RESUMO

Individuals with autism spectrum disorder have deficits in facial emotion recognition and white matter microstructural alterations. Nonetheless, most previous studies were confounded by different variables, such as psychiatric comorbidities and psychotropic medications used by ASD participants. Also, it remains unclear how exactly FER deficits are related to white matter microstructural alterations in ASD. Accordingly, we aimed to investigate the FER functions, white matter microstructure, and their relationship in drug-naive and comorbidity-free ASD individuals. 59 ASD individuals and 59 typically developed individuals were included, where 46 ASD and 50 TD individuals completed FER tasks. Covariance analysis showed scores were lower in both basic and complex FER tasks in the ASD group. Tract-Based Spatial Statistics showed FA values in widespread white matter fibers were lower in the ASD group than in the TD group, including forceps major and forceps minor of the corpus callosum, anterior thalamic radiation, corticospinal tract, cingulum, inferior frontal-occipital fasciculus, inferior longitudinal fasciculus, superior longitudinal fasciculus. Moreover, in the TD group but not the ASD group, the performance in the complex FER task was negatively correlated with the FA value in some white matter fibers, including forceps major of the corpus callosum, ATR, CT, cingulum, IFOF, ILF, SLF. Our study suggests children with ASD may experience deficits in facial emotion recognition and exhibit alterations in white matter microstructure. More importantly, our study indicates that white matter microstructural alterations may be involved in FER deficits in children with ASD.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the time course of cardiac rupture (CR) after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the differences among different rupture types. Method: We retrospectively analyzed 145 patients with CR after AMI at Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital from June 2016 to September 2022. Firstly, according to the time from onset of chest pain to CR, the patients were divided into early CR (≤24 h) (n = 61 patients) and late CR (>24 h) (n = 75 patients) to explore the difference between early CR and late CR. Secondly, according to the type of CR, the patients were divided into free wall rupture (FWR) (n = 55) and ventricular septal rupture (VSR) (n = 90) to explore the difference between FWR and VSR. Results: Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high white blood cell count (OR = 1.134, 95% CI: 1.019-1.260, P = 0.021), low creatinine (OR = 0.991, 95% CI: 0.982-0.999, P = 0.026) were independently associated with early CR. In addition, rapid heart rate (OR = 1.035, 95% CI: 1.009-1.061, P = 0.009), low systolic blood pressure (OR = 0.981, 95% CI: 0.962-1.000, P = 0.048), and anterior myocardial infarction (OR = 5.989, 95% CI: 1.978-18.136, P = 0.002) were independently associated with VSR. Conclusion: In patients with CR, high white blood cell count and low creatinine were independently associated with early CR, rapid heart rate, low systolic blood pressure, and anterior myocardial infarction were independently associated with VSR.

Urban traffic is closely related to the daily life of the public,and air pollution in the traffic microenvironment has become a public health problem that cannot be ignored.This paper reviews the comparative studies of air pollutant exposure levels among different modes of transportation in multiple cities in China.By comparing the exposure levels of pollutants among different modes of transportation,this paper provides a reference for protecting the health of the public in daily transportation and selecting targeted control measures.

The dynamics of animal social structures are heavily influenced by environmental patterns of competition and cooperation. In folivorous colobine primates, prevailing theories suggest that larger group sizes should be favored in rainforests with a year-round abundance of food, thereby reducing feeding competition. Yet, paradoxically, larger groups are frequently found in high-altitude or high-latitude montane ecosystems characterized by a seasonal scarcity of leaves. This contradiction is posited to arise from cooperative benefits in heterogeneous environments. To investigate this hypothesis, we carried out a six-year field study on two neighboring groups of golden snub-nosed monkey ( Rhinopithecus roxellana), a species representing the northernmost distribution of colobine primates. Results showed that the groups adjusted their movement and habitat selection in response to fluctuating climates and spatiotemporal variability of resources, indicative of a dynamic foraging strategy. Notably, during the cold, resource-scarce conditions in winter, the large group occupied food-rich habitats but did not exhibit significantly longer daily travel distances than the smaller neighboring group. Subsequently, we compiled an eco-behavioral dataset of 52 colobine species to explore their evolutionary trajectories. Analysis of this dataset suggested that the increase in group size may have evolved via home range expansion in response to the cold and heterogeneous climates found at higher altitudes or latitudes. Hence, we developed a multi-benefits framework to interpret the formation of larger groups by integrating environmental heterogeneity. In cold and diverse environments, even smaller groups require larger home ranges to meet their dynamic survival needs. The spatiotemporal distribution of high-quality resources within these expanded home ranges facilitates more frequent interactions between groups, thereby encouraging social aggregation into larger groups. This process enhances the benefits of collaborative actions and reproductive opportunities, while simultaneously optimizing travel costs through a dynamic foraging strategy.

