INTRODUCTION: Migraine is a debilitating headache disorder with a high prevalence in Japan that imposes significant societal burden. Although the Japanese Clinical Practice Guideline for Headache Disorders 2021 recommends both acute and preventive migraine treatments, the usage of preventive treatments is still limited. Therefore, it is crucial to understand the treatment preferences of patients with migraine pertaining to both acute and preventive treatments. METHODS: A mixed-methods study including a discrete choice experiment (DCE) was conducted with Japanese patients with migraine (10 for the qualitative interviews, and 400 for the DCE) who were recruited from the Rakuten Insight panel. The DCE presented hypothetical treatment options including oral acute, oral preventive, and injectable preventive medications. Six attributes (method of delivery, reduction of pain, impact of headaches on daily routines, dosage adjustability, and temporary and persistent side effects) each with three levels were included in the survey. A hierarchical Bayesian model was used to estimate relative attribute importance scores (RAI) for all attributes. RESULTS: For the 400 participants in the DCE, the most common age bracket was 40-49 years old, and the majority were female (66.75%). RAI estimates indicated that "method of delivery" was the most important attribute for patients (RAI 51.92, SD = 10.20), followed by "reduction of pain when experiencing a headache" (RAI 17.00, SD = 7.74). Oral preventive treatments were preferred over injectable preventive treatments. The qualitative interviews showed that patients prefer oral medications to injectable treatments, and a lack of awareness regarding preventive treatments. CONCLUSION: This study found that the "method of delivery" was the most important driver of treatment preferences of patients with migraine in Japan, with oral acute medications being preferred. Oral preventive treatments were found to be preferred over injectable treatments. These results may indicate the need for increased education regarding preventive treatments, as well as the need for further development of these treatments.

Objectives: To investigate whether phakia affects the outcome of XEN-45 gel stent implantation in the treatment of pseudoexfoliative glaucoma (PXG). Methods: A retrospective, comparative cohort study of 30 phakic and 55 pseudophakic PXG patients who received the XEN-45 gel stent at a tertiary centre. The primary outcome measure was two-year success defined as a ≥20% lowering of intraocular pressure (IOP) and a target IOP of 6-21 mmHg. Success was complete without and qualified irrespective of antiglaucoma medication use. Further glaucoma surgery other than needling was regarded as a failure. The secondary outcome measures included changes in IOP, revision and complication rates. Results: The complete two-year success rates were 70% and 59% in the phakic and pseudophakic groups, respectively (p = 0.75, log-rank test), and the qualified rates were 80% and 72%, respectively (p = 0.89). The median IOP reduction from baseline was 54% in phakic, and 46% in pseudophakic eyes. While needling rates were similar, the incidence of early incisional bleb revisions was significantly higher in the phakic eyes (13% vs. 0% within 3 months; p = 0.0098, chi-square). Increasing after a year, significantly more pseudophakic eyes failed due to secondary glaucoma surgery (16% vs. 0%; p = 0.0191). Conclusions: The XEN-45 gel stent offers equally effective IOP control for both phakic and pseudophakic patients. However, the onset of bleb revisions and the necessity for secondary glaucoma surgery differed significantly between the groups.

BACKGROUND: Minimally invasive bleb surgery using the XEN-45 gel stent has not been established for the treatment of normal-tension glaucoma (NTG). The main objective of this study was to evaluate the long-term treatment efficacy and safety of XEN-45 in eyes with uncontrolled NTG. METHODS: A retrospective analysis of patients with NTG who underwent XEN-45 gel stent implantation at university hospital Tuebingen between 2016 and 2021. The primary outcome measure was surgical success after three years defined as lowering of intraocular pressure (IOP) of ≥ 20%, with target IOP between 6 and 15 mmHg. Success was complete without and qualified irrespective of topical antiglaucoma medication use. The need for further glaucoma surgery, except for needling, was regarded as a failure. The secondary outcome measures included changes in mean IOP, number of antiglaucoma medications, and needling and complication rates. RESULTS: Twenty-eight eyes from 23 patients were included in the final analysis. Complete and qualified success rates were 56.5% and 75% after three years, respectively. Mean postoperative IOP ± standard deviation decreased significantly after three years from 19.3 ± 2.0 mmHg at baseline to 13.7 ± 4.2 mmHg (n = 22; p < 0.0001). The median number of antiglaucoma medications decreased from 2 (range 0-4) to 0 after three years (range 0-3; p < 0.0001). Sixteen eyes (57%) required a median of 1 (range 1-3) needling procedures. One eye required further glaucoma surgery. No sight-threatening complications were observed. CONCLUSION: The XEN-45 stent is effective and safe for the long-term treatment of NTG. However, needling was frequently required to improve outcomes.

