was generated synchronously during deformation of the HDP. Once removing the input rotation, the rotor would stop rotating by friction from the stators, and the HDP shrank back by strong vdW force but weakening centrifugal force. Hence, the nanoconvertor has recoverability, which was verified by molecular dynamics simulations with considering the effects of hydrogenation schemes and input rotational frequency at room temperature. Conclusions were drawn for a design of a nanodevice based on the present rotation-translation nanoconvertor model.

It was discovered that a sudden jump of the output torque moment from a rotation transmission nanosystem made from carbon nanotubes (CNTs) occurred when decreasing the system temperature. In the nanosystem from coaxial-layout CNTs, the motor with specified rotational frequency (ωM) can drive the inner tube (rotor) to rotate in the outer tubes. When the axial gap between the motor and the rotor was fixed, the friction between their neighbor edges was stronger at a lower temperature. Especially at temperatures below 100 K, the friction-induced driving torque increases with ωM. When the rotor was subjected to an external resistant torque moment (Mr), it could not rotate opposite to the motor even if it deformed heavily. Combining molecular dynamics simulations with the bi-sectioning algorithm, the critical value of Mr was obtained. Under the critical torque moment, the rotor stopped rotating. Accordingly, a transmission nanosystem can be designed to provide a strong torque moment via interface friction at low temperature.

The pathogenic Mycobacterium tuberculosis encodes two members of the DtxR family metalloregulators, IdeR and MntR. IdeR represses gene expression in response to ferrous iron, while MntR (Rv2788) functions as a manganese-dependent transcriptional repressor, which represses the expression of manganese transporter genes to maintain manganese homeostasis. Although the structural study towards IdeR is in-depth, there is no MntR structure available. Herein, we report both apo and manganese bound forms of MntR structures from M. tuberculosis. MntR has evolved into two metal ion binding sites like other DtxR proteins and for the first time, we captured the two sites fully occupied by its natural ions with one Mn2+ ion at the first site and two Mn2+ ions at the second binding site (binuclear manganese cluster). The conformation change of MntR resulting from manganese binding could prime the MntR for DNA binding, which is a conserved activation mechanism among DtxR family.

Porcine circovirus (PCV) has two potential open reading frames, ORF1 and ORF2. ORF1 is predicted to encode a replication-associated protein (Rep) essential for replication of viral DNA. In some studies, PCV1 replicated more efficiently in PK-15 cells than PCV2 was elucidated. PCV1 compared with PCV2; there is some amino acids' deficiency on Rep protein. To identify whether the above amino acids deletion affects the replication of PCV1 and PCV2, we constructed three double copy clones by overlap extension PCR. The 2PCV2(vV) clone deleted the valine of Rep protein in the backbone of PCV2 genome. The 2PCV2(dSGR) clone inserted serine, glycine and arginine of Rep protein successively in the backbone of PCV2 genome. The 2PCV2(dSGR&vV) clone inserted serine, glycine and arginine as well as deleted the valine of Rep protein in the backbone of PCV2 genome. These clones we constructed with amino acid mutations and parental DNA clones were all transfected in PK-15 cells that free of PCV contamination, and their growth characteristics in vitro were determined and compared, to evaluating the replication of the mutant infectious DNA clones. Our results showed that the double copy infectious clones with amino acid mutations could be rescued in vitro. The 2PCV2(vV) replicated more efficiently than parental viruses 2PCV2 and 2PCV1 but the replicated ability of 2PCV2(dSGR) and 2PCV2(dSGR&vV) is attenuated than parental viruses 2PCV2 and 2PCV1. We can determine the valine is the important amino acid that cause PCV1 replicated more efficiently in PK-15 cells than PCV2 primarily. These findings are benefit for exploring the mechanisms of viral replication in pigs and important implications for PCV2 vaccine development.