BACKGROUND: Sepsis is a systemic inflammatory response syndrome caused by severe infection in children, but cases of sepsis associated with human parainfluenza virus (HPIV) have been rarely reported in newborns. CASE PRESENTATION: We report a case of HPIV-3 positive full-term newborn admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Beijing Children's Hospital due to hematuria, gloomy spirit, inactivity and loss of appetite for 6 h. He had septic shock when he arrived the Accident & Emergency Department requiring immediate intubation and mechanical ventilation. Intravenous antibiotics were started. He had completely negative response to all anti-shock treatments including fluid resuscitation and vasopressor supports, and died 14 h later. Viral nucleic acid detection and metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) analyses of nasopharyngeal aspirate and blood specimens verified an HPIV-3 infection, with negative bacterial culture results. The HPIV-3 strain detected in this patient was subtyped as HPIV C3a, and two unreported amino acid mutations were found in the HN protein region. CONCLUSION: The patient had a severe infection associated with HPIV-3, which was the cause of sepsis and septic shock. This study showed the diagnostic value of mNGS in etiological diagnosis, especially in severe neonatal case.

FePO4 (FP) particles with a mesoporous structure amalgamated by nanoscale primary crystals were controllably prepared using an ultrasound-intensified turbulence T-junction microreactor (UTISR). The use of this type of reaction system can effectively enhance the micro-mixing and remarkably improve the mass transfer and chemical reaction rates. Consequently, the synergistic effects of the impinging streams and ultrasonic irradiation on the formation of mesoporous structure of FP nanoparticles have been systematically investigated through experimental validation and CFD simulation. The results revealed that the FP particles with a mesoporous structure can be well synthesised by precisely controlling the operation parameters by applying ultrasound irradiation with the input power in the range of 0-900 W and the impinging stream volumetric flow rate in the range of 17.15-257.22 mL·min-1. The findings obtained from the experimental observation and CFD modelling has clearly indicated that there exists a strong correlation between the particle size, morphology, and the local turbulence shear. The application of ultrasonic irradiation can effectively intensify the local turbulence shear in the reactor even at low Reynolds number based on the impinging stream diameter (Re < 2000), leading to an effective reduction in the particle size (from 273.48 to 56.1 nm) and an increase in the specific surface area (from 21.97 to 114.97 m2·g-1) of FP samples. The FPirregularly-shaped particles prepared by UTISR exhibited a mesoporous structure with a particle size of 56.10 nm, a specific surface area of 114.97 m2·g-1and a total pore adsorption volume of 0.570 cm3·g-1 when the volumetric flow rate and ultrasound power are 85.74 mL·min-1and 600 W, respectively.

Zero-dimensional (0D) tin halide perovskites feature extraordinary properties, such as broadband emission, high photoluminescence quantum yield, and self-absorption-free characteristics. The innovation of synthesis approaches for high-quality 0D tin halide perovskites has facilitated the flourishing development of perovskite-based optoelectronic devices in recent years. However, discovering an effective strategy to further enhance their emission efficiency remains a considerable challenge. Herein, we report a unique strategy employing rapid heat treatment to attain efficient self-trapped exciton (STE) emission in Cs4SnBr6 zero-dimensional perovskite. Compared to the pristine Cs4SnBr6, rapid thermal treatment (RTT) at 200 °C for a duration of 120 s results in an augmented STE emission with the photoluminescence (PL) quantum yield rising from an initial 50.1% to a substantial 64.7%. Temperature-dependent PL spectra analysis, Raman spectra, and PL decay traces reveal that the PL improvement is attributed to the appropriate electron-phonon coupling as well as the increased binding energies of STEs induced by the RTT. Our findings open up a new avenue for efficient luminescent 0D tin-halide perovskites toward the development of efficient optoelectronic devices based on 0D perovskites.