Valid measurement instruments are needed to investigate the impact of parental bonding on child health development. The aim was to develop and validate a self-report questionnaire, the Parent-to-Infant Bonding Scale (PIBS) to measure bonding in both mothers and fathers. Internal consistency and construct validity were analysed using data from Swedish parents from both clinical (N = 182), and community (N = 122) population samples. Overall, good or acceptable internal consistency of the PIBS appeared. Convergent validity (against the Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire, analysed in the clinical sample) and discriminant validity (against the mental health constructs of depressive symptoms and anxiety) were demonstrated. The results support the PIBS as a measure of maternal and paternal bonding in community and clinical populations. Assessments of criterion validity in these populations are desirable. The similarities in PIBS measurement properties between the parent groups suggest its usefulness for comparisons between mothers and fathers, and for future investigations of unique and interactive impacts of maternal and paternal bonding on child outcomes using community and clinical cohorts.

BACKGROUND: The quality of mother-to-infant bonding (MIB) is a crucial determinant of nurturing behaviors and infant development, with bonding difficulties (MIBD) posing a substantial threat. While it is essential to identify MIBD risk factors, previous studies have generally examined MIBD at one time point, leaving the contributors to persistent MIBD uncertain. This study aims to discern longitudinal risk factors for persistent versus episodic MIBD. METHODS: We evaluated 1833 postpartum Japanese women who delivered in the past twelve months, utilizing the Mother-to-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS) and other sociodemographic, health, pregnancy, childbirth, and child-rearing related data (T1). Follow-up data were obtained six months later (T2). MIBD was defined as a MIBS score of five or more, with "persistent" and "episodic" MIBD classified based on its occurrence at both or either one of the time points, respectively. Logistic generalized estimating equations and inverse probability weighting were used to identify risk factors and address selective attribution bias. RESULTS: Of the subjects, 15.8 % reported episodic and 11.3 % reported persistent MIBD. Shared risk factors for both conditions included postpartum depression and low levels of family support (OR = 1.501-6.343). However, pre-pregnancy underweight status (OR = 1.698) was a unique risk factor for episodic MIBD, while first-time motherhood, no or discontinuation of breastfeeding, and later postpartum months (OR = 1.540-3.179) were distinctive risk factors for persistent MIBD. CONCLUSION: We identified both shared and unique risk factors for episodic and persistent MIBD. Particular attention should be afforded to persistent MIBD and early and proactive interventions to mitigate identified risk factors are recommended.

Rechargeable magnesium-ion batteries possess desirable characteristics in large-scale energy storage applications. However, severe polarization, sluggish kinetics and structural instability caused by high charge density Mg2+ hinder the development of high-performance cathode materials. Herein, the anionic redox chemistry in VS4 is successfully activated by inducing cations reduction and introducing anionic vacancies via polyacrylonitrile (PAN) intercalation. Increased interlayer spacing and structural vacancies can promote the electrolyte ions migration and accelerate the reaction kinetics. Thanks to this "three birds with one stone" strategy, PAN intercalated VS4 exhibits an outstanding electrochemical performance: high discharge specific capacity of 187.2 mAh g-1 at 200 mA g-1 after stabilization and a long lifespan of 5000 cycles at 2 A g-1 are achieved, outperforming other reported VS4-based materials to date for magnesium storage under the APC electrolyte. Theoretical calculations confirm that the intercalated PAN can indeed induce cations reduction and generate anionic vacancies by promoting electron transfer, which can accelerate the electrochemical reaction kinetics and activate the anionic redox chemistry, thus improving the magnesium storage performance. This approach of organic molecular intercalation represents a promising guideline for electrode material design on the development of advanced multivalent-ion batteries.

