ABSTRACT

Introduction:

Adequate cerebral protection for aortic reoperation is challenging and optimal technique is still controversial.Case Report We report a hybrid cannulation approach to achieve safe cerebral protection during circulatory arrest to repair an aortic root pseudoaneurysm.

Conclusion:

A multidisciplinary approach combining conventional techniques and interventional expertise could be considered in complex aortic scenario.