In the present study, a global presence/absence dataset including 2486 scale insect species in 157 countries was extracted to assess the establishment risk of potential invasive species based on a self-organizing map (SOM). According to the similarities in species assemblages, a risk list of scale insects for each country was generated. Meanwhile, all countries in the dataset were divided into five clusters, each of which has high similarities of species assemblages. For those countries in the same neuron of the SOM output, they may pose the greatest threats to each other as the sources of potential invasive scale insect species, and therefore, require more attention from quarantine departments. In addition, normalized ζi values were used to measure the uncertainty of the SOM output. In total, 9 out of 63 neurons obtained high uncertainty with very low species counts, indicating that more investigation of scale insects should be undertaken in some parts of Africa, Asia and Northern Europe.

The effect of a-SiCxNy:H encapsulation layers, which are prepared using the very-high-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (VHF-PECVD) technique with SiH4, CH4, and NH3 as the precursors, on the stability and photoluminescence of CsPbBr3 quantum dots (QDs) were investigated in this study. The results show that a-SiCxNy:H encapsulation layers containing a high N content of approximately 50% cause severe PL degradation of CsPbBr3 QDs. However, by reducing the N content in the a-SiCxNy:H layer, the PL degradation of CsPbBr3 QDs can be significantly minimized. As the N content decreases from around 50% to 26%, the dominant phase in the a-SiCxNy:H layer changes from SiNx to SiCxNy. This transition preserves the inherent PL characteristics of CsPbBr3 QDs, while also providing them with long-term stability when exposed to air, high temperatures (205 °C), and UV illumination for over 600 days. This method provided an effective and practical approach to enhance the stability and PL characteristics of CsPbBr3 QD thin films, thus holding potential for future developments in optoelectronic devices.

Introduction: This study aims to compare the safety and efficacy of bivalirudin bridging enoxaparin versus fondaparinux in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who were undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PPCI). Methods: The study is a prospective, natural, and selective interventional trial based on real-world data for 482 AMI patients. Results: At the end of the follow-up, the two groups demonstrated similar major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) and bleeding rates. After propensity score matching (PSM), the fondaparinux group showed greater advantages in reducing MACCE and bleeding events. Conclusions: The anticoagulation strategy of bivalirudin bridging fondaparinux seems to be superior to that of bivalirudin bridging enoxaparin in patients with AMI undergoing PPCI.

Mixing performance for a consecutive competing reaction system has been investigated in a swirling vortex flow reactor (SVFR). The direct quadrature method of moments combined with the interaction by exchange with the mean (DQMOM-IEM) method was employed to model such reacting flows. This type of reactors is able to generate a strong swirling flow with a great shear gradient in the radial direction. Firstly, mixing at both macroscale and microscale was assessed by mean mixture fraction and its variance, respectively. It is found that macromixing can be rapidly achieved throughout the whole reactor chamber due to its swirling feature. However, micromixing estimated by Bachelor length scale is sensitive to turbulence. Moreover, the additional introduction of ultrasound irradiation can significantly improve the mixing uniformity, namely, free of any stagnant zone presented in the reactor chamber on a macroscale, and little variance deviating from the mean environment value can be observed on a microscale. Secondly, reaction progress variable and the reactant conversion serve as indicators for the occurrence of side reaction. It is found that strong turbulence and a relatively fast micromixing process compared to chemical reaction can greatly reduce the presence of by-product, which will then provide homogenous environment for particle precipitation. Moreover, due to the generation of cavitation bubbles and their subsequent collapse, ultrasound irradiation can further intensify turbulence, creating rather even environment for chemical reactions. Low conversion rate was observed and little by-products were generated consequently. Therefore, it is suggested that the SVFR especially intensified by ultrasound irradiation has the ability to provide efficient mixing performance for the fine-particle synthesis process.