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to assess the efficacy and acceptability of cariprazine treatment in acute exacerbation of schizophrenia. METHODS: This review included randomized controlled trials of patients with acute exacerbation of schizophrenia in relation to efficacy and acceptability. The efficacy outcomes were assessed by pooling standardized mean differences (SMDs) calculated from the difference in the reduction in the mean of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) total score, PANSS positive and negative scores, and response rate. The primary acceptability outcomes were determined by pooling the risk ratios (RRs) of discontinuation for any reason, the incidence of serious adverse events, and treatment emergent events. FINDINGS: Four randomized controlled trials consisting of 1843 patients met all inclusion and exclusion criteria. Efficacy analysis showed significant positive effects in relation to cariprazine therapy (SMD: -0.37, P < 0.00001 for PANSS total score change; SMD: -0.32, P < 0.00001 for PANSS positive score change; SMD: -0.32, P < 0.0001 for PANSS negative score change; RR, 1.41; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.19-1.67; P < 0.0001 for response rate). For primary acceptability outcomes, less patients taking cariprazine discontinued treatment for any reason compared with patients receiving placebo (RR, 0.90; 95% CI, 0.78-1.04; P = 0.16). Significantly less patients on cariprazine had serious adverse events during the double-blind treatment period compared with patients taking placebo (RR, 0.55; 95% CI, 0.34-0.89; P = 0.01). Significantly more patients on cariprazine had treatment emergent events compared with those receiving placebo (RR, 1.10; 95% CI, 1.03-1.18; P = 0.006). IMPLICATIONS: Results suggest that cariprazine may be an effective and acceptable treatment for schizophrenia and future research is warranted.

BACKGROUND: Pseudorabies, a highly contagious infectious disease of swine is caused by pseudorabies virus (PRV). PRV can cause fatal infection in other animal species. RESULTS: We report a deadly outbreak of pseudorabies that killed 87.2% (3522/4028) minks in a farm in 2014 in Shandong Province, China. PRV was isolated by using Vero cell culture and detected in mink samples by PCR from minks died during the outbreak. Epidemiological analysis indicated that 5.8% of minks (33/566) were PCR positive to PRV in Shandong Province. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the PRV strains isolated from minks in this study were in the same clade with the Chinese porcine PRV isolates, which are resistant to the PRV vaccine. CONCLUSIONS: We demonstrated that pseudorabies virus caused an outbreak of minks in a farm in Shandong Province of China and the virus has a very high infection rate in minks in Shandong Province, which is a challenge for the fur industry in China.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), a highly contagious disease, has been constantly causing huge economic losses all over the world. PRRS virus (PRRSV) infection results in immunosuppression and IL-10 up-regulation. The relationship between them is still in dispute. Previous studies demonstrated the protein of PRRSV nucleocapsid (N) protein is able to up-regulate IL-10, yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unknown. In this study, the expression kinetics of IL-10 up-regulation induced by PRRSV N protein were analyzed in immortalized porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs). N protein induced IL-10 expression in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Inhibition experiments of signaling pathways suggested NF-κB and p38 MAPK pathways are both involved in N protein-induced IL-10 up-regulation. Besides, the integrity of N protein is essential for significant IL-10 up-regulation. This research is beneficial for further understanding of the interplay between PRRSV and host immune system.

Circovirus infection is a growing problem in the field of veterinary and public health. It is associated with enteric diseases in both mammalian and avian hosts. In this study, we detected and isolated porcine circovirus strains in the tissue samples of minks that died from diarrhoea in Shandong Province, China. We sequenced the whole genome of two porcine strains of Circovirus, designated as MiSD-1 and MiSD-2, which had a 97.34% similarity on nucleotide sequence and were closely related to porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), but distantly related to mink circoviral species. Phylogenetically MiSD-1 and MiSD-2 are a part of the PCV2b genotype cluster, which is a highly prevalent genotype worldwide. The closer relationship of MiSD-1 and MiSD-2 to PCV2 from pigs than to other mink circoviral species may be evidence of cross-species transmission and considerable zoonotic potential.

