Este estudo faz uma análise sobre o papel da educação popular no processo de construção, execução e avaliação do curso para a implementação da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral das Populações do Campo, da Floresta e das Águas (PNSIPCFA), coordenado pela Con-federação de Trabalhadores na Agricultura (CONTAG), Programa de Promoção à Saúde, Ambiente e Trabalho da Diretoria Regional da Fundação Osvaldo Cruz de Brasília e Departamento de Apoio à Gestão Participativa da Secretaria de Gestão Estratégica e Participativa do Ministério da Saúde. A dissertação faz um percurso teórico da educação popular à educação popular em saúde até as aproximações com as realidades do campo, da floresta e das águas, contextualizando a questão agrária, os movimentos sociais no campo, a luta pelo direito à saúde e o SUS uma pesquisa que sistematiza e avalia as práticas e processos educativos, através do exercício dialético. Para a análise, foram realizados relatórios e entrevistas semiestruturadas com as referências sistematizadas pelas organizações participantes o Plano Alternativo de Desenvolvimento Rural Solidário e Sustentável; a Política de Formação da Escola Nacional de Formação da CONTAG; a Política Nacional de Educação Popular em Saúde e a PNSIPCFA. This study analyze the role of popular education in the construction process, implantation and evaluation of the of the course to the implementation National Policy Comprehensive Health of Fields, Forests and Waters Populations (NPCHFFW), coordinated by the Confed-eration of agricultural workers (CONTAG), the Health Promotion Program, Environment and Labour of Brasília Regional Board of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation and by the Department of Participative Management Support from Secretariat of Strategic and Participative Management of the Ministry of Health. The dissertation makes a theoretical path of popular education to popular education in health towards the approaches to the realities of the field, forest and water. Contextualizes the agrarian question, the social movements in the countryside, the struggle for the right to health, the NHS and systematize and evaluates educational practices and processes through the dialectical exercise from reports, semistructured interviews with references systematized by the participating organizations the Alternative Plan of Solidarity and Sustainable Rural Development, the National SchoolTrainingPolicyTraining by CONTAG, the National Policy for Popular Education in Health to (NPCHFFW).
