RESUMO

Based on a microeconomic entity perspective, this paper empirically examines the effect of enterprise digitalization on resource mismatch. We found that, firstly, an increasing in enterprise digitalization reduces resource mismatch. Moreover, the results remain robust after considering endogeneity and changing the variable measurements. Secondly, enterprise digitalization can significantly reduce resource mismatch of private and large-scale enterprises and significantly contribute to reducing enterprise resource mismatch in low marketability regions and eastern regions. Thirdly, enterprise digital transformation can reduce resource mismatch by decreasing operating costs and financing constraints; Executive incentives can help reduce resource mismatch in the digital process of enterprises. Fourthly, the increase in enterprise digitalization contributes to an enhance in corporate social responsibility, and enterprise resource mismatch plays a mediating role in the relationship of enterprise digitalization development improving corporate social responsibility. Finally, in response to the findings of the study, the paper suggests countermeasures for regional and corporate countermeasures regarding digital development.

All-inorganic lead halide perovskites and quantum dots (QDs) have gained significant attention since their emergence, owing to their immense potential for applications in optoelectronic devices. Here, enhanced-performance broadband photodetectors based on the bulk-heterostructure of a CsPbBr3 perovskite and PbS colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) are presented, and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([EMIM]BF4) ionic liquids as a dual-purpose additive were introduced in the blended film to regulate the surface of QDs by facilitating surface passivation, adjusting energy levels, and coupling with longer alkyl chains as compared to iodide ions (I-). As a result, a superior-quality bulk-heterostructure based photodetector with long-term stability was obtained, showing outstanding performance in photodetection across the visible to near-infrared wavelength range, demonstrating a high photoresponsivity of 22.4 A W-1 with a response time of 16.2 ms and a specific detectivity of 1.58 × 1014 Jones under 405 nm illumination. Thus, this work provides a novel modification strategy for PbS:CsPbBr3 as a promising material for novel optoelectronics.

Innovation efficiency is an important manifestation of regional innovation capacity, and how to improve regional innovation efficiency is crucial to regional development. This study empirically explores the impact of industrial intelligence on regional innovation efficiency and the possible influence of approaches and mechanisms. The empirical results revealed the following. First, the development level of industrial intelligence can positively affect regional innovation efficiency, while beyond a certain level, its role in promoting regional innovation efficiency will weaken, exhibiting an inverted U-shaped effect. Second, compared with the application research by enterprises, industrial intelligence plays a stronger role in promoting the innovation efficiency of basic research by scientific research institutes. Third, human capital situation, financial development level, and industrial structure upgrading are three significant channels for industrial intelligence to promote regional innovation efficiency. Therefore, accelerating the development of industrial intelligence, formulating individualized policies for different innovative entities, and rationally allocating resources related to the development of industrial intelligence are needed to be taken to improve regional innovation.
