[Transfusional action of a new hyperosmotic solution "sorbilact" in the therapy of late experimental hemorrhagic shock]. / Transfuziologicheskií potentsial novogo giperosmoliarnogo rastvora "sorbilact" v terapii pozdnego eksperimental'nogo gemorragicheskogo shoka.

In experiments on dogs, in whom a severe hemorrhagic shock was simulated the central cardiodynamics functions have been restored, the metabolic acidosis eliminated thrombocytic link of homeostasis normalized, the animals life span increased significantly under the influence of sorbilact intravenous infusion in the dose 10 ml/kg. Probable mechanisms of sorbilact therapeutic effect are considered.

[The effect of the blood corrective agent Lactosorbal on liver functional activity in dogs with a model of severe hemorrhagic shock]. / Vliianie gemokorrektora "Laktosorbal" na funktsional'nuiu aktivnost' pecheni u sobak s modelirovannym tiazhelym gemorragicheskim shokom.

A new complex action hemocorrective <> was studied for its effect on functional activity of the liver, for which purpose a total of 5 dogs subjected to severe hemorrhagic shock were used. Apart from marked hemodynamic effects the <> intravenous transfusions (10 ml/kg) promote restoration of hepatic functions and survival of animals. Possible modes of action responsible for therapeutic effect of <> are considered. The results of the present study serve to experimentally substentiate the use of <> in combined therapy of grave forms of shock of different genesis during all stages of medical evacuation as well as of acute renal insufficiency in clinical settings.

[Effects of intravenous transfusion of lactosorbal on the course and outcome of experimental hemorrhagic shock]. / Vliianie vnutrivennoi transfuzii laktosorbala na techenie i iskhod éksperimental'nogo gemorrhagicheskogo shoka.

Severe hemorrhagic shock was simulated in experiment on 5 dogs. The intravenous transfusion of a complex action hemocorrector Lactosorbal in the dose of 10 ml/kg provided the cardio- and haemodynamics indexes restoration, carbohydrate metabolism and acid-base equilibrium normalization, what promoted an experimental animals survival. Possible mechanisms of therapeutic action of preparation were considered.

[The use of a sodium lactate solution in the combined conservative treatment of patients with kidney stones]. / Primenenie rastvora natriia laktata v kompleksnom konservativnom lechenii bol'nykh pochechnokamennoi bolezn'iu.

A method is presented of complex medical treatment of patients with nephrolithiasis including intravenous systemic alkalinization of the urine with 1/6 M solution of sodium lactate, litholysis by citrates, use of urostatics and mineral waters of local origin. It is shown that complex medical treatment of nephrolithiasis including systemic alkalinization of the urine with a 1/6 M sodium lactate solution may be considered as a method of choice in obstructing calculi as non-operative treatment.

[The correction of functional disorders of the hemostatic system and of the rheological properties of the blood in dogs in the late period of hemorrhagic shock by the intravenous transfusion of lactoprotein]. / Korrektsiia funktsional'nykh narushenii sistemy gemostaza i reologicheskikh svoistv krovi u sobak v pozdnem periode gemorragicheskogo shoka posredstvom vnutrivennoi transfuzii laktoproteina.

In 9 dogs with severe hemorrhagic shock, the effect of hemocorrector "Lactoprotein" on the indices of coagulative hemostasis and rheologic blood properties was studied. It was established that in intravenous transfusion of lactoprotein at a dose of 10 ml/kg permitting to lead the animals out from the state of shock, the syndromes of disseminated intravascular coagulation and high viscosity of the blood were cupped off. However, by the end of 48 hours of observation, fibrinogen level in the blood of the animals increased sharply, while antithrombin-III concentration and hematocrit decreased. Together with recommendation to use lactoprotein in the complex of shock therapy at all the stages of medical evacuation, the conclusion about necessity to perform at the early postshock period the differential component hemo- and anticoagulative therapy has been made.
