RESUMO

It is well-established that multi-scale porous scaffolds can guide axonal growth and facilitate functional restoration after spinal cord injury (SCI). In this study, we developed a novel mussel shell-inspired conductive scaffold for SCI repair with ease of production, multi-scale porous structure, high flexibility, and excellent biocompatibility. By utilizing the reducing properties of polydopamine, non-conductive graphene oxide (GO) was converted into conductive reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and crosslinkedin situwithin the mussel shells. In vitroexperiments confirmed that this multi-scale porous Shell@PDA-GO could serve as structural cues for enhancing cell adhesion, differentiation, and maturation, as well as promoting the electrophysiological development of hippocampal neurons. After transplantation at the injury sites, the Shell@PDA-GO provided a pro-regenerative microenvironment, promoting endogenous neurogenesis, triggering neovascularization, and relieving glial fibrosis formation. Interestingly, the Shell@PDA-GO could induce the release of endogenous growth factors (NGF and NT-3), resulting in the complete regeneration of nerve fibers at 12 weeks. This work provides a feasible strategy for the exploration of conductive multi-scale patterned scaffold to repair SCI.

RESUMO

Jet fuel is the primary fuel used in the aviation industry, and its quality has a direct impact on the safety and operational efficiency of aircraft. The accurate quantitative detection and analysis of various physicochemical property indicators are important for improving and ensuring the quality of jet fuel in the domestic market. This study used near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy to establish a suitable model for the simultaneous and rapid detection of multiple physicochemical properties in jet fuel. Using more than 40 different sources of jet fuel, a rapid detection model was established by optimizing the spectral processing methods. The measurement models were separately built using the partial least-squares (PLS) and orthogonal PLS algorithms, and the model parameters were optimized. The results show that after the Savitzky-Golay second derivative preprocessing, the PLS model built using the feature spectra selected by the uninformative variable elimination wavelength algorithm achieved the best measurement performance. Compared with the PLS model without preprocessing, the range of the resulting accuracy improvement was at least 15.01%. Under the optimal model parameters, the calibration set regression coefficient (Rc2) of the 11 jet fuel property index models ranged from 0.9102 to 0.9763, with the root-mean-square error of calibration values up to 0.8468 °C (for flash points). The regression coefficient (Rp2) of the validation set ranged from 0.8239 to 0.9557, with the root-mean-square error of prediction values up to 1.1354 °C (for flash points). The ratios of prediction to deviation (RPD) values were all in the range of 1.9-3.0, indicating high accuracy and reliability of the model. The rapid NIR analysis method established in this study enables the simultaneous and rapid detection of multiple physicochemical properties of jet fuel, thereby providing effective technical support for ensuring the quality of jet fuel in the market.

RESUMO

Drug resistance is a serious problem for gefitinib in the treatment of lung cancer. Ginsenoside CK, a metabolite of diol ginsenosides, have many excellent pharmacological activities, but whether ginsenoside CK can overcome gefitinib resistance remains unclear. In our study, the sensitizing activity of ginsenoside CK on gefitinib-resistant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in vitro and in vivo was investigated. Ginsenoside CK was confirmed to enhance the anti-proliferation, pro-apoptotic and anti-migration effects of gefitinib in primary and acquired resistant NSCLC. Furthermore, the combined administration of CK and gefitinib effectively promoted the sensitivity of lung cancer xenograft to gefitinib in vivo, and the tumor inhibition rate reached 70.97% (vs. gefitinib monotherapy 32.65%). Subsequently, tubule formation experiment and western blot results showed that co-treatment of ginsenoside CK inhibited the angiogenesis ability of HUVEC cells, and inhibited the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, FGF and MMP2/9. More interestingly, ginsenoside CK co-treatment enhanced the expression of anti-angiogenic factor PF4, increased pericellular envelope, and promoted the normalization of vascular structure. In conclusion, ginsenoside CK improved the resistance of gefitinib by regulating the balance of angiogenic factors through down-regulating the HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway, providing a theoretical basis for improving the clinical efficacy of gefitinib and applying combined strategies to overcome drug resistance.

