ABSTRACT

âº Peritoneal keratin granulomas infrequently manifest themselves in conjunction with gynecologic cancer. âº We report on a patient with synchronous ovarian and uterine cancers that contained extensive keratin granulomas. âº Comprehensive pathologic sampling may be essential to conferring optimal patient management.
