RESUMO
We analyzed the results of surgical treatment of 360 patients for complicated defects of the abdominal wall, which carried out alloplastic for the period 20052015. In 332 (92.2%) patients were diagnosed comorbidities that require combined surgical treatment, in 16.4% of them the intraabdominal. Deformation of the abdominal wall, which required surgical correction, detected in 274 (76.1%) patients. Using differentiated approach allowed not only to firmly close a variety of localization and size of defects, at the same time eliminate the associated diseases that require surgical treatment, avoiding reoperations and associated complications, emotional and financial burden.
RESUMO
There were results adduced, concerning application of various kinds of alloplasty, done for complex defects of anterior abdominal wall, depending on degree of it tissues deficiency, what was determined, using the method proposed. Application of the method have permitted to estimate objectively the anterior abdominal wall tissues deficiency, and to individualize the choice of alloplasty method for the treatment results improvement.

The method of the implant fixation for prophylaxis of complications after alloplasty of complex abdominal wall defects was proposed. Taking into account physico-mechan- ical parameters of implant, degree of anisotropy, in accordance to mechanical and morphological characteristics of the abdominal wall musculo-aponeurotic structures, it is possible to individualize the choice maximally, to plan the alloplasty kind, and to determine the method of optimal surgical treatment objectively.
