RESUMO

Calcium phosphate cement(CPC)has been widely used as bone fillers because of its excellent bioactivity and biocompatibility.Meanwhile,CPC is also an attractive candidate for the incorporation of drug or microspheres,because the preparing procedure avoids sintering and heating release.This paper summarizes the clinical applications of microspheres incorporated in CPC from the aspects of sustained drug release,accelerated degradation,porous structure and improved mechanical properties.The paper is aimed to analyze the methods and principles of microspheres loaded CPC,and so as to lay a foundation for the further research of improving and manufacturing the CPC with ideal properties.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To develop a spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) system, for precisely imaging the accommodation of the anterior segment of the human eye. METHODS: Design the SD-OCT system based on two Michelson interferometer by using the basic principal of weak coherent light interference and modular design of dual channel dual focus. RESULTS: The system can provide simultaneous cross-sectional imaging of all the surfaces of the anterior segment of the eye including the cornea, anterior chamber, anterior and posterior surfaces of the crystalline lens. Thus, the dynamic change of modification of the curvatures can be calculated in real time. CONCLUSIONS: The system was successfully tested in imaging accommodation, with high resolution and non contact. The preliminary results demonstrated the feasibility of this novel approach to measure the eye parameters.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To develop a nebulizer controller which can be used to control the ultrasonic nebulizer and spray atomizer which can optimize the working of the nebulizer in pulse way, in a purpose to save the medication and minimize the impact on the environment. METHODS: Design the controller by using SCM to adjust the frequency and duty factor of the nebulizer pulse. The output pulse of the controller can drive a relay or a electromagnetic valve to control the pulse work of the two kind of nebulizer. RESULTS: The controller can work in a pulse way, and patients can inhale in pace with the nebulizer. CONCLUSION: The controller can save the medication by 50%, and reduce the impact on the environment by 50%.