The fast growth of electrochemical energy storage (EES) systems necessitates using innovative, high-performance electrode materials. Among the various EES devices, rechargeable batteries (RBs) with potential features like high energy density and extensive lifetime are well suited to meet rapidly increasing energy demands. Layered transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), typical two dimensional (2D) nanomaterial, are considered auspicious materials for RBs because of their layered structures and large specific surface areas (SSA) that benefit quick ion transportation. This review summarizes and highlights recent advances in TMDs with improved performance for various RBs. Through novel engineering and functionalization used for high-performance RBs, we briefly discuss the properties, characterizations, and electrochemistry phenomena of TMDs. We summarised that engineering with multiple techniques, like nanocomposites used for TMDs receives special attention. In conclusion, the recent issues and promising upcoming research openings for developing TMDs-based electrodes for RBs are discussed.

Trabeculectomy has traditionally been upheld as the gold standard in glaucoma surgery, but recent advancements, including the PRESERFLO® MicroShunt, have introduced less invasive techniques to mitigate complications and reduce intraocular pressure (IOP). The examination of bleb morphology post-filtering surgery is critical for modulating wound healing and ensuring long-term success. While previous evaluations of PRESERFLO-generated blebs have relied on data from trabeculectomy blebs, the differing surgical techniques used in PRESERFLO and trabeculectomy surgeries suggest potential variations in bleb morphologies. This study conducted a comparative analysis of blebs resulting from PRESERFLO and trabeculectomy procedures. Retrospective descriptive assessments using the Jenaer Bleb Grading System were performed, along with quantitative evaluation using eight-dimensional parameters utilizing anterior segment OCT. We included 93 eyes (57 following PRESERFLO, 36 following trabeculectomy). In the descriptive assessment, PRESERFLO-generated blebs exhibited fewer conjunctival cysts (3.5% vs. 22.2%, p = 0.007) and cavernous changes (10.5% vs. 30.5%, p = 0.021) compared to trabeculectomy. Quantitatively, overall bleb dimensions were comparable (maximal bleb height, width, and length, p > 0.05 for all). However, PRESERFLO blebs displayed a shallower (0.52 ± 0.24 vs. 0.67 ± 0.3 mm, p = 0.017) yet longer (4.12 ± 1.54 vs. 3.23 ± 1.64 mm, p = 0.024) episcleral lake. A thicker bleb wall (1.52 ± 0.46 vs. 1.10 ± 0.37 mm, p < 0.001) along with more posteriorly positioned blebs (distance to limbus = 6.16 ± 1.36 vs. 4.87 ± 1.34 mm, p < 0.001) were observed following PRESERFLO. This study illuminates the nuanced morphological differences between PRESERFLO and trabeculectomy blebs. Understanding these distinctions is vital, empowering clinicians to make informed postoperative decisions and avoid misinterpretation of bleb morphology.

The surgical management of glaucoma has been enriched in recent years by the arrival of new surgical techniques as a group known as MIGS (minimally invasive glaucoma surgery). The objective of these new techniques is to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) while limiting the risk of complications of conventional filtering surgery and allowing faster visual recovery. MIGS can be classified into three main categories depending on the route used to promote the outflow of aqueous humor: the trabecular route, the suprachoroidal route and the subconjunctival route. MIGS using the subconjunctival route are also called minimally invasive bleb surgery (MIBS). These new techniques do not replace conventional filtering surgery, which remains the gold standard technique, but now offer new alternatives for the surgical management of glaucoma patients in combination with cataract surgery or as stand-alone procedures.