RESUMO

Methanol and ethanol gasoline are two emerging clean energy sources with different characteristics. To achieve the qualitative identification and quantitative analysis of the alcohols present in methanol and ethanol gasoline, effective chemical information (ECI) models based on the characteristic spectral bands of the near-infrared (NIR) spectra of the methanol and ethanol molecules were developed using the partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and partial least squares (PLS) algorithms. The ECI model was further compared with models built from the full wavenumber (Full) spectra, variable importance in projection (VIP) spectra, and Monte Carlo uninformative variable elimination (MC-UVE) spectra to determine the predictive performance of ECI model. Among the various qualitative identification models, it was found that the ECI-PLS-DA model, which is built using the differences in molecular chemical information between methanol and ethanol, exhibited sensitivity, specificity and accuracy values of 100%. The ECI-PLS-DA model accurately identified methanol gasoline and ethanol gasoline with different contents. In the quantitative analysis model for methanol gasoline, the methanol gasoline and ethanol gasoline ECI-PLS models exhibited the smallest root mean squared error of predictions (RMSEP) of 0.18 and 0.21% (v/v), respectively, compared to the other models. Meanwhile, the F-test and T-test results revealed that the NIR method employing the ECI-PLS model showed no significant difference compared to the standard method. Compared with other spectral models examined herein, the ECI model demonstrated the highest recognition success and determination accuracy. This study therefore established a highly accurate and rapid determination model for the qualitative identification and quantitative analysis based on chemical structures. It is expected that this model could be extended to the NIR analysis of other physicochemical properties of fuel.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to explore the effect of different organ metastasis on the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS: Patients with distant metastatic NSCLC were selected from Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results database during 2016 to 2019. The incidence of different organ metastasis and their association with clinicopathological factors were explored. Overall survival (OS) and lung cancer-specific survival (LCSS) for metastatic NSCLC were calculated, and multivariate Cox regression analysis was performed with a nomogram for OS being constructed based on Cox regression. RESULTS: Total 26,210 patients with distant metastatic NSCLC were included in this study. Around 48.9% of the metastatic NSCLC were multiple-organ metastasis and bone was the most commonly involved organ (44.4%). For patients with single-organ metastasis, the prognosis for lung or distant lymph nodes (LNs) metastasis was better than others (with median OS of 15 and 16 months for lung and distant LNs metastasis, respectively), and liver metastasis resulted in the worst prognosis with median OS of 8 months. A nomogram was constructed to visualize Cox regression model, along with the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve demonstrated good discrimination for the predictive model with 1- and 2-year area under the curve of ROC of 0.687 and 0.702, respectively. CONCLUSION: The prognosis of NSCLC patients with distant metastasis was poor. Liver metastasis results in the worst prognosis among the single-organ metastasis. The nomogram developed based on the Cox regression model has provided a useful tool to estimate the probability of OS of the metastatic NSCLC.

RESUMO

Gefitinib, as the first-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI), has achieved great advances in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but drug resistance will inevitably occur. Therefore, exploring the resistance mechanism of gefitinib and developing new combination treatment strategies are of great importance. In our study, the results showed that selumetinib (AZD6244) synergistically inhibited the proliferation of NSCLC with gefitinib. Selumetinib also enhanced gefitinib-induced apoptosis and migration inhibition ability in gefitinib-resistant lung cancer cell lines. Subsequently, the negative regulation between MIG6 and STAT3 was observed and verified through the STRING database and western blotting assays. Sustained activation of STAT3 was significantly downregulated when co-treatment with selumetinib in gefitinib-resistant cells. However, the downregulation of p-STAT3, resulting from the combination of selumetinib and gefitinib was counteracted by the deletion of MIG6, suggesting that selumetinib enhanced gefitinib sensitivity by regulating MIG6/STAT3 in NSCLC. In contrast, p-STAT3 was further inhibited after treatment with gefitinib and selumetinib when MIG6 was overexpressed. Furthermore, the combined administration of selumetinib and gefitinib effectively promoted the sensitivity of lung cancer xenografts to gefitinib in vivo, and the tumor inhibition rate reached 81.49%, while the tumor inhibition rate of the gefitinib monotherapy group was only 31.95%. Overall, MIG6/STAT3 negative regulation plays an important role in the sustained activation of STAT3 and the resistance to EGFR-TKIs. Our study also suggests that EGFR-TKIs combined with MEK1/2 inhibitors, such as selumetinib, may be beneficial to those NSCLC patients who develop a primary or acquired resistance to EGFR-TKIs, providing theoretical support for combining TKIs and selumetinib in clinical cancer treatment.