In this paper, alkali ion (Li+ Na+ K+ and Rb+)-doped Y2O3:Yb3+/Ho3+ up conversion films were prepared using the sol-gel method. The structures of the films were studied by using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy. A series of high-quality thin films with good crystallization were prepared. For all samples, two emission bands were observed: green emission at 539 (550) nm and red emission at 664 nm, which can be attributed to 5F4 (5S2)→5I7 and 5F5→5I8, respectively. The green emission is dominant, and the red emission is extremely weak. The effect of each alkali-ion dopant on the emission and color adjustment of samples was investigated. The green emission intensity is increased by a factor of 6.33 (Li), 2.03 (Na), 4.82 (K) and 1.92 (Rb) with increasing alkali-ion doping concentration, and red emission is increased by a factor of 7.80 (Li), 1.92 (Na), 4.78 (K) and 1.90 (Rb). The extreme value appears earlier with increasing ion radius. Li+ doping boosts luminescence in three ways, and the other alkali ions affect the light emission in two ways. Li+ doping and K+ doping can be used to adjust the color coordinates towards the 539 nm and 550 nm directions, respectively. Na+ and Rb+ doping can enhance emission with a stable color. This means that each alkali ion is a suitable choice as a color-regulating ion and can play a role in the regulation of luminescence.

Multi-band emission luminescence materials are of great significance owing to their extensive application in diverse fields. In this research, we successfully prepared a series of Pr3+-doped Ca3Al2O6 multi-band emission phosphors via a high-temperature solid-state method. The phase structure, morphology, luminescence spectra and decay curves were investigated in detail. The Ca3Al2O6:Pr3+ phosphors can absorb blue lights and emit lights in the 450-750 nm region, and typical emission bands are located at 488 nm (blue), 525-550 nm (green), 611-614 nm (red), 648 nm (red) and 733 nm (deep red). The influence of the Pr3+ doping concentration was discussed, and the optimal Pr3+ doping concentration was determined. The impacts of charge compensator ions (Li+, Na+, and K+) on the luminescence of Pr3+ were also investigated, and it was found that all the charge compensator ions contributed positively to the emission intensity. More importantly, the emission intensity of the as-prepared phosphors at 423 K can still maintain 65-70% of that at room temperature, and the potential application for pc-LED was investigated. The interesting results indicate that the prepared phosphors may serve multifunctional and advanced applications.

The enhanced red photoluminescence (PL) from Si-rich amorphous silicon carbide (a-SiCx) films was analyzed in this study using nitrogen doping. The increase in nitrogen doping concentration in films results in the significant enhancement of PL intensity by more than three times. The structure and bonding configuration of films were investigated using Raman and Fourier transform infrared absorption spectroscopies, respectively. The PL and analysis results of bonding configurations of films suggested that the enhancement of red PL is mainly caused by the reduction in nonradiative recombination centers as a result of the weak Si-Si bonds substituted by Si-N bonds.

This study is to evaluate the usefulness of pathogen detection using metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) on bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) specimens from children with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). We retrospectively collected BALF specimens from 121 children with CAP at Tianjin Children's Hospital from February 2021 to December 2021. The diagnostic performances of mNGS and conventional tests (CT) (culture and targeted polymerase chain reaction tests) were compared, using composite diagnosis as the reference standard. The results of mNGS and CT were compared based on pathogenic and non-pathogenic organisms. Pathogen profiles and co-infections between the mild CAP and severe CAP groups were also analyzed. The overall positive coincidence rate was 86.78% (105/121) for mNGS and 66.94% (81/121) for CT. The proportion of patients diagnosed using mNGS plus CT increased to 99.18%. Among the patients, 17.36% were confirmed only by mNGS; Streptococcus pneumoniae accounted for 52.38% and 23.8% of the patients were co-infected. Moreover, Bordetella pertussis and Human bocavirus (HBoV) were detected only using mNGS. Mycoplasma pneumoniae, which was identified in 89 (73.55%) of 121 children with CAP, was the most frequent pathogen detected using mNGS. The infection rate of M. pneumoniae in the severe CAP group was significantly higher than that in the mild CAP group (P = 0.007). The symptoms of single bacterial infections (except for mycoplasma) were milder than those of mycoplasma infections. mNGS identified more bacterial infections when compared to the CT methods and was able to identify co-infections which were initially missed on CT. Additionally, it was able to identify pathogens that were beyond the scope of the CT methods. The mNGS method is a powerful supplement to clinical diagnostic tools in respiratory infections, as it can increase the precision of diagnosis and guide the use of antibiotics.