PURPOSE: This study aimed to determine the factors associated with new onset father-to-infant (paternal) bonding failure from 1 to 6 months postpartum. METHODS: This was a prospective birth-cohort study. Paternal bonding failure was evaluated using the Japanese version of the Mother-to-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS-J) at 1 and 6 months postpartum. For cut-off scores, overall bonding failure, MIBS-J total scores ≥ 5; subscale for lack of affection, MIBS-J_LA scores ≥ 3; and subscale for anger/rejection, MIBS-J_AR scores ≥ 3 were used in this study. Multivariate regression analysis was performed to analyze relative variables. RESULTS: We analyzed 872 fathers. The frequency of new-onset overall bonding failure, lack of affection, and anger/rejection was 5.6%, 4.9%, and 6.3%, respectively. For new-onset overall bonding failure, significant associated factors were paternal childcare leave (adjusted odds ratio [AOR] 3.192; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.203-8.469), paternal new-onset depression symptoms (AOR 3.181; 95% Cl 1.311-7.716), and maternal new-onset overall bonding failure (AOR 4.595; 95% Cl 1.119-18.866). For new-onset lack of affection, significant associated factors were preterm birth (AOR 4.189; 95% Cl 1.473-11.913) and paternal new-onset depression symptoms (AOR 3.290; 95% Cl 1.294-8.362). For new-onset anger and rejection, significant associated factors were paternal childcare leave (AOR 3.142; 95% Cl 1.138-8.676), paternal new-onset depression symptoms (AOR 2.829; 95% Cl 1.133-7.068), and maternal new-onset anger/rejection (AOR 7.064; 95% Cl 2.300-21.700). CONCLUSIONS: The factors associated with new-onset paternal bonding failure from 1 to 6 months postpartum were paternal childcare leave, preterm birth, paternal postpartum depression symptoms, and maternal bonding failure.

Magnesium-ion batteries (MIBs) have great potential in large-scale energy storage field with high capacity, excellent safety, and low cost. However, the strong solvation effect of Mg2+ will lead to the formation of solvated ions in electrolytes with larger size and sluggish diffusion/reaction kinetics. Here, the concept of interfacial catalytic bond breaking is first introduced into the cathode design of MIBs by hybriding MoS2 quantum dots with VS4 (VS4@MQDs) as the cathode. The "in situ dynamic catalysis and re-equilibration" effects can catalyze the Cl-Mg bond breaking and trigger single Mg2+ insertion/extraction chemistries, which can significantly accelerate the diffusion and reaction kinetics, as verified by the decreased diffusion energy barriers (0.26 eV for Mg2+ vs 2.47 eV for MgCl+) and fast diffusion coefficient. Benefitting from these dynamic catalysis effects, the constructed VS4@MQD-based MIBs deliver a high discharge capacity of ∼120 mA h g-1 at 200 mA g-1 and a long-term cyclic stability of 1000 cycles at 1 A g-1. The improved performance and detailed characterizations well prove that the active ions in MIBs change from MgCl+/Mg2Cl3+ to Mg2+ with fast kinetics.

BACKGROUND: Mother-infant bonding is an important factor that supports an infant's socio-emotional development. Therefore, every family member should acknowledge these processes, especially in an extended family set-up like in Indonesia. The general study objective was to predict several socio-demographic factors associated with mother-infant bonding in Indonesian samples. METHOD: This is a cross-sectional study. The participants included 168 mothers who had infants aged 0 to 36 months and willingly joined the study by signing the informed consent form. The Indonesian version of mother-infant bonding scale and a socio-demographic questionnaire were administered to all mothers. Logistic regression was applied to identify the socio-demographic factors that had any association with the mother-infant bonding scale. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program version 21 for Mac. RESULTS: The study showed that 13.1% of the participants were categorized as having a moderate-to-high level of impaired mother-infant bonding. Logistic regression analysis showed that vaginal or normal delivery mode was 4.07 (95% CI [1.27, 13.09]) times more likely to exhibit low levels of impaired mother-infant bonding compared to a cesarean section. The model explained 18.6% (Nagelkerke R2) of the variance in impaired mother-infant bonding and accurately classified 86.9% of cases. CONCLUSION: The findings support prior studies that have been conducted in several countries. Psychoeducation on supporting mother-infant bonding may consist of several topics, such as the advantages of vaginal delivery mode and the importance of family support. It may be delivered in the early adulthood period and, hopefully, basic knowledge during those periods may help strengthen the understanding of mother-infant dyad issues among all family members.

Migraine is a highly prevalent neurological disease of varying attack frequency. Headache attacks that are accompanied by a combination of impact on daily activities, photophobia and/or nausea are most commonly migraine. The headache phase of a migraine attack has attracted more research, assessment tools and treatment goals than any other feature, characteristic, or phase of migraine. However, the migraine attack may encompass up to 4 phases: the prodrome, aura, headache phase and postdrome. There is growing recognition that the burden of migraine, including symptoms associated with the headache phase of the attack, may persist between migraine attacks, sometimes referred to as the "interictal phase." These include allodynia, hypersensitivity, photophobia, phonophobia, osmophobia, visual/vestibular disturbances and motion sickness. Subtle interictal clinical manifestations and a patient's trepidation to make plans or commitments due to the unpredictability of migraine attacks may contribute to poorer quality of life. However, there are only a few tools available to assess the interictal burden. Herein, we examine the recent advances in the recognition, description, and assessment of the interictal burden of migraine. We also highlight the value in patients feeling comfortable discussing the symptoms and overall burden of migraine when discussing migraine treatment needs with their provider.