BACKGROUND: This study aimed at reseaching the immune effect of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) DNA vaccine containing CpG motif on mice. METHODS: A total of 40 6-week-old female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into four groups which were immunized by 18CpG-pVAX1-ORF2, pVAX1-ORF2, pVAX1 and PBS, respectively, and immunized again 2 weeks later. All mice were challenged with 0.2 mL PCV2 cells virulent strain SD (106.0 TCID50/mL) after 4 weeks. Average daily gain, blood antibody levels, microscopic changes and viremia were detected to estimate the effect of DNA vaccine. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: The results showed that compared to those of the control mice, groups immunized with pVAX1-ORF2 and 18CpG-pVAX1-ORF2 could induce PCV2-specific antibodies. The PCV2-specific antibodies level of 18 CpG-pVAX1-ORF2 groups was higher significantly than other groups and decreased slowly along with time. There was no distinct pathological damage and viremia occurring in mice that inoculated with CpG motif DNA vaccines. The results demonstrated that the DNA vaccine containing 18 CpG could build up resistibility immunity and reduce immune organ damage on mice.

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) heavily affects the global pork industry. Current available vaccine strategies have inherent drawbacks. In this work, the immune enhancement from Taishan Pinus massoniana pollen polysaccharide (TPPPS) and Freund's adjuvant on the efficacy of a PRRSV subunit vaccine were examined. Titers of specific anti-highly pathogenic PRRSV (HP-PRRSV) ELISA antibody and neutralizing antibody were significantly higher in pigs from the groups inoculated with medium- and high-dose TPPPS (mTPPPS, hTPPPS) adjuvant co-administered with a recombinant HP-PRRSV glycoprotein 5 subunit (GP5) than those from other groups (P < 0.05). Pigs inoculated with GP5 + Freund's adjuvant developed severely delayed humoral immune responses specific to GP5 within 28 days post-inoculation (dpi). The groups treated with mTPPPS and hTPPPS adjuvant exhibited the most potent immune enhancement effects on GP5 inoculation with cellular immunity developing, as shown by the level of T lymphocyte proliferation and the percentage of the CD3(+) T lymphocyte subpopulation. Although complete Freund's adjuvant elicited cell-mediated immune responses, the level of T lymphocyte proliferation in this group decreased quickly and no significant differences were observed compared with other adjuvant-alone groups at 56 dpi (P > 0.05). The ratio between CD3(+)CD4(+) and CD3(+)CD8(+) T lymphocyte subpopulations indicated the inoculums of GP5 + mTPPPS and GP5 + hTPPPS induced consistently higher CD3(+)CD4(+) T lymphocyte subpopulations than other inoculums (P < 0.05). The immune responses caused by complete Freund's adjuvant were mainly mediated by CD3(+)CD8(+) T lymphocyte subpopulation (cytotoxic T lymphocytes) in the early stage of inoculation and had no significant difference compared with other adjuvant-alone groups after 28 dpi (P > 0.05). The low-dose TPPPS (lTPPPS) adjuvant also exhibited enhancement effects on humoral immune and T lymphocyte proliferation responses but these were significantly lower than the mTPPPS and hTPPPS doses (P < 0.05). Pigs challenged with HP-PRRSV from the GP5 + mTPPPS, GP5 + hTPPPS, and GP5 + Freund's adjuvant groups showed lower viremia, fewer clinical signs, and fewer pathological lung lesions compared with the groups of GP5-alone and GP5 + lTPPPS (P < 0.05). There were significant differences between the GP5-alone and GP5 + lTPPPS groups in detection indexes after viral challenge (P < 0.05). In conclusion, moderate doses of TPPPS as an adjuvant with GP5 show promise as a candidate for a HP-PRRSV subunit vaccine to efficiently prevent and control HP-PRRSV.