With the ongoing development and utilization of nuclear energy, uranium pollution has become an increasingly serious issue. Although many adsorbents are able to remove hexavalent uranium (U(VI)) from aqueous solution, the development of a high capacity adsorbent exhibiting superior stability would be beneficial. Grafting poly(amidoxime) (PAO) onto reduced graphene oxide (rGO) provides suitable U(VI) adsorption performance but the PAO is prone to agglomeration. The present work used density functional theory calculations to predict that PAO would bond with pyrrolic N atoms in nitrogen-doped rGO (N-rGO). To confirm this, PAO-grafted rGO (PAO-rGO) and PAO-grafted N-rGO (PAO-N-rGO) were prepared and characterized and the successful grafting of PAO on N-rGO was demonstrated. Adsorption experiments demonstrated that PAO-N-rGO exhibit superb U(VI) adsorption performance compared with the original PAO-rGO under acidic conditions. As for competing metal ions, Cu2+, Al3+, and Ca2+ have a greater impact on U(VI) adsorption than Na+, Mg2+, and K+ both for PAO-rGO and PAO-N-rGO. The maximum adsorption capacities of PAO-rGO and PAO-N-rGO for U(VI) were calculated to be 1500.26 and 1545.95 mg g-1, respectively. The mechanism of nitrogen doping promoting uranium(VI) adsorption can be attributed to enhanced PAO grafting and improvement of adsorption performance of the rGO. This work demonstrates that nitrogen doping is a viable strategy for enhancing the U(VI) adsorption performance of PAO-rGO.

In this study, a series of well-crystallized Yb3+/Er3+/Tm3+-tridoped Y2O3-ZnO ceramic nano-phosphors were prepared using sol-gel synthesis, and the phosphor structures were studied using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. The phosphors were well crystallized and exhibited a sharp-edged angular crystal structure and mesoporous structure consisting of 270 nm nano-particles. All phosphors generated blue, green, and red emission bands attributed to Tm: 1G4→3H6, Er: 2H11/2 (4S3/2)→4I15/2, and Er: 4F9/2→4I15/2 radiative transitions, respectively. Increasing in luminescent centers, weakening of lattice symmetry, and releasing of dormant rare earth ions can enhance all emissions. Er3+ can obtain energy from Tm3+ to enhance green and red emission. These colors can be tuned by optimizing the doping concentrations of the Er3+ ion. The color coordinates were adjusted by tuning both the Er3+ concentration and excitation laser pump power to shift the color coordinates and correlated color temperature. The findings of this study will broaden the potential practical applications of phosphors.

Background: Most heart failure (HF) patients were complicated with atrial fibrillation (AF). Previous study has reported a correlation between soluble suppression of tumorigenicity 2 (sST2) and HF. While the association between sST2 and AF in HF patients remains elusive, which will strengthen our understanding of sST2 in HF patients. Methods: In the study, a case-control study was conducted with 306 HF patients enrolled from June 2019 to June 2020 at Beijing Anzhen Hospital. All the patients were divided into the following two groups, based on whether they AF complications prior to admission: (I) the HF group (patients with HF alone) and the HF-AF group (HF patients complicated with AF). Baseline data and sST2 levels were assessed and compared between the two groups, and the influencing factors associated with AF in HF patients were screened. Results: The sST2 level in the HF-AF group was 40.6 (25.9-53.6) ng/mL, which was significantly higher than that in the HF group [23.7 (16.3-35.9) ng/mL] (P<0.001). Correlation analysis showed that sST2 level in the HF-AF group was positively correlated with age (r=0.287, P=0.001), New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade (r=0.470, P<0.0001), left ventricular diameter (LVD) (r=0.311, P=0.001), serum creatinine (r=0.320, P<0.0001), NT-pro-brain natriuretic peptide (r=0.540, P<0.0001), and D-dimer (r=0.322, P<0.0001), and negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) (r=-0.259, P=0.004), hemoglobin (r=-0.188, P=0.039), and glomerular filtration rate (r=-0.283, P=0.002). Logistic regression analysis results indicated that history of coronary heart disease [odds ratio (OR): 0.176, 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.081-0.380, P<0.0001], LVEF (OR: 0.956, 95% CI: 0.915-0.998, P=0.039), LVD (OR: 1.156, 95% CI: 1.059-1.261, P=0.001), left arterial diameter (OR: 0.761, 95% CI: 0.695-0.833, P<0.0001), and sST2 (OR: 0.942, 95% CI: 0.917-0.967, P<0.0001) were independent influencing factors associated with AF in HF patients. Conclusions: The sST2 level is an independent influencing factor associated with AF in HF patients, which may favor to optimize the clinical strategies in the management of HF patients complicated with AF.

