Small to moderate correlations were observed for scores of 32 males and 66 female undergraduates on the Narcissistic Personality Inventory and the Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory. Developmental questions are raised.

Severe skin involvement complicated a case of sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy in a young Malay girl. The clinical and histological features of this rare manifestation are described.

Before attempting any preventive action to control essential hypertension, we must know who is at risk. Normative data are needed for blood pressure, especially that measured in a non-clinical setting. This study measured blood pressure in a group of 2004 students aged six to 18. Their pressures were taken at school, and compared with those found in other studies where the pressures were taken in a clinical setting. A significant difference was found, suggesting that further investigation is needed into normative data.
RESUMO
In establishing a chronic haemodialysis unit in Brunei the difficulties encountered were less insuperable than had been expected. Quite unsophisticated patients successfully dialysed unattended in some cases, or with minimal supervision in others.
