RESUMO

The authors report a case of intracranial arteriovenous malformation in functional areas, initially presenting with symptomatic epilepsy was surgically excised by the Neurosurgery Department of our hospital. The patient's head computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and digital subtraction angiography examination suggested intracranial arteriovenous malformations in the left frontal functional area. A preoperative 3D-reconstruction technique was used to reconstruct the malformed vascular mass, supplying arteries, draining veins, and precise surgical resection was performed. Postoperative pathology indicated vascular malformation. No seizures occurred after surgery. There was no further neurological impairment. Preoperative use of image postprocessing techniques can facilitate precise surgical resection of brain arteriovenous malformations. Three-dimensional Slicer in cerebral arteriovenous malformations in functional areas not only shortened the preoperative planning time but also improved the efficiency of the surgery. Reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It is helpful for further popularization and application.

RESUMO

Honeysuckle is a lonicera plant, commonly used traditional precious raw material for medicine in China, and is a commonly used Chinese native medicine and an important material for cold drink. Honeysuckle has the effect of alleviating fever and disintoxicating, and is used mainly to treat the carbuncular swelling, and cure boils, throat rheumatism, erysipelas, painfully hot sun blood dysentery, cold, and various diseases accompanied by fever. The simultaneous determination of multi-metal elements in honeysuckle was studied by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrum (ICP-AES) after carbon pick-up acid dissolvation digestion. The average recovery of the method for Cu, Mn, Ni, Pb, Fe, Cr, Ca and Mg in honeysuckle was found to be 83.8%-115.6%, while RSD (n = 10) is 1.1%-4.9% for the multi-elements in honeysuckle. The method was applied to the analysis of some practical samples and the results obtained were satisfactory. Fe and Mn are rather rich in honeysuckle. It is of important significance to assess the value of the food cooked with medicinal herbs by the determination of multi-trace elements.

RESUMO

Determination of metal elements in buds of Syzygium aromaticum (L. )Merr. et Perry was studied by ICP-AES after HNO3-H2O2 digestion. The average recovery of the method for K, Mg, and trace elements such as Cu, Fe, Cr, Zn, Mn and Pb in the buds of Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. et Perry was found to be 91.8% -112.2%, while RSD (n = 5) is 0.4% - 4.9% for the metal elements. The method was applied to the analysis of some practical samples, and the results obtained were satisfactory. There is rich Mn in the samples. It is of important significance to assess the value of the Chinese medicine by the determination of trace elements in Chinese medicine with ICP-AES.

RESUMO

The determination of metal elements in Chinese medicine wild jujube seed decoction was studied by ICP-AES after HNO3-H2O2 digestion. The average recoveries of the method for Ca, Cr, Al, Fe, K, Mg, Mn and Zn in wild jujube seed decoction were found to be 95.5%-106.8%, while RSD (n=5) was found to be 1.7%-3.9% for these metal elements. The method was applied to the analysis of some practical samples and the results obtained were satisfactory.

RESUMO

Calcium is the necessity element in human body and its content has effect on exciting muscle or nerve. Calcium is important in the physiologic process of muscle or nervous reaction, nervous impulse transmission, heartbeat rhythm maintenance, blood solidification, cell coherence and so on. Determination of calcium element in Chinese medicine wild jujube seed decoction and radix puerariae was studied by ICP-AES after they were digested with HNO3-HClO4. The precision (RSD) is 1.7%. The average recovery of calcium in wild jujube seed decoction is 97.7% and in radix puerariae is 104.4%. Calcium was abundant in Chinese medicine and could play certain pharmacologic role in Chinese medicine. It is of important significance to assess the value of Chinese medicine by determination of calcium element in Chinese medicine with ICP-AES.
