RESUMO

To analyze the research hotspots, frontiers and trends of fire needle clinical randomized controlled trial (RCT) literature in the past 10 years by using bibliometrics and knowledge mapping methods. Six Chinese and English databases including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed and Web of Science ( WOS ) were searched for RCT research literature on fire needle. CiteSpace V6.1.R6 and VOSviewer V1.6.18 software were used to analyze the cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword timeline, keyword emergence, etc., and to draw a visual knowledge map. A total of 1 973 Chinese articles and 3 English articles were included. The top three institutions that publish articles were Guangzhou University of CM, Heilongjiang University of CM and Beijing Hospital of TCM Affiliated to Capital Medical University. The fire needle was often combined with acupuncture, cupping and bloodletting therapy in the treatment of acne, vitiligo, lumbar disc herniation, herpes zoster, stroke sequelae, facial paralysis, knee osteoarthritis and so on. The research frontiers included the combined application of fire needle and other therapies, clinical mechanism research and efficacy evaluation index research. In the future, we should expand the dominant diseases, optimize the research design, strengthen the cooperation between the teams, and carry out high-level clinical research.

RESUMO

Starting from the perspective of meridian theory, this article briefly analyzes the meridian pathophysiology of snoring and the relationship between snoring and meridian theory. It proposes that acupuncture treatment for snoring should focus on regulating qi from the shaoyang meridians, harmonizing the spirit by the governor vessel, resolving phlegm through the three yang meridians, and harmonizing qi and blood from the yangming meridians. Additionally, attention is placed on both the root cause and the symptoms, the theory of "four seas". The ultimate goal is to promote the flow of meridian and qi-blood, improve symptoms such as nighttime snoring, poor sleep quality, and daytime sleepiness, and achieve the desired outcome of stopping snoring and ensuring restful sleep.

Objective: Gastric cancer is among the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system. This study explored the molecular mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets for gastric cancer occurrence and progression using bioinformatics. Methods: The gastric cancer microarray dataset was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. The R package was used for data mining and screening differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Gene Ontology (GO) analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genome (KEGG) pathway analysis were performed using the Database for Annotation, Visualization, and Integrated Discovery (DAVID). Based on the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis, core targets and core subsets were screened. Then, the relationship between the expression level of the core genes and the prognosis of gastric cancer patients was analyzed using the Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA) database. Results: Using the GSE19826 and GSE54129 datasets, a total of 550 DEGs were identified, including 248 upregulated and 302 downregulated genes. GO and KEGG analyses showed that the upregulated DEGs were mainly enriched in the extracellular matrix (ECM) organization of the biological process (BP), the collagen-containing ECM of cellular component (CC), and the ECM structural constituent of molecular function (MF). DEGs were also enriched in human papillomavirus infections, the focal adhesion pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and among others. The downregulated DEGs were mainly enriched in digestion, basal part of the cell, and aldo-keto reductase (NADP) activity. And the above pathways were enriched primarily in the metabolism of xenobiotics by cytochrome P450, drug metabolism-cytochrome P450, and retinol metabolism. Five core genes, including COL1A2, COL3A1, BGN, FN1, and VCAN, were significantly highly expressed in gastric cancer patients and were associated with poor prognosis. Conclusion: This study identified new potential molecular targets closely related to gastric cancer occurrence and development via mining public data using bioinformatics analysis methods.

BACKGROUND: Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed malignancy and a major cause of cancer-related deaths in women globally. Identification of novel prognostic and pathogenesis biomarkers play a pivotal role in the management of the disease. METHODS: Three data sets from the GEO database were used to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in breast cancer. Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopaedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analyses were performed to elucidate the functional roles of the DEGs. Besides, we investigated the translational and protein expression levels and survival data of the DEGs in patients with breast cancer from the Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA), Oncomine, Human Protein Atlas, and Kaplan Meier plotter tool databases. The corresponding change in the expression level of microRNAs in the DEGs was also predicted using miRWalk and TargetScan, and the expression profiles were analyzed using OncomiR. Finally, the expression of novel DEGs were validated in Chinese breast cancer tissues by RT-qPCR. RESULTS: A total of 46 DEGs were identified, and GO analysis revealed that these genes were mainly associated with biological processes involved in fatty acid, lipid localization, and regulation of lipid metabolism. Two novel biomarkers, ADH1A and IGSF10, and 4 other genes (APOD, KIT, RBP4, and SFRP1) that were implicated in the prognosis and pathogenesis of breast cancer, exhibited low expression levels in breast cancer tissues. Besides, 14/25 microRNAs targeting 6 genes were first predicted to be associated with breast cancer prognosis. RT-qPCR results of ADH1A and IGSF10 expression in Chinese breast cancer tissues were consistent with the database analysis and showed significant down-regulation. CONCLUSION: ADH1A, IGSF10, and the 14 microRNAs were found to be potential novel biomarkers for the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of breast cancer.

RESUMO

The paper introduced definition, composition and implementing situation on UDI in developed countries. The coding system based on GS1 standard was researched. First, the paper introduced GS1 coding system and analyzed the connection of UDI and GS1 coding system. Next, it gave examples to illustrate the method to mark the type, batch and a single product. Besides, the superiority and inferiority of UDI data carrier were analyzed. Finally, the implementing procedure and effect of UDI coding were described. it has some significance to guide medical device manufacturers, distributors and hospitals to use UDI coding correctly, and it is also beneficial to work out regulation and standard.
