[Algorithm for the diagnosis of the vertebral artery compression syndrome based on sensitivity of ultrasound and angiographic methods].

Comparative analysis of selective angiography, enhanced magnetic resonance angiography and ultrasound proposed method allowed us to determine their sensitivity. Thus, the sensitivity of selective angiography in extravasal vertebral artery compression is 57.1%, magnetic resonance angiography--88% and triplex ultrasound-- 91.3%.