RESUMO

Chlorogenic acid is a bioactive compound ubiquitously present in the natural realm, lauded for its salient anti-inflammatory and antioxidant attributes. It executes its anti-inflammatory function by moderating the synthesis and secretion of inflammatory mediators, namely, TNF-α, IL-1ß, IL-6, IL-8, NO, and PGE2. Concurrently, it modulates key signaling pathways and associated factors, including NF-κB, MAPK, Nrf2, and others, bestowing protection upon cells and tissues against afflictions such as cardio-cerebrovascular and diabetes mellitus. Nevertheless, the inherent low bioavailability of chlorogenic acid poses challenges in practical deployments. To surmount this limitation, sophisticated delivery systems, encompassing liposomes, micelles, and nanoparticles, have been devised, accentuating their stability, release mechanisms, and bioactivity. Given its innate anti-inflammatory prowess and safety profile, chlorogenic acid stands as a promising contender for advanced biomedical investigations and translational clinical endeavors.

RESUMO

Lung cancer is the malignancy with the highest morbidity and mortality. Additionally, pulmonary inflammatory diseases, such as pneumonia, acute lung injury, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pulmonary fibrosis (PF), also have high mortality rates and can promote the development and progression of lung cancer. Unfortunately, available treatments for them are limited, so it is critical to search for effective drugs and treatment strategies to protect the lungs. Ginsenosides, the main active components of ginseng, have been shown to have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory activities. In this paper, we focus on the beneficial effects of ginsenosides on lung diseases and their molecular mechanisms. Firstly, the molecular mechanism of ginsenosides against lung cancer was summarized in detail, mainly from the points of view of proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, angiogenesis, metastasis, drug resistance and immunity. In in vivo and in vitro lung cancer models, ginsenosides Rg3, Rh2 and CK were reported to have strong anti-lung cancer effects. Then, in the models of pneumonia and acute lung injury, the protective effect of Rb1 was particularly remarkable, followed by Rg3 and Rg1, and its molecular mechanism was mainly associated with targeting NF-κB, Nrf2, MAPK and PI3K/Akt pathways to alleviate inflammation, oxidative stress and apoptosis. Additionally, ginsenosides may also have a potential health-promoting effect in the improvement of COPD, asthma and PF. Furthermore, to overcome the low bioavailability of CK and Rh2, the development of nanoparticles, micelles, liposomes and other nanomedicine delivery systems can significantly improve the efficacy of targeted lung cancer treatment. To conclude, ginsenosides can be used as both anti-lung cancer and lung protective agents or adjuvants and have great potential for future clinical applications.

RESUMO

Four undescribed pyranone derivatives, named ascomycopyrones A-D (1-4), as well as one known analogue simplicilopyrone (5) (this is the first study to report the absolute configuration), were isolated from the endophytic fungus Ascomycota sp. FAE17 derived from the flowers of Scutellaria formosa. The structures of these pyranones were identified by comprehensive spectroscopic and MS analyses, and the absolute configurations were determined by their experimental and quantum chemical electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. All isolated compounds were tested for various bioactivities, including antibacterial, cytotoxic activity, and NO inhibitory activity. Unfortunately, none of the compounds showed significant bioactivities.

