A sujeição do corpo exaurido da enfermeira na sociedade contemporânea / The subjection of exhausted body of the nurse in contemporary society

RESUMO

A mulher sempre esteve ligada ao trabalho e à maternidade. Historicamente, no início da humanidade permanecia no mundo privado para preservar a espécie. Sua saída para o mundo público, no que diz respeito ao trabalho ocorreu por meio de profissões consideradas femininas como a enfermagem e isso fez com que acumulasse as funções de mãe, cuidadora do lar e profissional. Este panorama se torna mais complexo, quando associado à necessidade de desempenhar atividades em dois empregos. Diante do exposto esta pesquisa fenomenológica tem como objetivo compreender como o corpo feminino se percebe ao vivenciar a experiência do ser mulher, mãe e enfermeira. O estudo obedeceu os princípios éticos de pesquisa e foi realizado em um Hospital de Ensino Público de Curitiba, no período de junho de 2005 a março de 2006, mediante entrevista semi-estruturada realizada com sete enfermeiras, que possuíam filhos e dois vínculos empregatícios. Da análise dos discursos emergiram dois grandes temas ou categorias o desafio de ser mãe e mulher ao assumir múltiplos papéis; a exploração e alienação do corpo levando à exaustão. Os discursos expressam a dificuldade das enfermeiras assumirem outras funções junto a Órgãos de classe, administração da instituição, em virtude da sobrecarga de trabalho e da exaustão a que estão submetidas. A jornada doméstica apesar de desejada transforma-se em uma via crucis para a enfermeira, pois exige total entrega, o que leva este corpo a esquecer de si, deixando o corpo mulher preterido e com culpa pela delegação das atividades maternas.

ABSTRACT

The woman always was on to the work and the maternity. Historically, in the beginning of the humanity remained in the private world to preserve the species. Its exit for the public world, in that it says respect to the work ocurred by means of considered professions feminine as the nursing an this made with that it accumulated the functions of mother, care for the home and professional. This panorama if becomes complex more, when associate to the necessity to play activities in two jobs. Ahead of the displayed one, this fenomenologic research has as objective to understand as the feminine body if it perceives when living deeply the experience of the being woman, mother and nurse. The study it obeyed the ethical principles of research and was carried through in a Hospital of Public Education of Curitiba, in the period of June of 2005 the March of 2006, by means of interview half-structuralized carried through with seven nurses, who hold employment children and two bonds. Of the analysis of the speeches two great subjects or categories had emerged the challenge of being mother and woman when assuming multiples papers; the exploration and alienation of the body leading to the exhaustion. The speeches express the difficulty of the nurses to assume other functions together the Agencies of classroom, administration of the institution, in virtue of the overload of work and the exhaustion the one that is submitted. The domestic day although desired it is changedded into a crucis way for the nurse, therefore demands total delivers what it takes this body to forget itself, leaving the body woman neglected and with guilt for the delegation them activities maternity.
