RESUMO

In the modern environment, visual communication design has become a comprehensive subject that combines technology and art. The development of various technologies has promoted the emergence of new design art forms, and at the same time, it has also promoted the change of design concepts and thinking modes. Visual representation, as a representation practice to express the meaning of information in the form of visual symbols, is a method and means to realize information visualization. Based on visual interface design, this article takes interactivity and user experience as innovation points and digs into the design process of interactive information visualization to achieve the purpose of information transmission. By analyzing the cognitive tasks of users in each stage of visual thinking activities in visual terminals, this article proposes to optimize the interactive design of visual communication from the key points of attention, consciousness, and memory. In order to verify the feasibility of the interactive mode of visual communication based on information visualization theory, this article has carried out several comparative experiments with different models. Experimental results show that this algorithm has a faster convergence speed and a greater generalization ability, the accuracy of the algorithm reaches 96.03%, and the highest evaluation of user satisfaction is 95.93%. The interactive mode of visual communication in this article can provide means and reference value for the development direction of visual communication design.

RESUMO

Vanadate is an important functional material. It has been widely studied and applied in luminescence and photocatalysis. Vanadium compounds have been synthesized to investigate the thermal expansion properties and structure. Both BiVO4 and Co2V2O7 are monoclinic at room temperature, FeVO4's crystal structure is triclinic, and CrVO4 is orthorhombic. The relatively linear, thermal-expansion, and temperature-dependent Raman spectroscopy results showed that the phase transition of BiVO4 occurred at 200 to 300 °C. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of Co2V2O7 was larger than that of the monoclinic structure BiVO4. The CTE of the tetragonal structure of BiVO4 was 15.27 × 10-6 °C-1 which was the largest CTE in our measurement results, and the CTE of anorthic structure FeVO4 was 2.84 × 10-6 °C-1 and was the smallest.

RESUMO

The Wujiang River is a tributary of the upper Yangtze River that shows great variations in its flow regime and habitat condition. Dams have been built along the Wujiang River and have altered the habitats profoundly enough that they may give rise to reproductive isolation. To test whether the swimming performance and morphology of the Chinese hook snout carp (Opsariichthys bidens), varied among habitats and whether the possible differences had a genetic basis, we measured the steady and unsteady swimming performance, external body shape and genetic distance among fish collected from both the main and tributary streams of the upper, middle and lower reaches along the river. We also measured the routine energy expenditure (RMR), maximum metabolic rate (MMR), cost of transport (COT) and calculated the optimal swimming speed. The steady swimming capacity, RMR, MMR and optimal swimming speed were all higher and the COT was lower in the upper reach or tributary streams compared with the lower reach or main stream. However, unsteady swimming performance showed no variation among collecting sites. Flow regimes as suggested by river slope and water velocity were positively correlated with steady swimming performance but not with unsteady swimming performance. Predation stress were significantly related with body morphology and hence energy cost during swimming but not U(crit) value. The fish from only one population (Hao-Kou) showed relatively high genetic differentiation compared with the other populations. Fish from the upper reach or tributary streams exhibited improved steady swimming performance through improved respiratory capacity and lower energy expenditure during swimming at the cost of higher maintenance metabolism. There was no correlation between the steady and unsteady swimming performance at either the population or the individual levels. These results suggest that a trade-off between steady and unsteady swimming does not occur in O. bidens.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Sr2+ is the most efficient agent for mouse oocyte activation and functions by inducing Ca2+ oscillations. However, its specific mechanism of action remains unknown. Here we investigated the specificity and possible mechanism of Sr2+-induced Ca2+ oscillations in mouse oocytes and early embryos. METHODS: Ca2+ oscillations in oocytes and embryos were measured by ratiometric fluorescence imaging using fura-2AM. The role of phospholipase C (PLC) and inositol trisphosphate (InsP3) receptors in Sr2+-induced Ca2+ oscillations was examined by selective inhibitors. RESULTS: Sr2+ can induce Ca2+ oscillations in both immature and mature oocytes, and in early embryos. A cell cycle stage-dependent phenomenon to Sr2+ stimulation was observed in 1-cell embryos. By using a low molecular weight heparin to antagonize the function of InsP3 receptors, we were able to show that InsP3 receptors are essential for Sr2+-induced Ca2+ oscillations. Treating metaphase II (MII) oocytes with the PLC inhibitor, U73122, abolished Sr2+-induced increases in Ca2+. This inhibitory effect of U73122 could be rescued by microinjection of InsP3, indicating that Sr2+-induced Ca2+ oscillations require the synergistic action of InsP3. CONCLUSIONS: Sr2+-induced calcium oscillations in mouse oocytes and early embryos are mediated through InsP3 receptors, and require PLC activation and the synergistic action of InsP3.