RESUMO

The biomimetic construction of a microstructural-mechanical-electrical anisotropic microenvironment adaptive to the native cardiac tissue is essential to repair myocardial infarction (MI). Inspired by the 3D anisotropic characteristic of the natural fish swim bladder (FSB), a novel flexible, anisotropic, and conductive hydrogel was developed for tissue-specific adaptation to the anisotropic structural, conductive, and mechanical features of the native cardiac extracellular matrix. The results revealed that the originally stiff, homogeneous FSB film was tailored to a highly flexible anisotropic hydrogel, enabling its potential as a functional engineered cardiac patch (ECP). In vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrated the enhanced electrophysiological activity, maturation, elongation, and orientation of cardiomyocytes (CMs), and marked MI repair performance with reduced CM apoptosis and myocardial fibrosis, thereby promoting cell retention, myogenesis, and vascularization, as well as improving electrical integration. Our findings offer a potential strategy for functional ECP and provides a novel strategy to bionically simulate the complex cardiac repair environment.

RESUMO

Background: Nuclear receptor coactivator 5 (NCOA5) plays a significant role in the progression of human cancer. However, its expression in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is unknown. The current study was designed to explore to investigate the clinical significance of NCOA5 and its correlation with the prognosis of EOC. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NCOA5 in 60 patients with EOC in this retrospective study and statistical analysis was performed to assess its relevance to clinicopathologic features and survival. Results: NCOA5 expression was significantly higher in EOC than in normal ovarian tissues (P < 0.001). Its expression level was significantly correlated with FIGO stage (P <0. 05) and subtypes of ovarian cancer (P < 0.001), while not correlation with age , differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). Correlation analysis showed that NCOA5 was significantly correlated with CA125 (P < 0.001) and HE4 (P < 0.01). In a Kaplan-Meier analysis of overall survival rates, the patients with low expression of NCOA5 had significantly longer survival than high expression of NCOA5 (p=0.038). Conclusion: NCOA5 high expression is associated with EOC progression and can be an independent factor affecting the prognosis of EOC patients.

RESUMO

Atrophy and weakness of the limbs is a common condition in animals, especially dogs. It typically presents with flaccidity and weakness of the limbs, especially the hind legs, muscle atrophy, and the inability to walk. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM), this is known as wei syndrome (WS). According to TCM, the etiology of WS can be (1) lung heat and fluid consumption; (2) insufficiency of the liver and kidneys; (3) dampness-heat invasion; (4) damage to the spleen and stomach, which are also the patterns of WS. This report aims to provide an alternative option for the treatment of canine paralysis. Four dogs with different WS patterns were treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, and Chinese herbs based on the guidelines of the TCM literature. Three patients recovered normal functioning. The fourth patient could walk normally after 2 weeks of treatment, but his hind limbs became weak again 3 months later. Weekly acupuncture treatment was resumed until his death 18 months later. TCM application of acupuncture, moxibustion, and Chinese herbs can be an effective treatment for canine WS. It is hoped that this case report will broaden the treatment options of other veterinarians when patients present with this condition.

