Trigeminal neuralgia is a pain condition that is frequently misdiagnosed and challenging to manage. Despite the presence of trigger zones both inside and outside her mouth, complete symptom resolution was ultimately achieved through onabotulinumtoxinA injections, delivered solely intraorally.
