The integrality in health, one of the doctrinal principles of SUS, must be present in the daily life of health institutions, in order to provide assistance to users. In view of the above, this research presents as object the integrality of the actions of the nurse in Primary Care (AB) in the Paracambi city. The objectives (general and specific) are toanalyze the nurses' practices in primary care, characterized as integrality practices; to identify the activities carried out by nurses inserted in the context of basic care, which guide the concept of integrality and discuss how integrality is present in the daily routine of primary carenurses. It is a case study, with a qualitative approach, having as research field, the basic care units of the county of Paracambi / RJ. As inclusion criteria were applied to the nurses enrolled in the AB, for a period of more than 60 days and who were not away from their activities for any reason (vacation, medical leave, etc).