RESUMO

More pharmacological effects of polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicines have been discovered in recent years. Epimedium has been used for thousands of years as a traditional Chinese medicine in China. Water-soluble Epimedium polysaccharides is one of the main ingredients of Epimedium, which is one of the main active ingredients of Epimedium, mainly composed of mannose, rhamnose, galacturonic acid, glucose, and galactose. The extraction methods of Epimedium polysaccharides including hot water extraction, cellulase extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasound compound enzyme and ultra-high pressure extraction, they affect the yield of Epimedium polysaccharides. The characteristics of deproteinization including enzyme deproteinization, macroporous resin deproteinization and Sevag methods are introduced respectively. Some chemical modification methods of Epimedium polysaccharides are also involved such as phosphorylation, sulfation, selenization, and lipids encapsulated. Epimedium polysaccharides have a variety of pharmacological activities, including immune promotion, reproduction promotion, anti-osteoporosis, anti-tumor, antioxidant, anti-fatigue and antivirus, also beneficial to nervous and hematopoietic systems. At present, the research of Epimedium polysaccharides has been in depth. In this paper, the research progress on extraction, purification, chemical modification methods and pharmacological activity of Epimedium polysaccharides summarized. The aim is to provide reference for further research and development of Epimedium polysaccharides.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: We aimed to explore the clinicodemographic characteristics and prognosis of grey zone squamous cell cancer (GZSCC) located in the overlapping or ambiguous area of oral cavity and oropharynx and to identify valuable factors that would improve its differential diagnosis and prognosis. METHODS: Information of GZSCC patients in the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database were compared to patients with oral cavity (OCSCC) and oropharyngeal (OPSCC) squamous cell carcinomas with corresponding HPV status, respectively. Kaplan-Meier method with log-rank test and multivariate Cox regression analysis were applied to assess associations between clinical characteristics and overall survival (OS). A predictive model integrating age, gender, marital status, HPV status and staging variables was conducted to classify GZSCC patients into three risk groups and verified internally by tenfold cross validation. RESULTS: A total of 3318 GZSCC, 10792 OPSCC and 6656 OCSCC patients were identified. HPV-positive GZSCC patients had the best 5-year OS as HPV-positive OPSCC (81% vs. 82%). However, the 5-year OS of HPV-negative/unknown GZSCC (43%/42%) were the worst among all groups, indicating that HPV status and the overlapping nature of tumors were valuable prognostic predictors in GZSCC patients. Compared with the strategy of dividing GZSCC into two groups by HPV status, the predictive model integrating more variables could additionally identify a unique high-risk GZSCC group with the lowest OS rate. CONCLUSIONS: GZSCC patients had distinct clinical characteristics and prognosis compared with OPSCC and OCSCC, integrating HPV status and other clinical factors could help distinguish GZSCC and predict their prognosis.

RESUMO

Differential scanning calorimetry can be used to measure the impurity contents of pure organic substances on the principle of freezing-point depression. Impurity determination by differential scanning calorimetry with a dynamic method, which has the advantages of speediness and convenience, remains to be explored. Here, a series of acetanilide and dibenzothiophene samples with various purities was prepared through zone melting, and the samples were then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. A modified dynamic method, including encapsulating the analyte in a volatile pan through cold welding, remelting the analyte with a low heating rate, calculating the melted fraction considering the area of the tailing under the heat-flow curve, and reducing the error from solid-solution formation, is proposed. Encapsulating with a volatile pan using a proper torque gave an accurate result. Remelting gave a lower impurity content and a more narrow and sooth peak of heat-flow compared with the first melting. The impurity-content results calculated by the modified method were usually higher than those calculated by the ASTM standard method. For acetanilide and dibenzothiophene with impurity contents of less than 0.30%, the modified dynamic method showed good accuracy. The proposed method is applicable to determination of reference materials of organic substances with high purity owing to its accuracy and convenience.

RESUMO

PURPOSE: Reconstruction of the esophagus with sternohyoid muscle after enucleation of the cervical esophageal leiomyosarcoma (ELS) was rarely reported. METHODS: A case of 55-year-old female with a large leiomyosarcoma in the cervical esophagus was reported. The tumor was enucleated, and the defect of the esophagus was patched with left sternohyoid muscle flap. RESULTS: The patient recovered uneventfully after surgery. She has not had any discomfort with swallowing since surgery, and nowadays, there is not any recurrence and metastasis being detected. CONCLUSION: It is minimal invasive and simple to enucleate the cervical ELS and patch the defect of esophagus with sternohyoid muscle flap. For some selected patients, this method may be a promising surgical procedure to achieve both good swallowing function and satisfying prognosis.