BACKGROUND: This study investigated the association between exogenous oxytocin use for labor induction and adverse maternal-infant bonding (MIB). METHODS: Data on 19 700 mother-infant pairs were collected, in which the infants were live-birth singletons, born in cephalic position and at >37 weeks of gestation; the drug used to induce labor was noted. Between 2011 and 2014, Japanese pregnant women were enrolled in a nationwide prospective birth cohort study, the Japan Environment and Children's Study. The Japanese version of the Mother-to-infant Bonding Scale (MIBS-J) was administered and demographic information was collected through medical record transcripts. MIBS-J scores were obtained at one month, six months, and one year after delivery. We estimated the risk of adverse MIB between use of oxytocin and other methods for labor induction using multiple linear regression analyses; interaction and mediation analyses to assess the relationship among MIBS-J scores also followed. RESULTS: Exogenous oxytocin was used during labor on 15 252 (77.4%) participants. After adjusting for confounders, there were no significant differences in adverse MIB between groups for which exogenous oxytocin was used and not used for labor induction. LIMITATION: The MIBS-J scores at one and six months were compiled using five instead of 10 questions. Moreover, detailed information was unavailable; for example, the questionnaire did not ask for the dosage and timing of the drugs used to induce labor. CONCLUSIONS: Exogenous oxytocin is a safe and vital drug to induce labor, and has been shown in this study to have no significant impact on long-term adverse MIB.

PURPOSE: Identification of pregnant women with bonding difficulties is important to provide early intervention. However, few studies have examined the utility of self-report questionnaires that assess mother-infant bonding as screening tools for bonding difficulties. This longitudinal study aimed to identify pregnant women with bonding difficulties using the Japanese version of the Mother-to-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS-J) and to estimate its optimal cutoff points in the peripartum period. PATIENTS AND METHODS: A total of 1301 pregnant women completed the MIBS-J and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) at three time points: first trimester (T1; approximately 12-15 weeks gestation), third trimester (T2; approximately 30-34 weeks gestation), and postpartum (T3; approximately 4 weeks postpartum). A two-step cluster analysis was conducted to classify pregnant women based on their MIBS-J subscale scores at the three time points. Based on the cluster analysis results, receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was performed to estimate the optimal cutoff scores for the MIBS-J total score at each time point. RESULTS: The two-step cluster analysis produced two clusters: Cluster 1 (n = 824) and Cluster 2 (n = 477). Both the MIBS-J and HADS scores were significantly higher in Cluster 2 than in Cluster 1 at all time points. The MIBS-J tentative cutoff points were 3/4, 3/4, and 2/3 at T1, T2, and T3, respectively. CONCLUSION: We identified two distinct groups across the perinatal period: pregnant women with bonding difficulties and pregnant women with normal bonding. Our findings suggest the usefulness of the MIBS-J as a screening tool to identify bonding difficulties during pregnancy.

However, few studies have focused on the relationships among these factors and mother-infant bonding. This cross-sectional study explored the associations between depression, anxiety and parity, and mother-infant bonding. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Japanese mothers, both primiparas and multiparas, completed the Mother-to-Infant Bonding Scale (MIBS) and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) one month after childbirth. We performed a stepwise multiple regression analysis with the forward selection method to assess the effects of HADS anxiety and depression scores and parity as independent variables on mother-infant bonding as the dependent variable. RESULTS: A total of 2379 Japanese mothers (1116 primiparas and 1263 multiparas) took part in the study. MIBS score (2.89 ± 2.68 vs 1.60 ± 2.11; p < 0.0001) was significantly higher in primiparas than in multiparas. HADS anxiety (6.55 ± 4.06 vs 4.63 ± 3.41; p < 0.0001) and depression (6.56 ± 3.43 vs 5.98 ± 3.20; p < 0.0001) scores were also significantly higher in primiparas than in multiparas. A stepwise multiple regression analysis with the forward selection method revealed that HADS depression and anxiety scores and parity were significantly associated with MIBS score (p = 0.003, 0.015 and 0.023). CONCLUSION: Depression, anxiety and primiparity were negatively associated with mother-infant bonding one month after childbirth.