Background: Autism spectrum disorder is characterized by atypical developmental changes during brain maturation, but regional brain functional changes that occur with age and across different frequency bands are unknown. Therefore, the current study aimed to explore potential age and frequency band-related changes in the regional brain activities in autism. Methods: A total of 65 participants who met the DSM-IV criteria for autistic disorder and 55 typically developed (TD) participants (both age 6-30 years) were recruited in the current study. The two groups were matched in age (t=-1.314, P=0.191) and gender (χ2=2.760, P=0.097). The amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (ALFF) was employed to explore the effect of development on spontaneous brain activity in individuals with autism and in TD participants across slow-5 (0.01-0.027 Hz), slow-4 (0.027-0.073 Hz), and slow-3 (0.073-0.1 Hz) frequency bands. The diagnosis-by-age interaction effect in the whole brain voxels in autism and TD groups was investigated. Results: Autism individuals showed significantly higher ALFF in the dorsal striatum in childhood (Caudate cluster: t=3.626, P=0.001; Putamen cluster: t=2.839, P=0.007) and remarkably lower ALFF in the dorsal striatum in adulthood (Caudate cluster: t=-2.198, P=0.038; Putamen cluster: t=-2.314, P=0.030) relative to TD, while no significant differences were observed in adolescence (all P>0.05). In addition, abnormal ALFF amplitudes were specific to the slow-4 (0.027-0.073 Hz) frequency band in the clusters above. Conclusions: The current study indicated abnormal development patterns in the spontaneous activity of the dorsal striatum in autism and highlighted the potential role of the slow-4 frequency band in the pathology of autism. Also, the potential brain mechanism of autism was revealed, suggesting that autism-related variations should be investigated in a specific frequency.

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of sacubitril-valsartan on rats with acute myocardial infarction. METHODS: Sprague-dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups. Rats in Group A and B were threaded without deligation and treated with valsartan (34 mg/kg) or sacubitril-valsartan (68 mg/kg) after operation. Rats in Group C and D were given the two drugs (34 mg/kg, 68 mg/kg) after ligation of the left anterior descending branch for 40 minutes. Rats in Group E and F were restored the blood of the coronary artery after ligation, and given the two drugs (34 mg/kg, 68 mg/kg) at the same time. N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, high sensitivity troponin T, aldosterone and Cyclic guanosine monophosphate were measured and Color Doppler echocardiography was performed. Six weeks later, the rats were killed, the hearts were weighed and stained with Masson staining. RESULTS: Compared with Group A and B, the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, high sensitivity troponin T, aldosterone and Cyclic guanosine monophosphate in other groups were significantly increased (p < 0.05). Before treatment, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter were similar in each group. After treatment, the levels of left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end systolic diameter, and collagen fiber range stained with blue in other groups were significantly increased in comparison with Group A and B (p < 0.05). In addition, the left ventricular volume and collagen fiber range stained with blue were notably decreased, the levels of ejection fraction (EF) were increased in sacubitril-valsartan groups in comparison with valsartan groups (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Early application of sacubitril-valsartan has a protective effect on rats with acute myocardial infarction.