RESUMO

The purpose of this article is to study the effects and mechanism of miR-4796 in the process of ophiopogon polysaccharide liposome (OPL) regulation of the immune activity of Kupffer cells (KCs). In this study, KCs were used as cell models, and were treated with OPL in different concentrations after being transfected with miR-4796 mimic or miR-4796 inhibitor. Firstly, the secretion of NO and iNOS, phagocytic activity, the expression of surface molecules CD14 and MHC II, apoptosis and ROS secretion were measured by Griess, flow cytometry, fluorescence staining and ELISA. Then, real-time PCR and Western blot were used to measure the expression of TLR4, IKKß, MyD88 and NF-κB in the TLR4-NF-κB signaling pathway. The results showed that after transfection with miR-4796 mimic, the secretion of NO and iNOS, cell migration, cell phagocytosis and expression levels of CD14 and MHC II in the OPL group were significantly higher than those in the miR-4796 mimic control group (p < 0.05; p < 0.01). In addition, the mRNA and protein expression levels of TLR4, MyD88 and NF-κB were significantly higher than those in miR-4796 mimic control group (p < 0.05; p < 0.01). After transfection with miR-4796 inhibitor, the secretion of NO and iNOS, cell migration, cell phagocytosis, expression of CD14 and MHCII in OPL group were significantly higher than those in the miR-4796 inhibitor control group (p < 0.05; p < 0.01). These results indicated that OPL could regulate the immune activity of KCs by regulating miR-4796 and activating the TLR4-NF-κB signaling pathway.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Cluster of differentiation 147 (CD147) overexpression plays a key role in the proliferation, differentiation, invasion, metastasis, and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between rs6757 and the HCC risk in the South Chinese population, and the functional significance of rs6757 by affecting the efficacy of microRNA-3976 (miR-3976) binding to the CD147 3'-UTR. METHODS: We performed a retrospective case-control study to analyze the association between rs6757 and the risk of HCC. We chose candidate microRNAs with the potential of interacting with rs6757 through a series of silico analyses. A luciferase reporter gene assay was implemented to detect the binding extent of microRNAs to each polymorphic allele of rs6757. RESULTS: An obvious association between rs6757 and the risk of HCC was detected in C vs. T (OR = 1.826, 95% CI [1.263-2.642]), CC vs. TT (OR = 4.513, 95% CI [1.510-13.489]), dominant genetic model (OR = 1.824, 95% CI [1.120-2.965]), and recessive genetic model (OR = 3.765, 95% CI [1.286-11.020]). Bioinformatics analysis indicated that miR-3976 binding sites containing the rs6757-T allele had lower free energies than those with the C allele, the lower free energies, the higher affinities. Luciferase activity was remarkably decreased by miR-3976 binding to the CD147 3'-UTR bearing rs6757 T allele, which could be reversed by miR-3976 inhibitors. Furthermore, miR-3976 reduced the luciferase expression in a manner of dose-dependent when cotransfected with constructs with the CD147-TT-pSICHECK2. CONCLUSIONS: The research we have done suggests that rs6757 confers the CD147 allele-specific translational suppression by miR-3976, which provides a theoretical basis for antineoplastic therapy targeting CD147.

RESUMO

Aqueous alkaline batteries (AABs) with the merits of both high energy density and power density have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for the new generation of energy storage devices, while their practical applications are still limited by the lack of high-performance electrode materials, especially for the anode materials. Herein, metallic bismuth-bismuth oxide nanoparticles (Bi-Bi2O3), with numerous heterogeneous interfaces, are successfully anchored and uniformly distributed on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) sheets. When Bi-Bi2O3/rGO-20 electrode is used as the anode material for an AAB, it shows a high specific capacity of 288.0 mA h g-1 (1036.9 F g-1) at 1 A g-1 and good rate capability (74.7% of capacity retention ratio at 20 A g-1). Additionally, in order to match well with a Bi-Bi2O3/rGO-20 anode, CoVSx thin sheets decorated with Ni-Co layered double hydroxide sheets (NiCo-LDH) were successfully constructed via a facile multistep hydrothermal method and a subsequent electrodeposition process. The resulting cathode exhibits a high specific capacity of 306.0 mA h g-1 (2448 F g-1) at 1 A g-1. The assembled CoVSx@NiCo-LDH//Bi-Bi2O3/rGO-20 AAB delivers an outstanding energy density of 106.1 Wh kg-1 at a power density of 789.6 W kg-1. Besides, the as-synthesized Bi-based electrode is also used in aqueous Zn alkaline batteries to further extend its application and the assembled Bi-Bi2O3/rGO-20//Zn batteries possess an ultralong flat discharge plateau and exhibit a specific capacity of 250.6 mA h g-1 at 1 A g-1. The results demonstrate that the as-assembled AAB has huge potential for practical applications and provides an inspiration for the next-generation energy storage devices.