Antitumor drug resistance remains a major challenge in cancer chemotherapy. Here we investigated the mechanism of acquired resistance to a novel anticancer agent RH1 designed to be activated in cancer cells by the NQO1 enzyme. Data show that in some cancer cells RH1 may act in an NQO1-independent way. Differential proteomic analysis of breast cancer cells with acquired resistance to RH1 revealed changes in cell energy, amino acid metabolism and G2/M cell cycle transition regulation. Analysis of phosphoproteomics and protein kinase activity by multiplexed kinase inhibitor beads showed an increase in the activity of protein kinases involved in the cell cycle and stemness regulation and downregulation of proapoptotic kinases such as JNK in RH1-resistant cells. Suppression of JNK leads to the increase of cancer cell resistance to RH1. Moreover, resistant cells have enhanced expression of stem cell factor (SCF) and stem cell markers. Inhibition of SCF receptor c-KIT resulted in the attenuation of cancer stem cell enrichment and decreased amounts of tumor-initiating cells. RH1-resistant cells also acquire resistance to conventional therapeutics while remaining susceptible to c-KIT-targeted therapy. Data show that RH1 can be useful to treat cancers in the NQO1-independent way, and targeting of the cancer stem cells might be an effective approach for combating resistance to RH1 therapy.

BACKGROUND: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional gastrointestinal disorder characterized by altered bowel habits and abdominal pain in the absence of a recognizable structural anomaly. The pathogenesis of IBS has been associated with inflammation and the expression of pro-inflammatory chemokines, such as CCL2 and CCL16. Our study aimed to investigate the relationship between the serum levels of CCL2 and CCL16 and IBS. Additionally, we examined how serum levels of these chemokines relate to IBS subtypes. METHODS: Patients with IBS diagnosed according to the Rome III criteria participated in this study (n= 96). Healthy individuals with no history of allergic, autoimmune, chronic or active gastrointestinal infectious diseases were used as controls (n= 44). The serum levels of CCL2 and CCL16 was measured via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS: A significant decrease in the serum levels of CCL16 and CCL2 was observed in the patients with IBS. Additionally, the serum levels of CCL16 in IBS patients with diarrhea (D-IBS) was significantly higher than those with the mixed IBS (M-IBS) subtype. CONCLUSION: The significant increase in the serum levels of CCL-16 in patients with D-IBS compared to patients with M-IBS suggests that CCL-16 may be used as an immunological biomarker to differentiate between these two subtypes.

Mother-infant bonding scale (MIBS) is a questionnaire that can be used to elaborate the quality dyad between mother and infant; however it is not validated in Indonesian language optimally. This study aimed to identify the validity and reliability of the MIBS-Indonesian (MIBS-I) version based on Japanese MIBS (MIBS-J) that could be used in general population and hospital setting. Design of the study was cross sectional and involving 150 mother-infant dyads recruited from Growth and Developmental Clinic dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital-Jakarta and Beji Volunteer-Staffed Integrated Health Service (Posyandu)-Depok/West Java. Infant was categorized as children from 0-36 months old. Mother with at least junior high-school background fulfilled MIBS-Indonesian version and also demographic data. SPSS version 21 for Mac and Lisrel 8.8 program for Windows was applied to analyze the data. Results of the study demonstrated that the content validity was good with I-CVI=0.9875 and S-CVI=0.99; and EFA results of 3 components total variance was 57.90% and CFA results showed three factors structure out of eight items and it fullfiled an adequate goodness of fit with each factor CR >0.7; factor 1:'desire to love and denial', factor 2: 'hate and being closed', and factor 3: 'rejection feeling'. Cronbach's alpha for the eight items of MIBS-I was 0.535. To be concluded, MIBS-I was a multidimentional scale with three-factor model and it was confirmed valid and reliable to be implemented in Indonesian children from 0-36 months old.
