Adolescentes grávidas: contribuição à assistência e ao ensino, segundo o relato de suas trajetórias / Adolescent pregnant women: contribution to care and teaching, according to the reports of their trajectories
The article presents the researchqualitative analysis carried out with a puerperal women group part of a follow-up cohort on the trajectory of pregnant adolescents. The data were obtained through a semi-structured interview, whose scripts related three categories to the
analysis:
Medical education, Health care and Teen universe. A questionnaire composed of openended questions was applied in interviews of 136 puerperal women among a cohort of 540 pregnant teenagers. For this article, it was selected thematic identities with most incident and strong meaning in the categories. The results showed acknowledgment of prenatal care quality, nevertheless complaints regarding childbirth; Ascription of positive references on become pregnant, but difficulties in children raising; And even though a minority of adolescents have frequented the minimum number of six prenatal consultations, most of them are committed to attending childcare. It was possible to acknowledge that teenage pregnancy is not surrounded by damages and losses, but it was understood that medical care and its teaching still relate to teenage pregnancy as a healthdiagnosis problem, putting attention, care and therapy issues secondarily to medical knowledge and practice.
