[A simplified method for extracting and purifying bone morphogenetic protein].

ABSTRACT

Porcine bone morphogenetic protein was extracted and purified with general centrifugations and other biochemical techniques. Results showed that our methods were correct and reliable, which may cut down the costs of preparing BMP, simplify the procedure and improve the efficiency. Special polymerism by mesenchymal cells was observed during the early stage of inductive osteogenesis.
